Here's the Scoop: Every experience with Chick-fil-A is always wonderful. The service is quick and friendly. Salads are fresh and food is always hot. I love that they bring your order to your table. Throughout your stay someone is always coming around asking you if you want a refill on your drink or if your order is OK. Every worker there is courteous and always looking to serve you with a smile. It makes your experience at Chick-fil-A pleasant and enjoyable. I have no idea how these places are so popular.. literally 40 cars in line at the drive through- what kind of masochist would wait on that drive through line for mediocre chicken is beyond me. I parked and went inside and got my food in less than 7 minutes while the drive throughs had hardly moved positions when I walked back outside to my car. The staff is very friendly and professional no complaints there. The problem is with the food itself.. it's way too expensive for fast food and it's just not very good. I got a grilled chicken breast, a large fries and a chocolate milkshake for $16. I was expecting the chicken breast to be a whole chicken breast like at KFC or Popeyes. It is not. It is a 1/4 inch thin sliver of grilled chicken cutlet for $6+. You can eat it it about 4 bites so each bite of chicken was $1.50.. absolute insanity. It didn't taste horrible, it was well seasoned.. but the chicken was rubbery not tender. The waffle fries could be incredible if more than 1/4 of them were fully cooked and crispy. 3/4 of the large order of fries were soggy and floppy. The chocolate milkshake is just not good. Not chocolatey enough and too thick and too creamy in the worst possible way. Has an odd aftertaste I can't quite put my finger on. Long story short it was $16 for a small amount of food that wasn't even good. You could get the same meal at an actual, quality pub for only a couple more bucks. read more

Ordered my food on the mobile app. While, the drive thru line moves pretty fast, they should have a spot for mobile orders. Waited for a little while and got my chicken sandwich made incorrectly. On the box it says no lettuce, no pickles, no tomato, add pepper Jack cheese. I was missing the cheese and had a chicken sandwich on lettuce and the bun. The fry container was only half way full. I think that these guys are being rushed and if you had a place for pick up orders (rather than waiting on the drive thru line) it would be so much better. Designate a few spots for that. So I came here all the time for my niece & nephew, they LOVE Chick-fil-a & I am down for them too!! So I literally just finished eating my dinner, it was GREAT as usual. Only thing was they got my nieces order wrong & I didn't know it until I got home. My niece was upset, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Evan, who was nice as could be, extremely accommodating & took care of everything for me. Although I had to go back to get what was correct, it could've been worse. Evan threw in a couple of free item cards for next visit & in my opinion he did what he could for me & was apologetic. You can't ask for anything more. They also are a lot slower then Others and what's weird is the store is literally always empty and now I know why. I waited until I visited this particular location about 4 or 5 times before writing a review. I wanted them to work out any kinks that every restaurant has when they first open. First off, to everyone who complained when it was announced that there would be a Chick-fil-A opening at this location, because it would cause more traffic at the 347 / 111 intersection, you were all WRONG. That strip mall that was there before with the OTB was gross. The awesome bagel shop moved north on 111. Chick-fil-A coming in was the best thing to happen to that location. The remaining strip mall was renovated and is actually nice to look at. I'm thankful that they came and redid it. Now, on to my experiences. I haven't been here when the dining room was opening, so In terms of ordering, you can either order ahead on the mobile app or go through the drive through. With the restrictions being eased, perhaps their dining room is now open. However, I've tried both ordering options, just showing up and going through the drive through and doing the mobile ordering. I would say that it depends on the time of day that you go there which will dictate how long it will take to get your food. I went one day between 12p-1pm, and it took approximately 10 minutes from the moment I got in line at the drive through to the moment I was driving away with my food. I also felt like the service, especially the extra set of eyes in the drive through helps maintain order and accuracy. Another time, I ordered my food through the mobile app, showed up to Chick-fil-A about 10 minutes later, was directed to a designated waiting area, somebody checked me and and double checked my order, and my food was out in about 5 minutes, and I got service with a smile. I never had a problem with the accuracy of my order, and I never had a problem with anyone giving me attitude. I found everyone I dealt with to be super friendly and courteous. In terms of the quality of the food, I didn't feel like there was any difference in the quality of food compared to any of the Chick-fil-A's on Long Island, or any other location I've been too. One of the menu items I recommend is the frozen / frosted lemonade. It's like liquid crack. Try it at your own risk!! ha ha. Really though, it's delicious. I highly recommend this location. This is my third trip to this restaurant My first time I ordered the chicken strips snd Mac and cheese the Mac and cheese was very salty.I gave it a try two more times both times the chicken strips and fries were so salty I had to throw it away. They should advertise they are selling salt not chicken or fries. I have eaten at this chain at other places and never tasted so much salt. I could have gone home and just downed the container of Morton's Salt in my kitchen and not wasted my money the effect would have been the same immediate extra high blood pressure! Ive waited til my 4th trip to rate my experience. We went on night one and although the lines were less than expected the service was your typical great experience. The manager greeted us and introduced himself. The food was perfectly prepared. A few subsequent trips which included breakfast,dinner and a late night shake run all produced great experiences. The lines are manageable at all hours from my experience. Glad to see this new addition to the town and by the way thank god Chick fil a has arrived because the shopping center overhaul was much needed as was the parking lot. I was very excited for this Chick-fil-a to open near me! I came a few nights ago and the food was great. I went around 8pm and to my surprise there was a short line. The staff was very nice.
