Went here for the first time excited to finally go to a Wingstop on Long Island and it was such a disappointment.. My boyfriend and I ordered the meal for 2 combo half boneless hickory bbq, half lemon pepper with bone in. We went when there was no one else in the restaurant and it took 1/2hr to get our food. When we finally got our food however the wings itself were disgusting. The lemon pepper was very very salty and was not enjoyable to eat and the bbq boneless was a chicken strip with a little bit of sauce. All in all for such a popular chain restaurant it was such a let down we will not be coming here again. :( read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I placed an order for pick up today for 10 pm online, got a confirmation email and everything. I go there at 10:05 pm and the guy said "your order will be out in about 10 mins". I'm already annoyed at this point cause what's the point of PICK UP if it's not even ready. But I'm patient so I wait and time just keeps passing and passing and the guy at the register kept saying "almost ready it'll be a few more mins".... It ends up being 10:45 and this guy says "We don't see your name here"....... SO IT TOOK YOU 45 MINS TO SAY THAT ?!?!? So my food was NEVER in the process of being made and instead of being straight up honest, he kept brushing me off. I woulda left I immediately at 10:05 if I had knew they didn't even start my order. And on top of that, I didn't even get my food nor a refund. Any other day I would have stuck around and waited but I had to be somewhere (which is why I did pick up in the first place). And on top of that, the girl who was packaging the food in the bags had an attitude and showed no willingness to help aside from roll her eyes.
