This wingstop is one of the worst this far that I've been to. First of all the staff has no idea what's going on, I ordered a 8 piece wing meal and they gave my order to another individual who took the food and left then they remade it for me and the wings were very tiny and not tasty at all. Ordered some wings for Summer Slam. We got 30 traditional wings - Atomic - Traditional Hot - Korean BBQ Why does this place have two stars? I'll tell you why with two reasons. 1. QSRs corporate main concern when it comes to the service aspect is making their websites online orders a priority- this means that if you come in and order or you're going though a third party delivery platform, you're going to be waiting a hell of a lot longer than if you just placed it on their site and follow the wait times. BF was in an out in two minutes. 2. A wing places main thing is going to be its traditional bone in wings; not the boneless ones. Anyway, into the food. The wings are great! They are pretty meaty, couple of tiny ones but they're wings! I got one or two with veins out of the 30, but it happens everywhere on occasion. The Atomic ones aren't that hot. However, I am a horrible judge of heat bc I like things very spicy. My bf said they were tolerable spice wise though. They have good flavor, not just hot. The most prominent flavors are citrus and black pepper. The Traditional Hot we got bc you need to know the basics! They're great, good flavor not too salty, not greasy, cooked nicely. Solid buffalo sauce. Korean BBQ are very flavorful. Garlic forward, smokey, and peppery. They taste just what you would think Korean bbq would taste like. These were the most salty though. They really go ham with the sauce; if you like a super saucy wing you'll like these. I didn't go inside, but bf said it was just like any other sort of chain and it was packed with people waiting. I tried this place after reading some yelp reviews and was in the mood for a new wing spot - pun not intended. I gave it a shot and got wings for friends and brought them home. I got mixed boneless and on the bone wings and I just say I was significantly more disappointed than I thought I'd possibly be. Although the on the bone wings were mediocre, the boneless wings tasted like Costco chicken nuggets drenched in sauce and became extremely soggy after just 10 minutes during the car ride home. I really was hoping for some fantastic wings and my mood went from enthusiastic to dissappointed real fast. Buffalo wild wings is right across the street and although those wings are hit or miss sometimes, I've never felt the dissatisfaction I've had here at bdubs. The experience wasn't that great either as the employees gave zero attention to me or anyone else in the establishment. For a place dedicated to wings, the fries were much better than the wings. Here's the Scoop: Wings are one of my favorite snack foods, so I had to come here and check this place out. Located in a strip mall in Deer Park where parking is shared. As you enter you see seating to your right and a counter to order directly in front of the dining area. Not enough room for large groups but can seat about 12 people. I ordered the 6pc (3 wings cut in half) garlic Parmesan Wings with blue cheese dip and veggies (carrot & celery sticks) and it was delicious. My wings were seasoned perfectly and the veggie sticks were fresh and crisp. Every order cooked fresh. They have combos also where you can order more than one flavor and seasoned fries. My order portion was just right, enough for me to taste. Next time, I will get my munch on. If you like wings give them a try. read more

Monday, September 6, 2021: Customer service by Valerie was awful. We came in for the sign on the front door advertising 70¢ boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and she said she doesn't know how to put it in and made us choose from a different combo, she didn't even bother asking someone for help to be able to do this for us as advertised on the front door. Then the combo she does proceed to put in is traditional wings which are more expensive-- when we were there for boneless wings to start. So she had to then refund and rering in the order as boneless wings with an attitude saying we never clarified. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful, not a manager in sight either. As for the food came out hot and that's all I could really ask for at this point. Next time should listen to every other two star review for this WingStop. read more

I visited this location despite the reviews. But I did go early afternoon on a friday and it wasn't busy. I arrived and the cashier was friendly and my order took about 7 minutes to finish. I ordered 10 pc wings; Louisiana rub and parmesan garlic. The wings were good but nothing special. It tasted like wings definitely better than the place down the street I must say. We went at lunch time and the wait was very reasonable. Our order was taken quickly and came out correctly. The wings were perfectly crispy and the meat was tender. The cajun sauce was delicious and fairly spicy. The original hot was not spicy at all. We wondered if they made a mistake and gave us mild. The BBQ had a nice flavor and no spice. I would not eat the lemon and pepper again. I'm looking forward to trying the atomic flavor soon to see if there is a buffalo flavored sauce with a more spicy feel.
