Trust me, I have a lot of patience for language barriers, but when there's attitude involved, the sympathy goes out the window. It just makes everything more frustrating than it needs to be. Now, the food itself? Actually very good. I was excited to try the Impossible chopped cheese because I've heard great things from other locations, and it did not disappoint. It was really delicious, just a little pricey, especially when you compare it to a regular chopped cheese from a bodega for half the cost. My husband got the chicken tenders, and he said they were also very good. So here's the bottom line: the food is solid, but the service is extremely off-putting. We even tried giving them a second chance, and the experience was basically the same. I'd consider ordering online, but the prices on their website are literally double, and when my husband pointed it out, they argued with him.
