Chicken parm baked ziti dinner bundle

Man do I love Chubs from the food to the meats to the sandwiches and now with the mid week dinner deals what a deal

What a terrific local butcher shop and meat market. For a small place, they sure are bustling with customers. Not only do they have their butcher shop, but they also have an offer, hot and cold meals, salads, sandwiches, and a small produce section as well. The butcher department looked fresh, and all the meat displayed was definitely of high-quality. Well, the prices may be a little higher, then that of the big, conglomerates supermarkets, you know you're getting a great product. Everyone seemed super friendly, well organized, and ready to help with a friendly disposition. While I was there, I wanted to try what looked to be the largest focaccia sandwich I've ever seen in my life; Fried chicken sandwich. Can't wait to sync my teeth into this bad boy. Yum.

Picked up prosciutto bread while I was there too

I am in love with this place! From freezer packages to catering this place is tops ! Their meat is beyond delish! So far everything I tried has been so good the Sunday sauce was loaded with sausage braciole meat for meatballs and Italian bread and cheese , my friend is gonna order it and I'm gonna show her how to make a sauce ! Their prepared foods are just soooo amazing the rice balls, the crock pot dinners, the prepared meatloafs my family loves it all Everything is labeled and packaged so easy so happy to have you guys in Smithtown ! I order online and I pick up at store , never feel rushed they take their time with each customer and I don't mind waiting for quality stuff

The sandwiches are phenomenal, but at the same time, not all the staff knows the sandwiches. Obviously it worked out if you see our pics. This is now our butcher as well, the meat is quality and a good price(we usually wait for deals to pop up to buy variety in bulk). It does get busy inside, but you can order ahead on their website! Be patient, it is worth it.

I'm from out of state and every time I stop in for a visit with family I make sure to make a order. The quality of the meat is fantastic. The prices are extremely fair and the guys always help me out. They really are welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend placing a package order. They keep my deep freezer stocked.

There is seating available (4 tables) and you order at the deli counter. The service was great too- they told us ahead of time it may take some time to prepare what we ordered and made sure to bring it out once ready The food was delicious, very pleasant! We had: -Lahmacun: (A Turkish style pizza, flatbread dough topped with ground lamb.) this was so tasty!!! It was so fresh and the lamb was very well seasoned. It comes paired with lettuce, onions, and a lemon which you can add to it. -Kofte Kebab and Chicken Shish kebab platter: we asked if we could order the meats we wanted to eat and the owner said we could mix and match 2. We chose the kofte and chicken kebab an it Came plated with rice, bread, and salad. Everything was so good! The chicken was tender and tasty, and the kofta was also tasty although I may say a bit dry. Still good. The bread was a pleasant experience- it had been grilled a bit an had the flavors of the chicken and kofte on it. The salad was fresh too! Overall good experience- definitely check it out if you're in the mood for Turkish food!

I first fried up a few and added them to a small pot of marinara sauce. When we ate it, there were hard lumps of what I would call grizzle in the sausage. I figured I didn't let them cook down enough to render all of the fat so yesterday I fried up a bunch again and added then to a pot of sauce and let them cook down for a much longer time. Same result with the lumps of grizzle. Although the flavor was good I have come to the conclusion that once again another pork place is adding cuts into the sausage that don't belong there. I threw what I had left in the freezer into the garbage. Why is it that no one makes a good sausage without it having hard grizzle or bone fragments anymore? I can remember when I was young and my mother made sausage in the sauce this was never an issue. They were always easy to chew and delicious. Now you have to worry about breaking your teeth! I am sadly giving up on trying to find good Italian sausage. Since Swan Butcher closed in Bethpage, no one knows how to make it anymore. I am sorry to say we will not be back.

Definitely sending the video of this from my dashcam to whatever headquarters they have. Tried calling but they're closed. Unbelievable! Aggressively driving a work truck??? Nice to still see this in 2026. This location is kept clean, most of the staff are nice, and I'm happy to report that I've been noticing a lot more Organic/Non-GMO stuff available to buy, ditto for Gluten free mixed in with the oldie-but-goodie items, which tend to cater to their majority Gen X and Baby Boomer aged customers. There's a bus stop for SCT routes 6, 51, and 53 at the Waverly Ave entrance, which is convenient. Plus it says open until 22:00 (10 pm). Only complaints are: Items/foodschtuffs are costly (aka typical King Kullen prices), Restrooms tend to be dirty (had to duck into the ladies room once, was a bit cleaner than the mens), The location is in an odd area. Waverly Ave south of Sunrise is a rough-ish part of town, but north of Sunrise tends to be nicer. Keep this in mind if you walk, bike, or take the bus. With all this being said, I'm happy for the Cullen Family and to see King Kullen continue to be a landmark business unique to Long Island, still making LIers proud!

To start, I found The Turkish Pistachio on Yelp searching for a store that sells baklava! Its maybe a 15 minute drive at most from my home so I headed there after an appointment I had today! I walked in and was struck by their huge variation and selection of products. The refrigerators and freezers in the back carry ready made meals and items you would need to make your own! I saw everything except the baklava so I went to the counter to ask for help and was immediately greeted by the friendliest guy with the nicest smile named Art! The baklava was sitting right on the counter but it was pistachio baklava, not the type made with walnuts that I wanted! Art searched in the back for me and in the frozen section but no walnut baklava, only pistachio! A new shipment wasn't due to be delivered until Thursday, so being a wonderful employee, Art offered me samples of the chocolate covered nuts and raisins that were displayed in the front of the store. I tasted them all and all were so good but the milk chocolate covered almonds were the winner for me! After paying for my almonds, Art took out a little spray bottle he had near the register called Turistik (it has a very fresh lemony scent). Apparently there's a Turkish custom that you shake hands after any transaction and then you spray your hands after with this product to cleanse them. This is absolutely true, I googled it! I may not have found my baklava today but instead I discovered a real gem of a store, learned a Turkish custom, left with a pound of chocolate covered almonds, a bottle of Turistik and I made a new friend named Art. It was a win win for me in every way!
