Pretty decent and consistent food, though nothing mind-blowing. The chicken is crispy, the smash burger is flavorful, and I usually get the mix plate since it's a good value -- two burgers and fries. Their milkshakes are really good too, and the fries stay crisp. The mac and cheese was a disappointment though, and I wish they had a spicier or at least more garlicky sauce. Their sauce leans more on the sweet side, which isn't really my preference, and is why I personally prefer Sheikh's more. But overall, not bad. read more

Unfortunately, not the best visit back. Now it is important to note this is my second visit back, as my first visit was of the upmost pleasant experience. So I'm not excited about leaving this review. Service: (+) What I will say is the cashier was very nice and welcoming and he seemed passionate about his job throughout conversation! He asked us what we tried the first time and provided explanations and different options on the menu for us to explore. Ambiance: (+) still clean inside (-) it's still SO COLD in the restaurant. We had originally ordered to stay, however after sitting there for a couple minutes while waiting for the order we changed it to go- prefer to eat at home where there is sufficient heat. (-) Another thing was we weren't able to hear each other over the very loud music playing. Not only while we were ordering (we had to ask for the cashier to repeat himself and had to repeat ourselves), but also when we were trying to talk to each other as we were waiting for food. Food: {we ordered the Yoyo Mix Plate, double burger, lotus biscuit milkshake, and Mac and cheese} (+) the chicken sandwich mild is still really delicious, although I'd like to see more coleslaw in it, in order to even out the flavors. (-) the smash burgers were dry. Not like the first time we were here where it was toasted but still moist. (-) lotus biscuit milkshake was good, but didn't seem to be as rich as the one we had the first time. It was watery- seemed to have ice cream to milk ratios off (-) Mac and cheese was my ultimate disappointment. I'm huge on Mac and cheese and the first time we came it was white cheddar and literally top tier flavors. This time around the Mac and cheese was yellow (?)... and it tasted like the Kraft Mac and cheese powder. Really not pleasant at all To me, CONSISTENCY IS KEY. I truly believe a restaurant has hit its peak performance when it achieves consistency. Here, unfortunately, it is missing. To me, the very evident change in the color of the Mac and cheese speaks volumes. It doesn't allow you to speculate whether maybe you might be tasting something different- it's just outright in your face different, and the taste is inconsistent. And not only with this, but also the other parts of the meal I had mentioned above. I can now see some of what had been mentioned by other yelp reviewers to be true. I don't believe I will be back- but do wish this restaurant the greatest success and hope they see this and take the feedback constructively. read more

Disgusting food and dirty, don't go here! Positive: The smashburger was pretty decent, has flavor. The fries were seasoned well and I like waffle fries. Negative: The chicken was overcooked and dry, the Mac and cheese noodles were dense and the Mac n cheese itself was hot and cold at the same time. The juice drinks I'm convinced were ocean spray. So sweet and super tart. Inside: The tables and floor were filthy and sticky, there was garbage everywhere too. I recorded pics and videos of the experience. I took a wipe and cleaned off our table, and the wipe was covered in black residue. We went to use the restroom and the floor was flooded with water, unusable. We informed staff and they said they are too busy to have someone cleaning. What?!? The card machine for self ordering is broken as well, after standing there forever we were informed to tap cash and pay on the app. We then had to wait a long time for mediocre food. We watched 3 parties suffer the same fate and other parties walk out. read more

Saw a post on tik tok about this place. & it did not disappoint ! Place was busy crowded & yet staff was friendly & offer to help immediately. We order a little of everything & all was so good ! The portions were a good size! The chicken sandwich was definitely the best thing! The cutlet inside the small bun did not disappoint I would definitely recommend & go back! First time going....Smash burger patties were over cooked but at least the sauce was tasty which made up for burnt burger. The chicken was nothing special all about mid grade food. What got me was I waited 20 minutes until I received my order. The place was not busy so I'm assuming the people working in the back do not have an efficient system for getting the food out quickly. I believe in second chances so I'll try it again someday. But if it's a repeat of what I received this time I won't be going back. After always passing by YoYo Chicken I finally stopped in after work. The location was clean and offered a variety of different mix and match combos so you can get a little bit of everything. I had a couple questions about the platters and the workers were very helpful! I ended up getting the YoYo Mixed Plate and was pleasantly surprised how fresh and tasty the food was. I just left this place and they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never return. I ordered online, came in and walked to the back where the pick up orders are. There are two young ladies behind the counter who did not acknowledge me. The place is busy, so I do allow them to complete what they are doing hoping that they will finish up their order and attend to me. A woman of a different race walks in and she's acknowledged and the worker begin looking for her order. I said, hey I was here 1st. The worker ignored me and gave the other person her order. I said you should acknowledge the person who came in 1st and see what I need prior to anyone else. She asks my name 3 times. I tell her and of course my order was already sitting there. I tell her again, you should not do that. Next time acknowledge the person who came in 1st. After receiving my order another customer saw the interaction and said that's horrible. They should do not do that. I was completely embarrassed. After I received my order, I had to sit outside in the car for a while. You can check the cameras for the interactions, start around 5:40pm. The food is Fresh made to order, the staff was super friendly. The portions were well worth the price. We tried the Smash burgers and waffle fries , chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders (which are on the large size) every thing was very good. My son got a burger which he said was actually pretty decent but the best part of the meal at a chicken place shouldn't be the burger. The fries were just standard waffle fries. Not bad but nothing great. We got 2 chicken tenders and my hopes when looking at them was very high . They seemed well seasoned based on the coloring. But that's where it ended. They were bland and not crispy. And when I say bland I mean literally the only seasoning must have been paprika bc there was not a hint of salt or garlic or any other seasoning.
