Unfortunately, it took quite a while for them to process and prepare two simple orders, even though there were no customers before or after me. The long wait time didn't make much sense given how quiet the place was. On top of that, I requested light ice for my drink, but the cup ended up being about two-thirds ice. At that point, I honestly have to ask -- is that what they consider "light ice"? These may seem like small details, but they matter, especially when using mobile ordering, where accuracy and efficiency are expected. Very disappointed...fries were horrible. Very expensive. Unusual "standard " cheesesteak ingredients. Maybe some folks like it...I didn't. Service staff couldn't keep orders straight. This CC in the Smith Haven Mall food court is the best IMO. The fries are always hot and crispy, the sandwiches and bread are great. My favorite is the old-school sandwich. They have great service, great staff plus it's clean. read more

Charleys is open inside of Walmart and now we don't have to go to the Smithhaven Mall to get these delicious phillys! And this location has an addition of wings, bone in and boneless. The sweet teriyaki was great tasting but I will try something different next time. The chicken California is a staple and did not disappoint. Was shopping in Walmart and noticed they opened up where the old McDonald's used to be, I have ordered from their Smithhaven mall location thru Uber Eats and it was pretty good so I stopped in. Let me tell you the staff was extremely nice and answered all my questions about their wing flavors. I ordered their large cheese steak, cheese fries and a small order of boneless wings which they made in different flavors just for me because I couldn't decide which ones I wanted and the older gentleman at the counter, I'm assuming he was the manager recommended a few of their flavors and suggested I try them out, I loved them all! Lol The cheesesteak hero was loaded with delicious meat onions, peppers and cheese, there was NO skimping here on my sandwich and it was topped with Fresh Crispy lettuce and Crisp delicious pickles. I empathized the freshness of these toppings because most of the time you get dried out or wilted lettuce and or pickles but not her their pickles snapped when I bit into the hero. Cheese fries were delicious also and not soggy but crispy with cheese on top! Everything was made fresh to order, decent portions and tasty ingredients. The service was excellent and one of the workers came out to my table and asked how my meal was, which I told him DELICIOUS and he thanked ME!!! I had to look around and make sure I was still in Walmart ordering cheesesteaks and not some fancy steakhouse some where in NYC, so suffice to say that the service was excellent also. We love this place as a family. We go there as often as we can. The owner, Roger is incredibly friendly and helpful. He remembers his customers and spends time at the table. we've been going there for at least six or seven years, we've never been disappointed. we started going because of the gluten-free menu and the restrictions some family members have. the menu is extensive and they don't bang you over the head with the food or wine prices.
