I love this Chick-fil-A for 3 simple reasons: 1-The food always comes out hot and fresh. 2-The employees are always polite and very pleasant. (training?) 3-The lines, although long, move quickly, except I always choose the wrong lane. My only complaint is that it cost over $20 for a chicken sandwich meal and a small Mac and cheese. For that price I could get a much nicer meal at a much nicer place. But alas, I still come back?!? Besides that, this is a very clean and well managed store. I wonder why other fast food places don't have such nice employees? read more

FALSE ADVERTISING. Look at the photo, I asked for more pimento and the man manager on Friday evening said we go by the recipe. How can u look at that sandwich and think that's enough? That's not what you advertise. He was professional to give me a refund after I asked for it but he lost a customer for good at this location. Not a very smart trade-off. He should not be in the culinary business. Or maybe they're trying to sabotage this location. read more

Stop people from doing what they want when they want! Unfortunately animals such as dogs unless there are service animals are not allowed in facilities such as food facilities. This person must think he is special because his dog which I love animals is not a service dog. And he had the audacity to carry him in his arm up to the counter! Unacceptable! read more

After all these years I am still a weekly customer. The food is always good, service is always good and as much as I wish I could stay away, I can't. It's too convenient and too yummy. I order ahead with the app and mostly go inside to get my food. Sometimes it's the drive through and very rarely we eat inside. It's well taken care of and run as smoothly as it can. Keep doing it you guys! I'll be back soon. read more

Great food but the store in commack CONSISTENTLY DOESN'T GIVE ME MY WHOLE ORDER!!!! the food that I did get was very good and I would recommend this place but make sure that you check the bag before you leave!! read more

why did this totally just change the quality of my day. everyone was so nice and compassionate omg what is this.

This is excellent quality chicken for fast food. It's tasty and fresh and you get your order quickly. The drive-through service is excellent and very well organized. Great waffle fries! read more

I love Chick Fil-A, but the order fulfillment is hit or miss here. They're always jam-packed with lines, so I can imagine them rushing to complete each order. As a result of this, I should probably check each order since there are usually some items missing, ranging from salads to sandwiches. I haven't had this happen to me, but recalled a friend who got the sandwich without the filet :). The staff didn't believe him by asking him to take a bite. He did, but still no filet in the sandwich :) If it weren't for this inconsistent service, I'd likely give five stars. Nonetheless, I'll just have to check the order and slow down the line because it's a bummer when you go home to find what you wanted missing :) read more

I was craving chick fil a for a few days now so I drove 20 minutes to the commack location from Holbrook and ordered a four piece chicken minis with french fries and a diet Dr Pepper. I ordered this during breakfast so they told me that the fries to be about 10 to 15 minute wait because they would be fresh. I said no problem, I was so excited! My fries were soft and soggy Found a hair in my chicken mini, then another one on my beverage cup. I was so disgusted by the hair that I couldn't even finish my meal. I wish I saved a photo of the in oral hair I found on my chicken mini, but I didn't. I removed it. Still sooo disappointed... won't be coming back to this location or eating chick fil a for quite some time :( read more

This chick-fil-a is the worst one I've ever been to. Second time now and the chicken strips are super cold and I don't understand how the Place is so busy. Don't serve me inedible food in a busy place that I can't even go back up to the line quickly to switch it out after waiting for 30 mins to get the food in the first place. Waste of money. read more

I can't get enough of chick-fil-a! The service for a fast food restaurant is unlike any other. All of the employees are kind and go above and beyond. They at efficient with their ordering process and the food is always fresh. I usually get the traditional chick fil a chicken sandwich meal as that's my go to. I do enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken biscuit for breakfast as well. read more

I never thought I would write a chick-fil-a review. But here it is. This was prompted solely on the customer service during Covid. This location deserves 10 stars in my book. The organization, friendliness and PATIENCE is above and beyond. Yes, people are hungry and going insane from being home, but these are the people getting your food for you. The ones exposing themselves to the virus. We all should be more grateful that these people are here and want to help. Anyway, the food is always consistent. Our go to fast food place. But since covid we've experienced excellent customer service at this location. Kudos and tons of thank you's to the entire staff. We appreciate you!!! read more

good, tender, over priced chicken Delicious chicken soup (real chicken in it !!) all sandwiches are dry (no condiments) so you're gonna need to dip or spread one of their sauces in there (I didn't really like any) lines are crazy Overall good but I wouldn't go back read more

Probably one of the worst chicken sandwich I got from this location so far. Not only the chicken was thinner than usual and mostly breading. I asked for lemonade no ice, and cashier still gave me ice. Also didn't offer me any sauces although I order a 30 piece nuggets. Just progressively getting worst and worst for this location. read more

Visited the Commack NY location today to place a big order for a delayed pick up and the manager wouldn't accommodate me. I was told to come back when you want the food and order it then. I explained that I don't have the time later and needed to order it now. I didn't understand why she didn't want to take the order because there was no one in the restaurant and 7 employees behind the counter. Because of her lack of care for her customers, I was late for my appointment and I blame her! Was it laziness, ignorance or just plain stupid, not sure. I will never visit this location again and prob not visit any other Chick fil A location again. I will make sure I tell everyone I know and all of my followers! Terrible customer service!! read more

I have been to this location twice already. I have to say the best chicken sandwich ever. The waffle fries are good but what is awesome are the shakes. This chick-fil-A is always packed! Still the service is quick. It's amazing how quickly the line which is sometimes around the whole restaurant, goes and how quickly the food is ready. As for the food, YUMMY! I'm a big fan of the original chicken sandwich. And the fries are delicious!! It's a good meal and Always worth the wait on the line. I wish there were more chick-fil-A stores on Long Island. They have the best chicken sandwiches for a fast food place. read more

The staff is always pleasant and polite. I have a chick fil a closer to my house but I'd rather drive to this location. My food order is always correct and they don't mind when I order my fries without salt because I have health issues. The supervisor and staff are always wonderful!! read more

Ill keep the 4 star rating going because the spicy chicken sandwitch was very good. The chick fil a sauce i got on the side was nice The chicken tenders were small The fries were ok, the mac n cheese was bland but i could see real cheese in it. However after my final bite of the mac n cheese + a waffle frie = winning combination. So if you feel like waiting 30 minutes inline on a busy night its worth a takeout chicken sandwitch. Or just park and beat the line. Staff was ok to deal with at the window, kind of hard to hear with 40 cars around you on the intercom. read more

A pleasant experience every time I go. The only thing I don't like here is their long lines. Other than that, everything is amazing. Even with the longer lines, they are always efficient. I appreciate the customer service when I arrive here. When I get my order from the window, everything is always in my bag. Never had a issue with wrong items or anything. To top everything off, the food is so good and so filling. Thank you so much. read more

I am disgusted with chick fil a customer service. I guess they are less concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied. Because I placed an order through Uber eats and chick fil a did not provide a quality check to ensure the delivery person was given the correct order they are not responsible for their error. Despite speaking to chick fil a customer service regarding my experience and verbalizing what was clearly a mistake on their part, they refused to take any responsibility or even apologize for the inconvenience. POOR customer service. read more

I wasn't a fan of chick fil a before I tried the grilled nuggets and they really changed my mind. There always seems to be a line despite the very efficient drive through. Before Chick-Fil-A came to Long Island they were mired in controversy because the CEO came out against Gay Marriage in favor of Christian "Values." They were all up in the news ....protests outside of locations! And yet, the brand did not seem to suffer. And after eating here for the first time the other night, I see why sales did not suffer and locations had to close. They actually expanded since then. Anything exclusive and random on Long Island will be crowded to the max every time you go. This place is no exception to that rule. I rolled up to to it and second guessed myself because the drive through line was very long. Let me just go in and sit down I thought, as the line inside was not too bad. The staff inside are all very friendly and courteous and quick. That provides a pleasant experience right as you enter and order. No one is miserable or looking at your like your dumb as you order. This helps the overall atmosphere and I enjoy places like this. I wish I knew the guy's name that helped me. His service was stellar. You order the food and you dont have to wait for it at the counter! Wow...that makes common sense. Ill just grab a table and wait for them to deliver it to the table. And that happened rather quickly based on the thing they give you to have on the table. Now....the food. As soon as I tried a bite of the chicken sandwich I knew what all the hype was about. It was so amazingly good to eat. Warm and fresh ingredients that did not taste like fast food at all. I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and did not add sauce on it so I can savor the taste. That coupled with the waffle fries. And not really much grease on the food either! It was really good and I enjoyed the meal so much that I treated myself to a Cookies & Cream shake on the way out. Bottom Line....this company went against the mob mentality on the internet and endured protests and I see why.....it has a good product and that will always prevail. The only down side to this place was that it was so mobbed with younger folks that it was extremely loud in there and a lot was going on. But you better believe that wont keep me from enjoying the chicken here! Next time....their famous nuggets! Stay tuned... read more

OK Chick Fil A, get over yourselves. I understand you are open during the Pandemic and are very busy. But you obviously are rationing down your foods and charging the same price. As you no longer had Chicken tenders I was forced to get nuggets and you are not kidding when you say NUGGET. Here is are pics where each nugget is about the size of 2 Life Savers. They taste delicious but the size is not for an adult. I had to complain being that these were being passed off as a meal. Buyer Beware. A 12pc meal with waffle fries and a drink $10.09. read more
