I am giving this restaurant five stars because I was very impressed with how clean it was. The condiment area, soda machine, the floor and tables. Cleanliness is number one. The other thing was the service my husband and I received. The server brought over the food and asked if we needed anything else and even though you help yourself with the Ketchup he got it for us. We started observing the rest of the staff. Everyone, was attentive and courteous to the customers. Wow, hats off to the managers and the staff. The food came out hot and was very good. Thumbs up read more

First time trying Burferfi and we had an amazing experience. I had the Burgerfi Cheeseburger + bacon, my hubby had the Breakfast All Day and the cry fry (onion rings and fry combo). The patties in the burgers are super juicy and tasty, their fries are crunchy and tasty. The onion inside the onion rings were too thick, wont be ordering that in the future. Had a vanilla shake and it was thick and delicious. Definitely this will be our future place whenever we want to have burgers. Highly recommend!! read more

Our first time trying this place. Best burgers we have ever had. Onion rings are fabulous. French fries as well. Can't wait to go back.

I went for lunch for the Thursday special. The fries and beer were good. The burger was a disaster. The burger and cheese were sliding off the bun and the bun was soggy like it had fallen into the grease. Not a pleasant meal or experience. This is the first time I've had this happen there and the people I were with had a normal burger like mine should have been. read more

Yes I'm giving one star because it was my worst fast food experience ever. It,s because I never even got my food. Service was a complete disappointment. I walked into the restaurant no cashier would even look my way I tried the kiosk but it took me a few minutes then I waited and waited and waited after asking about my food 3 times I was told they waiting for fry's 3 times after about 30 minutes I was told it's gonna be while. Then the long face then I asked for a refund. I drove to west Palm Applebee's and got a burger and onion rings. read more

food was awful...burger bun hard as a rock on one side, inedible. meat had no flavor. fries were small dried up slivers. this place has really gone downhill. read more

Love love love the CEO burger! And the veggie burger (two choices- go for the quinoa one) SO glad this new BurgerFi opened so close to where my family is in Florida. Quick, clean, friendly (talking to you..manager Jill) and delish (Oreo milkshake) This is totally our new go to place when visiting. Please open one near me in Westchester! read more

My husband and I went for the first time the other night and we met Chandler oh my God he was so attentive and so much high-energy we just love the store and we got the shakes and we went back again tonight and I can't believe Chandler remembered our names despite the busyness of the store I am so impressed with him.will definitely go back again and have a meal with my husband and my family Thanks to Chandler making us feel welcome and right at home and we live very close so I can see this being a new hotspot for us. read more

My husband and I were in the mood for some dessert and decided to try out the brand new BurgerFi for their legendary custard. Not only was the custard beyond satisfying to our sweet tooth, but the staff was super welcoming and upbeat! We had such a great experience that we decided to go back a second time in the same week! And I must say, I was very much impressed with how on point the BurgerFi staff was in only their first week of being officially open! My husband and I found Marie and Chandler to be particularly helpful! They are running a great crew at West Boynton BurgerFi! Go visit them soon! You won't be disappointed! read more

Hands down... the Best Service in a BurgerFi I've ever seen!!!... awesome staff, they're all checking on all the customers to see what we need. Honestly best BurgerFi ever! I'm sad that I live so far away from it!! read more

1st I tried the chicken sandwich and it was like rubber a few weeks ago, tried it again today and even worst. The Burgers are fine but don't order the grill chicken sandwich ever!! Guess that's what you get for ordering chicken sandwich at a burger restaurant . read more

While the burgers are good the food is way overpriced. 5 onion rings, a burger (single), and a drink $15. The place is just a fancy fast food restaurant. You would be better served eating at McDonalds. Drinks are self service, same machine found in most fast places. Do yourself a favor aardvark take your )15 and go get a full meal someplace else. read more

We are so happy to have a BurgerFi closet to us! The owners are nice local hands on people that make you feel welcome and strive for perfection when it comes to customer service. I love getting take out from them. read more

A group of RNs from Bethesda West decided to treat ourselves with a BurgerFi lunch. We are very disappointed!! We ordered on line. All ordered lettuce and tomato on the burgers, NONE HAD THEM There was two different cheeses ordered and PAID FOR on one. Again WASN'T DONE. We tried to follow up with a phone call. A answering machine picked up, no human. The burgers were dry and tasteless. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from this place again. Too bad read more

ThIs place was dynamite . Jill, one of the managers , and Charlie helped us with our pre ordered online order. Food was ready , fresh , and delicious . One of the nicest locations I have been to. I would highly recommend this place. read more

My family ate here a couple weeks ago. We enjoyed our meal and felt very welcome. The owners were onsite and checking with individual tables to ensure that everything was up to satisfaction. We even got to try some of the desserts they sell. Yum! I wouldn't have thought of BurgerFi for ice cream and desserts in the past, but now that I've sampled some I know it's a great option close to home! read more

AWESOME food, incredibly friendly staff, amazing service and overall incredible experience

Went on our Florida vacation and always stop at a BurgerFi while down there since it is our favorite burger place to hit. We decided to try this new location since it was close to where we were staying this time, what a pleasant surprise! The customer service was awesome and the employees were so friendly PLUS the food was prepared exactly as requested and delicious as always. This will my new go to spot when down in Florida. Best burger place hands down! read more

Decided to dine-in since it was empty. It was dirty. Floors. Tables. Drunk dispenser. No one did any cleaning or sanitizing NOTHING. Staff person sitting in dining room on phone and didn't clean Filthy read more

Whenever we visit Florida, we love to come to Burgerfi. Excellent service, delicious food, and positive attitudes. You couldn't ask for anything more! Good job Burgerfi! Charlie made this visit extra special read more

This is our favorite burgerfi location! We live right about in the middle of 3 different locations & opt for this one every time because the service! The food is always delicious & they don't take long to prepare our order. I am pregnant & get sick easily from takeout so I get weary ordering out but the food is always fresh. Charlie the general manager is a team player working hard alongside the rest of the staff. Genia was very sweet & patient when taking my order. My favorite burger is the breakfast all day burger & they never fail to make it exactly how I request with the egg fully cooked thru. My husband & I both love their parm & herb fries & their churro banana shakes are the best! Loveee that it has an actual churro as garnish! Yummm!!! read more

BurgerFi - Lettuce wrapped crispy chicken sandwich, cryfry, and Chicken Tenders - Burgers Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

See all

This specific burgerfi is absolutely horrible, they constantly undercook fries, burn ur bun regularaly and refuse to give you extra aioli sauce when you ask very nicely with a smile and saying please; not because they're out of sauce just because they just don't want to. I'll pay extra Jesus Christ. I love burgerfi and their food but this is one too many orders that I've paid over 20 bucks for a burger and fries and just literally can't eat it because I was given raw potato sticks and a burnt bun with barely cooked bacon on it. Like come on, what the fuck did I do? I order from y'all a lot too and I've been "whatever" about the whole thing but I've probably lost over 100 bucks now just ordering fries from this specific store. Get some better employees or some shit man. read more

Always a wonderful experience for burgers and the best fries and onion rings. The staff friendly, professional and always helping. We and all my friends and sports teammates go there 1x or 2x per week. A great place read more

We decided to try Burger Fi's new Boynton Beach location last evening. Delighted to experience the same delicious, fast and friendly service we have come to know in West Delray, despite a crazy busy opening event. The manager, Charlie, was all smiles and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great first experience. He is a great asset to the Burger Fi organization. Shout out to Jett who went out of his way to help us at the register. Check it out!!!! read more

Kids running the place. Have to ask several times to repeat your order. Got it to go. Shame on us for not checking before we left. Burgers were wrong and the fries were burnt and soggy. read more

This is literally not only the best BurgerFi I've ever been to but probably has the best customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to in my life! The workers were so nice and friendly! I will be back anytime I can! read more

Great, friendly staff and delicious, juicy burgers. Burger Fi never disappoints. Try their amazing shakes too.

Burger wasn't cooked all the way, inedible. No hand sanitizer in any of the 3 dispensers. And the motion sensor sink didn't work. Terrible!

I have been to several BurgerFi locations and this is by far the best one I have been to. I even drive up 20 minutes from Boca Raton to go to this location regularly. The staff is amazing and friendly all the time, without exception, and the food is always spot on. They keep a very clean restaurant and go out of their way for their customers. They have been especially amazing during this Covid crisis, and have kept a very clean and safe restaurant that people should feel comfortable visiting. I saw someone said in a previous review that they would not offer them free extra sauce? Do not believe that review. Clearly that is someone who must have had a specific issue and is just trying to badmouth them. I have been there over 20 times and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests in any way possible and have never turned down a request. We need more places like this. read more

Just another Five Guys style burger place. Fast food restaurant with better than average service. Revised review: Second visit; service was excellent; burger was very tasty, good quality, great choice of condiments. Will visit again read more

Burgerfi is one my favorite burger places and the vegefi burger has to be the best veggie burger I've ever eaten. They make the vegefi burger in house and it's fresh and a healthy alternative. Most places use a pre-frozen patty, which sucks. Trust me, you won't miss the meat with this one. The Boynton location is very accommodating and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend this place! read more

Didn't rectify anything, as a first time customer? Paid for toppings that I didn't receive and was told "hey, sorry about that. Fill out this survey about your experience."? Yikes. Do yourself the favor and head to five guys, just 2 or 3 miles over. At least you know what to expect there and it'll be delicious. read more

I decided to give this place a try. It is definitely a step up from Burger King or McDonalds, but a step down from Lindberghers or Flanigan's. The place was clean and run efficiently. The manager was definitely on top of everything: crew and customers. For about $2.50, I'd rather go to the other places mentioned. read more

I ordered delivery from Burger-Fi, on their app, originally it stated that the delivery would be 7:50. Ok, then I get text from a driver saying they will be on time. 20 minutes the ticket the meal was later I get a text from a new driver saying that my delivery will arrive at 8:15. So my food sat at burger-Fi for an extra 25 minutes. DID THEY make a new meal for the new driver...NO. according the meal was made at 7:20 . I paid $7 for their delivery service and the food sat around for an hour. I called to complain about my cold soggy food, and BOB The Manager said it's not their fault but offered me a $10 gift card . And that I have to go to pick up. I told him I wanted the whole meal comped..where's the quality control that they claim they have. I have e-mailed corporate office.. no response from them. If you offer the service and I pay you for the service, your are responsible. I gave them a week to resolve this issue, nothing at all from them other than BOB. I USE TO ORDER FROM THEM 1ONCE EVERY 2-3 WEEKS. NO MORE. read more
