On Sunday 4/27 my family order 4 burgers, fries and onion rings. We were traveling back from Nassau county and picked the food up on the way home. Once we got home, I noticed my toddlers burger was raw in the middle when I cut it in half for him. We cut into all the burgers each one was completely raw in the middle. I called up and spoke to a young girl who offered to remake our order, I declined at this point and she put me on hold. She spoke to her manager I said she would refund me for the burgers. Well they charged me the full amount. Disappointed in this local place will never order or recommend this business.

Wanted a burger and we wanted to try something different. We are from Vegas and we're referred to Go Burger for the best burger in the area. We opted to take out. I was so impressed with how clean the dining area is and how great there customer service is. While there menu is small, we had questions because you can build your own burger. My husband was able to get his burger built exactly the way he requested. I ordered grilled cheese. We also ordered tator tots and French fries. I have to say for a burger joint the prices are on the pricier side. My husband loved his burger. It was on the large size. The fries are cut right from the potato. These are not the frozen kind. Really good. My grill cheese was mot so good. The bread was stale. Otherwise pretty good !

Delicious juicy burger with blue cheese crumbles and fresh crunchy pickles!! Definitely worth trying I will be back!

Real nickels as the dining room tile!

Burgers are not that great. The bun and meat falling apart no flavor at all. Overpriced as well.

Wakes always depress the hell out of me anyway, but afterward we ended up at this bar restaurant. It's a totally regular, blue-collar joint. Nothing fancy or phony about it at all. They had the usual stuff sitting out as the wake crowd shuffled in. Trays of wraps, wings, pasta, Caesar salad, sausage and peppers, that whole routine. Average food, really, but it got the job done. Everybody was feeling pretty happy as the drinks came in and went down celebrating this mans life on this depressing planet. It wasn't great or anything, but it didn't pretend to be, which I respect. If you really want to know the truth about the dining area, the whole setup in there was funny as hell. On one wall, they had all these cartoon posters, or whatever the hell they were, like Artificial Intelligence Smurfs and Angry Birds and all those childish pictures hanging up like it was a damn nursery. But then right on the other wall, they've got pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra, like they're trying to act all classy and sophisticated, which just killed me. It's such a strange contrast that it almost breaks your heart. And then over on the bar side, it was just this huge square bar where a bunch of locals were sitting around watching the Mets lose on TV, some old bar fly playing a version of compacted nine pins. They were all staring at me like I had two heads or something just for wearing an expensive suit, which depressed me as well.

First and foremost the minute you walk in, your kinda taken back in time with the Johnny Cash pictures and other 1950's and 60's. The music playin also transports you back there! The front counter employee was super friendly and helpful and I think he may double as a cook as well. Anyway, my family and I ordered the Big Stack...Two All Beef Patties, Special Sauce, Lettuce, Cheese, Pickles & Onions on a Toasted Potato Roll. This burger was ON POINT!! Perfectly cooked and exactly as described. My wife had the Foghorn Leghorn, Handmade Southern Fried Chicken Breast, on a Martin's Potato Roll Topped with Lettuce and Mayo, which was delicious. The fries were excellent and the onion rings with the dipping sauce were amazing! I would have probably passed this place by if not given a heads up! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend stopping by if your in the area and even make a trip over if your not, it's that worth it!! T

We both ordered the Hag which sounded appealing except for the fact both came out raw on the inside. Let's face it, if burgers are what you are known for, then you should learn how to cook them. Very disappointing. First and last for us.

This was our second visit to Gourmet Burger Bistro and we were looking forward to our meal. We were seriously impressed the first time and were looking forward to an equally enjoyable experience. My wife went with the Napa Valley Burger, which came loaded with bold flavors--creamy brie, sweet fig jam, and crispy onions all layered on a juicy patty. She's not one for gushing, but I got a solid "this is really good" out of her, which speaks volumes. I went the custom route with a turkey burger from the Build-a-Burger menu. Turkey patties can go either way--dry or forgettable--but this one was moist, well-seasoned, and didn't play second fiddle to the beef options. The brioche bun held up nicely. Continuing to keep things simple, we decided that the meal was enough and just ordered two coffees for dessert. The coffee arrived piping hot and smooth--not an afterthought like you get at some places. Finally, things are pricey but worth every bite! What really sealed the deal was our waitress. Friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of chatty. She made sure everything came out just right, checked in without hovering, and had great timing with the check. All in all, this spot blends gourmet creativity with comfort food vibes. If you're into burgers done right--with options to match your mood--this place is a must-visit. Be careful about parking, the spots directly across the way from the restaurant are metered. If these are not free, continue straight and the municipal lot will be in front of you. All spots here are metered as well. If you like a picture or a comment, please let me know. Every comment makes a difference.
