This review is only about the pharmacy area of this location…read more I recently had a prescription I needed to pick up and also had a change in insurance. Upon walking up to the pharmacy counter there was one person being helped and one in front of me. Once it was my turn I had explained to the girl that my insurance had changed. She asked me to step over to the consultation side to wait for the pharmacist. As I waited about 20 minutes (the pharmacist was on the phone and filling prescriptions) for the pharmacist, there were 4 people who had walked up for vaccinations. The pharmacist proceeded to put all their vaccinations together and vaccinate them all before approaching me. Maybe these other people had appointments, but I'm not sure. As she finally makes her way over to me, she asks me how she can help me. Although the girl at the register had told her what I needed and gave her my insurance card. Once everything was entered it took me about 3 minutes to check out. However there were 12 people who came in after me who were helped and left as well as 8 people who were helped at the drive through. I'm sure there are rules about who can enter information, but it just seemed like I could have been helped and been out of there before half of the new people were helped instead of being made to wait. Since the last pharmacist left, it had been increasingly difficult to do anything with this particular pharmacy department. It seems as though across the board everything takes more time than it should. Unfortunately this has been seen at other CVS pharmacy's as well.

The customer service sucks I would never deal with CVS again! It's bad enough you're aggravated because you drove somewhere to pick up your order to be told it was canceled and now they play games passing you around the phone.

I keep meaning to switch my prescriptions over to this store because my experience is always so much better in every other regard than at the local CVS I've used. My family and I have even used this store for vaccinations. When my granddaughter was born, we needed to get the whooping cough vaccine. I got mine at the doctor but for my daughter and husband it was just easier to go to Rite Aid. It was quick and easy. They have a good selection of convenience store items and cosmetics, though the way they lay out the store is a bit odd. I've never been a fan of stores where half the aisles are laid out diagonally. Luckily, I've been in there enough to know where most things are, and they do keep the store nice and clean. I've never come across a rude cashier, and I love that they are part of the Plenti rewards program. It's nice to accumulate discounts on not only drug store stuff, but things like gas as well! Be sure to sign up, it's free! So all-in-all I really like our local Rite Aid and can't say anything negative about it. Thumbs up all around for a nice store with good customer service.

When i called back the same thing happened. I tried over the course of 5 days. I finally pressed 4 while calling stating i was, "calling from a doctors office." just to get in contact with someone. I finally got ahold of someone. She told me she would order my prescription as they did not have it in stock and i could pick it up tomorrow after 3pm. Cool. THEN i go to the pharmacy the next day and THEIR PHONES ARENT EVEN RINGING. THEY'VE TURNED OFF THE RINGERS ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!! And they didnt have my prescription. This place is a joke. The pharmacist and 3/4 of the staff in the pharmacy are rude excluding one employee who was actually trying to take care of customers. FYI im trying to refill my birth control. Rite Aid should pay for my child if i get pregnant because their employees failed to do their job.

After waiting awhile They tell me it's their lunch time and to leave, I ask when I can return, they barked 2pm. Okay great. I leave and come back. Girl starts to help me, another girl comes up behind her and chastises her right in front of me for not being where she was supposed to be and made her walk away. She's then anxiously tapping her nails while ringing us up like we're taking too long. Another man appears behind me on line, she barks at him to "come get started" he has no idea what that even means, and she angrily points to the computer screen at the counter. I'm in the process of entering all my information on the screen and she tells me to enter the info. I am a mother and have a lot of patience and grace for people but this girl PUSHED it today.
