Another chaotic trip with the kids. This time I left mine at home. I went to help out my friend do some shopping in the area with her babes. For the 5 of us, two adults and 3 kids, we got the 40 piece family nugget meal and it was PERFECT for us. It came with 4 cookies as well! I never had their cookies. What was I waiting on. It was super quiet at the time we went, so it felt extra loud when the kids came through. The staff is always kind and patient with our crew at a Chick Fil A and this was the case at this one. Location is great because it's right off the expressway. Was able to hop right on to head home with cookie in hand. They have a new strawberry hibiscus lemonade that I didn't care for. My review is for the customer service because it is just so disappointing and not like other chick-fil-a's. I ordered a sandwich and drink in the drive thru and both were wrong. Obviously not happy that it was incorrect, but when I reached out to customer service via email and phone and have not heard back from anyone. This is over a week ago. We stopped for a quick Sunday lunch! Parking lot was packed. I got the grilled chicken sandwich entree and shared a chicken wrap. The lines are long inside and at the drive-thru. The new location is a great addition to Farmingville. This is my first time here for breakfast, as I entered I noticed two line for the drive up. One line is for pre order on the app and the other for ordering now. No one was in the app pick up line. I will definitely be downloading the app for faster service. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and it was fabulous. The biscuit was hot, light and fluffy . The bacon done to perfection and the egg was plentiful and fresh. Welcome to the neighborhood! Very happy to have Chick-fil-A close(r) to home! I'm not sure when this location opened (I believe it was very recently!). I came in today (10/22). The drive-thru line was quite long, but moving. I still opted to order inside and dine in. The line inside was long too, but it was moving. The employees were so kind and nice! Stone was my cashier and he was very nice and welcoming. Service with a smile! I went simple with my order. Chicken tenders with fries, Chick-fil-A sauce and ranch. It was so yummy! Came here for dinner one night. I know that usually there is always a line but it was really busy. The staff was super friendly and attentive. It took over 20mins to get our food which seemed kind of long for a fast food restaurant. The food was good. They gave me the wrong soup but when i went to the counter they gave me the right one and then let me keep the other soup as well. read more

The high quality standards Chick-fil-A is known for makes this locations food quality that much worse. Fries were served cold and overcooked. Chicken nuggets had a mushy and slimy texture - with small chunks of cold fat. Mac and cheese was only filled halfway, dried out and burnt to a crisp. I had such high hopes for this new location right in Suffolk County. What a massive disappointment. read more

I've gone to plenty of chick-fil-a's and this one really irritates me. They've been open for far too long to still have line issues. When ordering, not one person is holding a menu so that you may pick. Then they get upset when you ask for the menu. There's only one line for drive thru and one strictly for mobile orders. I'd rather drive out of my way (Commack or smithtown) than sit on this line. They aren't organized inside either, I have to make sure I have everything in the bag before leaving because they're always forgetting something. (I got home and they didn't give me the tenders, they gave me chicken nuggets instead. Apparently, now you also have to look inside the box!) Looking forward to the one in Selden to open, I'll be giving them a try instead, even if it's a little farther. read more

Was excited to have this open up locally. As it is new, it is very clean inside and well maintained. The line is consistently long, but the staff is nice upon ordering and handing us our food. We usually get the naked tenders and chicken sandwich with fries and love having so many sauce options. It did take a little while to receive our food, but as it's still new I figure they are just working out all the kinks still. I don't even know where to begin with this location because from when I ordered to when I got my meal was the worst experience I've ever had at one of these franchises very confused girl at the drive-through and I understand it's busy and I usually don't write negative reviews, but They did make my coffee wrong. There was no milk in it. It tasted horrible. I did let them know that it was made incorrectly. They were staring at me all confused. It's exactly what I wanted on the receipt that was taped to it so I'm not sure where the confusion was and then when I went to go open my bag to eat the french fries there were giant black hairs, which I will attach in the photos so this location really needs a lot of work. We have gone quite a few times to see a difference , I also understand it's new but the other locations do not have such a long wait time at the drive thru. 10 minutes for a coffee is kind of crazy , all other locations have staff walk it up to your car if it's completed . Restaurant was dirty and trash overflowing. Waited 25 minutes for my food and finally got it. This is supposed to be fast food. Lettuce was entirely wilted and chicken soggy from waiting. I went up to the counter after 15 minutes of waiting and was rudely told that "it'll be up soon". Workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. Parking is a nightmare as there's only 20 spots since half the parking lot is closed due to an "exit". Won't come back to this location again, what an utter mess. Placed an online order in December. Arrived to pick it up and was told the order was never processed; didn't have time to wait, and was told we would not be charged since it never went through. Well, we were charged; disputed through my bank and the the charge was deemed valid on their end. They took $64.99 from us and we received no food. This young man was handling the restaurant, his staff, and the customers wonderfully.
