Wow! Very rude employees! Went around 9pm for a little snack. They were starting to clean the inside. I don't understand why they would start to clean 2 hours before closing. Anyway..my boyfriend and I asked the guy who was cleaning if we can sit down. He said sure. So as we went to sit, this other employee basically yells at us and says, "it's already cleaned there! You can't sit there!" Welll, the other tables were very dirty and we don't like to sit in dirt...who does? When we told her it's messy everywhere else she said, "well you can't sit where he cleaned!" Hm, what?! He's cleaning two hours before closing. Anyway, we found a table in the corner. During this whole argument about not being able to sit where the worker had cleaned, there was a homeless man sleeping with his belly out. Totally passed out! So...they will let someone sleep but they won't let a paying customer eat in a section that had been cleaned?? Makes total sense! What I still don't understand is that the worker that was cleaning said it was fine if we sit..it was a worker that didn't seem to be doing anything. While we were eating the other workers behind the counter were being very loud! There wasn't any Diet Coke in the machine behind the counter or at the self serve soda machine. The McRib is Baacckk!! Oh yeah! Drive thru was busy but the long line went quickly- service was good and most importantly my food was Hott! including the fries!! Went through drive thru on 2/22/23 around 10:30 pm. the drive thru was backed up and people were driving away after they placed their orders because it was taking too long. They didn't put my large french fry in the bag and the staff seemed confused. I knocked on the window holding up my bag and employees just looked at me and turned their head. After continuously tapping the window with a key the manager finally let me in and gave me the missing french fry. I'm shocked this franchise has not been taken back. I love this place, the service is fast, the egg McMuffin is 300 calories. Throw away half the muffin and you got a 220 calorie snack. This Mcdonalds is one of the worst I've ever been too. Early in the mornings on weekdays their drive thru is extremely slow. I turn my car off and wait for my food. They also do not honor the advertised price if specials. I.e., 2 mcmuffins for $4 at most liberal cations you can get one for $2. The special does not say must purchase 2 to get the special price. Also, their lunch does not start until 1100 where as most other McDonald's lunch begins at 1030. If one can get breakfast items all day, why can we not get lunch items all day?
