On Sunday 4/27 my family order 4 burgers, fries and onion rings. We were traveling back from Nassau county and picked the food up on the way home. Once we got home, I noticed my toddlers burger was raw in the middle when I cut it in half for him. We cut into all the burgers each one was completely raw in the middle. I called up and spoke to a young girl who offered to remake our order, I declined at this point and she put me on hold. She spoke to her manager I said she would refund me for the burgers. The food is consistently delicious, and the shakes always taste good. The only thing that keeps this from being a five star review is the online pricing. If you order through third party platforms, the prices jump a lot, so it is much better to use their own app. Ordering through the app saves you from the extra fees that other platforms add on. I did have one experience where my order was messed up even though I used the app, but their customer service handled it very well. I emailed them and they quickly issued a refund for the item that was incorrect. Overall, great food, great shakes, and a much better experience when you order through their app. read more

I was so impressed with how clean the dining area is and how great there customer service is. While there menu is small, we had questions because you can build your own burger. The food is somewhat pricey but the burgers are generally cooked to the appropriate temperature. The salads are ok, but have made us sick more than a few times over the years. This a great lunch spot. Small with limited menu but what they serve is good!! I had the philly cheese steak. Well seasoned, good amount of onions snd cheese. My kids had the grill cheese and cheese burger. Once again, very good. My wife had cheese burger with and egg.. she also ordered the "Go sauce " which is amazing. If your in area try it. Between the amazing service & fresh food, this burger joint is definitely 5 star worthy. Located in Mt Sinai, there's a large parking lot with plenty of parking. They have tables inside and a few outside. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and well cared for. The prices are absolutely wonderful! All of the food is cooked to order and so fresh! They even make homemade fries which is a huge deal to me. The service was top notch. Everyone was so friendly! The food was served hot, ticket times were great. As for the food, I'm so happy with this restaurant. Again, everything was so fresh and flavorful. So my family decided to have this for dinner on Mother's Day. I've been trying to eat at local restaurants as much as possible during this pandemic. I ordered online from their website and checked the curbside pick-up option. I called when I got there and less than 30 seconds later, someone brought my food out. Didn't catch his name, but he was very friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask, so if you're concerned about that, don't be. I got the burger special which was an avocado club. The burger special(which changes weekly, follow them on Insta) also comes with fries, which is a good deal for about 10 bucks. My parents each got a single burger with different toppings. Everyone's order was correct and each burger was cooked to the requested doneness. And everyone loved what they got, even my notoriously picky father. Burgers were a nice size and moist. It's a very hearty burger, especially when compared to burgers you get at fast food places. Bun was soft. Not too greasy at all. Dip your fries in their Go sauce. So good. Really good! I think they use Pat Lefrida beef, my burger was exactly made med rare and I put American cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions. Burger was on a nice bun, not falling apart or getting mushy. We shared an order of onion rings which were very good and so was their "go" sauce, don't know what it was made from but that was good, too! And to top it all off I had a vanilla shake. A perfect burger experience!! So happy cause it's a block from our house. Will definitely go again and get fat. Oh well. Last time i was here they were LI burger. But they have definitely uped their game significantly since then. Better menu layout and selection Burger was okay when i got them this time. Very under-seasoned. The other chain in ridge seasoned their burger better. I felt like there was no charring to the outside pf my burger and it had no bite to the outside. Felt like the burger was cooked on a cold griddle or boiled. Bun was soft and still delicious with a nice accent of their logo on the ourside Atmosphere was beautiful and located in a great part of town right off of one of the majn roads. This time we just received it from delivery and for the amount of money that they charged us for our two sandwiches.. we are insulted .. Fried chicken sandwich, with Avocado -$12.00 Cheeseburger w/ fried egg, sautéed onion and mushroom - $13.00 The chicken sandwich w/ sliced avocado --. Well As seen in the photo this is a spoon full of some sort of supermarket guacamole ,, it's Not fresh and do not want to eat this on our chicken... The burger has literally zero cheese a few Raw onions that were NOT sautéed and a couple canned mushrooms,, not grilled in the slightest.. there are no condiments on it ,, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise, because I did not have that in the house and it has neither .. now the restaurant is closed and I am stuck with a sandwich that I paid more than I wanted to for and can not eat or get a refund. Whenever I'm craving a made to order fresh burger, this is where I go. Go Burger is fast, fresh and the owner is always on hand. I've only had their version of a Shamrock Shake and it was excellent, but I'm a fountain soda girl so I cant speak to their other flavors. I had the most amazing Bacon Cheeseburger, Frys, Onion Rings and Strawberry milk shake from Go Burger yesterday. It was juicy and delicious. The philly cheese steak was on point as well. I am a stickerler for onion rings and GoBurger had the best I've every had. The milkshake was the perfect consistency and bursting with flavor.
