**UPDATE: Celeste Makes the Difference at Farmingville McDonald's** I'm a creature of habit and when I get a craving for a Sausage Egg McMuffin and hash browns, I head straight to My local Farmingville McDonald's. It's not always a smooth experience, but this morning was an absolute delight thanks to Celeste. Celeste's friendly voice greeted me at the drive-thru, and she remembered me from previous visits. She took my order with a smile, ensuring everything would be perfect and it was!! Celeste consistently delivers exceptional service, and it's the main reason I choose this McDonald's over the others in the area. The food is at least good as other locations, but Celeste's genuine enthusiasm and dedication to customer service are what makes the difference. She's the kind of employee every business hopes to find. Managers, take note: Celeste is an asset to your company. She deserves recognition and any opportunities for growth within the company. Her positive attitude is contagious and her dedication is a shining example of how great customer service can make all the difference. I'm not the only one who appreciates Celeste. My neighbors have also raved about her, and it's clear that her excellent service keeps them coming back to Farmingville McDonald's and they are extremely lucky to have her. read more

I won't be going back to this McDonalds, they always have you move away from the window and never put your sauces in the bag. And yesterday, no Monopoly game pieces. I know I'm not going to win a Winnebago or a million dollars or whatever the prizes are, but that is not the point. I want the game pieces I am supposed to receive when I get Large Fries or Large Drink. read more

Spent a great weekend on Long Island. We left our hotel at 3am to head home and stopped at this 24 hour location to get breakfast. To our disappointment they said they don't start breakfast until 4am. Just didn't feel like having a Big Mac and fries for breakfast so we moved on. read more

2nd week in a row that food I ordered not in bag, wanted to try new crispy straps w sauce, recieved sauce no strips.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION LATE NIGHTS!! I always get late night cravings and every single time I come to this location because it's only one open nearby... they literally ALWAYS undercook tf outta my food and I waste money and end up still being hungry. Last night I threw up and I might have food poisoning since whoever in the back is a horrible cook and should be fired but hey, it's McDonalds and management probably gonna read this and not do anything about it... so if your hungry at night and want something to eat, just get Taco Bell or something this location sucks read more

I've gone to this establishment several times and have always been impressed with its speed and ability to make fresh food for a fast-food establishment. The burgers and fries are always cooked to perfection and, more importantly, never make mistakes. I've been at McDonald's with significant issues when they pack your order. This establishment has been perfect. Although I don't eat fast food daily, the times I get the urge, this establishment is one of the places where I indulge. read more

I went into the drive-through. Service was fast and the workers were nice and courteous. Food came out hot and fresh. To top that, the person who gave us our food when we parked came up with a container with all the sauces and PLASTIC STRAWS. Easily the best McDonald's I have ate at. read more

Whoever working the drive thru on April 13th at 12:30AM is rude and unprofessional and forgot to give us half our order. Drinks watered down and fries ain't got no salt. I will not be returning read more

A 1 hour wait, to get food from McDoanld, unprofessional staff! unacceptable! I pulled up to this place at 2:23 AM, while starving. After check in at the speaker, TWICE stating I am picking up my mobile order the staff tell me to go to the second window WITHOUT taking my code. AFTER 20 MINUTES WAITING IN LINE, the staff at the window told me "They did not punch you in, just go around, I cannot punch you in here." ANOTHER 30 MINUTES WAIT. Would give a zero star if I can. Will never visit this place again (They have got my order wrong before, also after 20 minutes wait). read more

Came at 2:40am and met with wonderful, attentive, friendly service. Even gave us piping hot fries!

By far the SLOWEST McDonalds I have been too. They shouldn't have two drive thru lines cause they can't handle it. Please get better employees that can handle the rush. This fast food restaurant is right off the expressway and should be able to handle it. read more

McDonald's - When you ask for cheese burgers with no buns this is what you get. - Fast Food Near Me - Farmingville, New York

imagine. it's sunday night at 10:30. i've just left an anime convention and have crashed my friend's house for a last minute sleepover. their mom brings us to mcdonald's, and i can't wait to get my hands on my favorite mcdonald's specialty; 10 piece chicken nuggets. we pull into the drive-thru and leave with our order.....10 piece chicken nuggets, diet coke, strawberry shake, 3 medium fries...... we get back to their house and sit down for the meal of gods. i open my cleverly labeled box of what is certainly, 10 piece chicken nuggets, right? so you can imagine my surprise when i open it to find a single fish filet sitting in the center of the box. not a sandwich. a single fish filet. the 1 star is only there as i was absolutely starving and ate it anyway.....2/5 stars for the filet itself i guess......now i understand why my family refuses to bring me here.......... read more

Wow! Very rude employees! Went around 9pm for a little snack. They were starting to clean the inside. I don't understand why they would start to clean 2 hours before closing. Anyway..my boyfriend and I asked the guy who was cleaning if we can sit down. He said sure. So as we went to sit, this other employee basically yells at us and says, "it's already cleaned there! You can't sit there!" Welll, the other tables were very dirty and we don't like to sit in dirt...who does? When we told her it's messy everywhere else she said, "well you can't sit where he cleaned!" Hm, what?! He's cleaning two hours before closing. Anyway, we found a table in the corner. During this whole argument about not being able to sit where the worker had cleaned, there was a homeless man sleeping with his belly out. Totally passed out! So...they will let someone sleep but they won't let a paying customer eat in a section that had been cleaned?? Makes total sense! What I still don't understand is that the worker that was cleaning said it was fine if we sit..it was a worker that didn't seem to be doing anything. While we were eating the other workers behind the counter were being very loud! There wasn't any Diet Coke in the machine behind the counter or at the self serve soda machine. The workers were yelling about it and no one wanted to refill it. Cmon, really?! Anyway, the food was decent. The location needs a major remodel. read more

Great McDonald's never mess my order up and the buns are pretty fresh. Most McDonald's the bun is always stale.

The McRib is Baacckk!! Oh yeah! Drive thru was busy but the long line went quickly- service was good and most importantly my food was Hott! including the fries!! The McRib was delicious & tasted just as I remembered- just the right ratio all around - Love those onions!!! I don't really eat much fast food but this visit really made my day. I love this place, the service is fast, the egg McMuffin is 300 calories. Throw away half the muffin and you got a 220 calorie snack. Wash it down with a large unsweetened ice tea for $1.09 and your good to go. Funny thing about the staff, who all seem to be under 16. It makes me wonder if the owner likes children, it's creepy. Besides, adults need to work, hello? read more

I never write a review unless the place deserves it and it honestly does. Let's start with the open 24 hours? You have employees pouring themselves a cup of coffee at 4 in the morning tasting it and dumping it out instead of being on the mic and taking there jobs seriously. if you hate working at McDonald's just LEAVE no one is forcing you to stay when there's other jobs out there. especially if you ain't taking our orders when it says you're open for 24 hours but you have the time to make yourself COFFEE? I hope the managers see this. cause you need to. it's a waste to drive all the way to McDonald's with these gas prices to be ignored. you'll get hangry people like my boyfriend. we waited 10 minutes!!!!! before pulling up the window to see who was working just to see the lady not on the mic making coffee and on top of that looked in our direction and didn't move to speak to us just made coffee. we waited another 2 minutes before leaving and even beeped to get her attention. so we took our money to 711 and got ourselves taquitos!!! 711 SUPREMACY. Mcdonalds only surviving off Collabs at this point. I would give 0 stars because it's giving. read more

This is a horrible place. They had us waiting online for 30 minutes & the food was cold. Brutal.

Went through drive thru on 2/22/23 around 10:30 pm. the drive thru was backed up and people were driving away after they placed their orders because it was taking too long. They didn't put my large french fry in the bag and the staff seemed confused. I knocked on the window holding up my bag and employees just looked at me and turned their head. After continuously tapping the window with a key the manager finally let me in and gave me the missing french fry. I'm shocked this franchise has not been taken back. They rarely give you a full french fry and seem to skimp on a lot of items according to other reviews. read more

This Mcdonalds is one of the worst I've ever been too. Early in the mornings on weekdays their drive thru is extremely slow. I turn my car off and wait for my food. They also do not honor the advertised price if specials. I.e., 2 mcmuffins for $4 at most liberal cations you can get one for $2. The special does not say must purchase 2 to get the special price. Also, their lunch does not start until 1100 where as most other McDonald's lunch begins at 1030. If one can get breakfast items all day, why can we not get lunch items all day? I'd much rather have a burger than pancakes. read more

Seriously awesome service, always clean, comparably great to other McDonald's. Super great deals in the app that includes a punch card for any McCafe item. The caramel frapp is and will continue to be a favorite dessert item, highly recommended. The food is obviously not high quality but tastes like crack if it's your kind of thing. Very easy to customize burgers and always comes correct. Good on the staff! read more

Every time I'm in this store there is a 19-20 year old supervisor yelling at some 14 year nervous new kid. I'm embarrassed for the poor kid. It's almost bullying. This location constantly forgets my son's dipping sauce for his nuggets. Why ask what kind of sauce if you are not going to give one anyway?! There was a manager there who respects the military and she took out her credit card and paid for the entire meal!
