On Sunday 4/27 my family order 4 burgers, fries and onion rings. We were traveling back from Nassau county and picked the food up on the way home. Once we got home, I noticed my toddlers burger was raw in the middle when I cut it in half for him. We cut into all the burgers each one was completely raw in the middle. I called up and spoke to a young girl who offered to remake our order, I declined at this point and she put me on hold. She spoke to her manager I said she would refund me for the burgers. The food is consistently delicious, and the shakes always taste good. The only thing that keeps this from being a five star review is the online pricing. If you order through third party platforms, the prices jump a lot, so it is much better to use their own app. Ordering through the app saves you from the extra fees that other platforms add on. I did have one experience where my order was messed up even though I used the app, but their customer service handled it very well. Solid burger. For me it sits just below Shake Shack and above Five Guys. Tasty, meaty, cheesy, a little greasy. You can pick your toppings. Their Go sauce is good. The food is somewhat pricey but the burgers are generally cooked to the appropriate temperature. The salads are ok, but have made us sick more than a few times over the years. This a great lunch spot. Small with limited menu but what they serve is good!! I had the philly cheese steak. Well seasoned, good amount of onions snd cheese. Between the amazing service & fresh food, this burger joint is definitely 5 star worthy. Located in Mt Sinai, there's a large parking lot with plenty of parking. They have tables inside and a few outside. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and well cared for. The prices are absolutely wonderful! All of the food is cooked to order and so fresh! They even make homemade fries which is a huge deal to me. The service was top notch. Everyone was so friendly! The food was served hot, ticket times were great. Really good! I think they use Pat Lefrida beef, my burger was exactly made med rare and I put American cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions. Burger was on a nice bun, not falling apart or getting mushy. We shared an order of onion rings which were very good and so was their "go" sauce, don't know what it was made from but that was good, too! And to top it all off I had a vanilla shake. The burger special(which changes weekly, follow them on Insta) also comes with fries, which is a good deal for about 10 bucks. My parents each got a single burger with different toppings. Last time i was here they were LI burger. But they have definitely uped their game significantly since then. Better menu layout and selection Burger was okay when i got them this time. Very under-seasoned. The other chain in ridge seasoned their burger better. I felt like there was no charring to the outside pf my burger and it had no bite to the outside. Felt like the burger was cooked on a cold griddle or boiled. Bun was soft and still delicious with a nice accent of their logo on the ourside Atmosphere was beautiful and located in a great part of town right off of one of the majn roads. I've only had their version of a Shamrock Shake and it was excellent, but I'm a fountain soda girl so I cant speak to their other flavors.
