I really tried to give this burger spot a fair chance, even though the reviews weren't great, I wanted to try it for myself. I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately there's a reason the ratings aren't high. When you walk in, the servers are right there, but they look at you and don't say anything. It's awkward from the start. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or just the way things are run, but it makes the whole experience confusing. They have iPads for ordering, but there are no signs or directions anywhere telling you that's what you're supposed to do. So when someone finally acknowledged me, I started to order at the counter, and the guy told me to order on the iPad instead. I tried, but I couldn't make the modifications I wanted, and when I attempted to explain that, communication became really difficult. He eventually had to call someone else over to help. Trust me, I have a lot of patience for language barriers, but when there's attitude involved, the sympathy goes out the window. It just makes everything more frustrating than it needs to be. Now, the food itself? Actually very good. I was excited to try the Impossible chopped cheese because I've heard great things from other locations, and it did not disappoint. It was really delicious, just a little pricey, especially when you compare it to a regular chopped cheese from a bodega for half the cost. My husband got the chicken tenders, and he said they were also very good. So here's the bottom line: the food is solid, but the service is extremely off-putting. We even tried giving them a second chance, and the experience was basically the same. I'd consider ordering online, but the prices on their website are literally double, and when my husband pointed it out, they argued with him. All in all, the food alone is good enough that I want to like this place, but I'm not sure I'd go back. Try at your own risk, LOL. read more

It's a bit on the pricier side but it was actually pretty good. - Gluten free Chopped cheese on a roll - Onion Rings [not GF] - Gluten free Cheeseburger & Chicken tenders The service there was a bit rude and wasn't being clear on some gluten free options. Tried to go there in person when they when they said they were open, but the door was still locked. Two months later, tried to order on GrubHub for pickup when they were supposed to be open, and they cancelled by order 15min before because because it "couldn't be fulfilled". It will take up to 3 days to get a refund. O/5. read more

Ordered from food app, and sat in for service. Both times food was delicious! The seldon location was clean, staff were friendly and courteous. So many great veg/nonveg options. Our favorite is definitely the loaded fries, impossible burger, and spicy crispy sandwich. read more

They charged me $9.50 for what I found out was only FOUR (cold/stale) mozzarella sticks. The double smashed onion burger had a single piece of lettuce, one tomato, two pieces of onion (again this is the double smashed ONION burger) all on an extremely STALE bun... the order was supposed to be ready at 7:15 and I didn't get my food until 7:40? No one came to address the extra wait or anything and when I did finally get my food they asked if I paid... while I was showing them a receipt, that I had to print myself because no one was up front -- oh and cold fries... I was double charged here and when I got my burger it looked squished and also looked like someone took a bite of it. All I asked for was a second top bun but they made it this whole big deal of remaking it when I waited 35 min for this burger anyways and then threw it out when I just asked for it to go. When I asked for my receipt they made it this whole big deal about not giving me one as well. What I will say the manager came from his own home gave me my refund and a receipt after waiting an extra 20 minutes. Walking in, the restaurant was very clean, with colorful Holy Cow murals on the walls, which was inviting. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. I had the Chopped Cheese on a bun. Excellent. The bun is a cross between brioche and potato, with crispy edges. I would have liked more cheese chopped into the meat. My husband ordered the Holy Cow Burger, which he loved. Bacon slices are on the thick side. We also ordered cheese fries. Nice size portion for a small. Yummy! Fries were crispy and the cheese sauce was enjoyable. We wanted to try the Korean Chicken Bites, but they were out of the sauce, which was disappointing, but we have something to look forward to next time. read more

I was very disappointed with the service that I received today. I've eaten at this location multiple times and never had an issue till today. I am vegan and I guess my intuition for some reason had me ask if the sauce they put in my bag was vegan. The young lady that just came in said she would check and the gentleman in the back said it was not. I asked her if I can have vegan sauce since my order is vegan. She was not very kind with her manners with rolling her eyes and then said she would check to see if if there was any in the back. At which point there was she brought it back out to me and I made it very clear that I don't understand why I ordered a vegan meal it was given a non-vegan product with my order. I've been vegan for four years due to health issues and not sure that I would wanna go back because not sure if in the past they made the same mistake. Shame on them! read more

just left the restaurant. wife had an impossible burger and the bun was stale. that we can deal with. however, I ordered the Holy Cow chicken sandwich and after consuming a portion I realized there were pink striations from being undercooked. I showed the young lady at the counter and she said it was not undercooked. I explained it was. she then agreed but said it was the bun that causes the color. mind you it's the same bun my wife's burger had. I asked for money back and she said we don't do that.
