Everything was great and very nice guys there my suggestion grill chicken sandwich and also philly steak too...

Absolutely SUCKS. Just not worth it no bogo. No phone orders, no more close them down.

We had an excellent lunch here. They have a number of specials and combos, and it was hard to select from among them. During the week, they have combos that are even more reasonably priced. You order (and pay) at the counter, and they bring your food to you. Drinks are self-serve as are some of the toppings. My husband got their lunch foot-long hot dog combo. The grilled dog really was quite long. He requested mustard and chopped onions on it. The crinkle cut fries were well done. He liked both more than enough to say he'd order this again. I got their small (7") cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't get it as a combo -- knowing I'd be stealing some fries from my husband's plate). Instead of onions, I got it with mushrooms and sweet green peppers. And I chose provolone for my cheese. The bread was packed with grilled steak. I really liked my cheesesteak! It was a tad greasy and absolutely delicious. The only thing I would do differently next time is not get the mushrooms (there are other toppings from which to choose) as they are not fresh, but canned. I'm sure we'd stop back by the next time we are in the area. And next time, I'd like to get the hot dog. Maybe he'll try the cheesesteak? read more

So disappointed!!!!! I ordered the buy one get one free deal they were running on Uber Eats. It was on the 7in Philly steak cheesesteak. It was one on a hot dog bun that was also so hard you couldn't really eat it. They hardly put any condiments on the sandwich. Asked for cheese and there was one piece on the whole sandwich. And I paid $14.99. When it's $7 on their web site!!!!! THATS NOT BUY ONE GET ONE. and the quality was disgusting! DONT RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

Wait for lunch today and I must tell you horrible!!! When did the Philly grill first time I've been to this one start serving grizzly fatty meat on the smallest role I ever saw. I always order a large with french fries extra crispy at the Lake Worth location I must say the french fries were delicious, but I barely got by half of the large threw it in the trash. This place is a joke. I was told I was with my sister that she stopped coming here cause it was dirty. She said it is since been cleaned up.M i'm sure you could find a better cheesesteak. You can't find any worse zero stars. read more

All good including the authentic bread they serve it on , I like this place better than a more well know franchise. The fries are the crinkle cut also crispy and not well done or burnt read more

I really love their sandwich. The Philly cheese 9 inches long yes with peppers onions and cheese is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Onion rings and french fries are hot and tasty as well. This is not a fancy place, but they do have some tables where you can sit and enjoy your sandwich. The staff is gracious. The one in Boca is a bit small. The one in Lake Worth is a little roomier. I will go back as often as I can. read more

One of the best Phillys outside of Philly. Bread is on point, steak is great and they got all the fixings. Even have Old Bay fries. Friendly service and a great lunch deal. Small little place but those are always the best. Worth a quick stop if you're into phillys. read more

Philly Grill - 12 inch 10" Philly Cheese Steak with Old Bay Fries - Cheesesteaks Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

My sister and I found ourselves in Delray Beach and stumbled upon Philly Grill. The staff were friendly and attentive. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. We will be back. read more

The cheesesteak was very good. I ordered a 7" with provolone cheese, mushrooms. They have banana peppers and hot peppers on the side. You help yourself. My husband ordered a pizza steak and enjoyed it very much. This was our second visit. We ate our sandwiches at the restaurant. We will return. read more

I stopped in here with a friend to get some Philly cheese-steaks for lunch. I ordered the 9" Cheesteak Combo which comes with fries and a small drink. You have the option of steak or chicken and I chose the steak along with cheese fries. We waited while they prepared the food and then took it home to eat. I have to say I was pretty underwhelmed. The cheese-steak was okay but it was soggy and didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The cheese fries were not good. They were cold and were covered with way too much tasteless cheese. It just ended up being a big soggy mess. Based on the food I would normally have given Philly Grill three stars for just being average. However, one thing I noted as we were waiting was how dirty the place was. Most of the tables were dirty and some were really dirty (as in covered with crumbs). Clearly, it had been a while since the employees went around and wiped off any of the tables. I also noted that the area behind the counter where the food preparation was done also looked very unclean. I would have taken some pictures of this but one of the employees was already asking me what I was taking pictures for. Because of how dirty the place looked, I am reducing their review by one star. It just shouldn't be acceptable for restaurants not be clean regardless of the quality of the food. FYI The Philly Grill had Braveheart playing on its multiple TVs throughout the restaurant. I'm not sure playing a graphic movie like this one is appropriate for a restaurant. The scene that was on while I was there was the one in which Mel Gibson's guts were being ripped out. Bon Appétit! I will not be returning. read more

Very disappointed, I'm not sure if this place is under New management or what but the quality is gone downhill. got a steak sandwich with grilled onions and mushrooms and about a 3 inch black hair, didn't notice till I got home and had taken about three bites. it was horrible. Tossed in TRASH! Also it seemed like the portion was smaller than usual. You'd would be better off going to Avellino's . they have a good steak & onion sandwich. . read more

Philly Grill - Located on military and Atlantic - Cheesesteaks Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

Heres the thing.. The bread makes the sandwich. I dont know why no one in Florida can bake a decent roll They say that Amoroso rolls are delivered from Philadelphia daily Theres something What you get is a frozen freezer burned stale roll thats thawed and warmed I could have been born a good roll but now its a lethal weapon read more

This 4 star review is compared to other fast food restaurants. Great chicken fingers & great

I ate here one time & I won't be back for a while since nothing really is enticing me to return, except the fact that they serve Nathan's hot dogs. I'm not really into cheese steaks and I know that is their "must have " item. The wings were dry despite all the sauce they had on them. Aside from the minced garlic the wing sauce lacked flavor. My friend liked them but he said he wouldn't order them again because he would order the cheese steak. He is looking forward to going back soon. Onion rings were good. I thought the ketchup dispenser could have been cleaner so I didn't feel comfortable using it. I would have liked some with the onion rings though. I feel that everything could have been a bit cleaner. The condiment area was sticky. The soda machine was leaking. Everyone who used it had soda dripping on their hand. It wasn't pretty. I didn't find the staff to be very helpful or friendly. You order and pay at the counter and someone runs your food out to you. Prices were high for what it is, in my opinion anyway. They are known for their philly cheese steaks and everyone but my friend and I seemed to be ordering them. I think we ordered the wrong thing because the people sitting next to us absolutely loved theirs and people were in and out picking up take-out orders. I didn't see anyone send anything back which is a good thing. Everyone around us seemed to be regulars and looked very happy with their meals. If it was cleaner and the employees were friendlier I would come back and try something different. Three stars because I only tried two things & everyone seemed happy except me. read more

It's a shame when a $9 per hour employee who hates their job takes their frustrations out on the customer. I called in for a pick up order. The girl who answered the phone asked me to hold on. 10 minutes go by I am still on hold while driving to their store. I arrive at the store now on hold for 11 min. I enter the store and advise the girl that I was left on hold for 10 min. I just figured I'd let them know as a courtesy. Not only does she not apologize, she rolls her eyes at me and tells me I was not on hold for 10 min. I said so then I am lying about being on hold?? She again rolls her eyes and mumbles something under her breath. I asked for her name so I could advise someone in management, she said she does not need to give me her name. She then asked me to leave or she would call the cops. I have a family of (6) we used to order from here at least 3 times a month with an average bill of $70 to $100 each time. That money is now gone from the owners pocket all because this girl who obviously hates her job and has no clue how to treat a customer. I'm sure she will embellish this story in effort to save her job once someone from management reads this. In the meantime you lost a customer and from the looks of the other reviews on here someone better act to save this place. As a business owner myself, I plea to the owner to get rid of this bad apple she is costing you business. FYI the pizza right next door is really good! read more

I have been dining here for over 5 years now and I have to say, since they've changed management it is not the same. Every time we come we order double meat on our cheesesteaks (an extra $4.50) on top of the $11 and some change it costs to purchase the sandwich and they're ALWAYS skimping on the meat. My husband knows that they do this so checked our sandwiches to make sure there was in fact double meat and there was not. He brings the sandwich back in to ask for the double meat and they refuse so I call when he gets home. I spoke to the "Manager" who then explained that a cheesesteak is supposed to have "lettuce, onions, mushrooms, and peppers" so if all I order is onions, the meat may look a bit light. What sense does that make? I didn't ask for suggestions, I simply ask that I get what I paid for. I then asked that she provide me a refund to which she states she is unable to refund my original payment method and that i'll have to come in for cash - however when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Shitty service and shitty attitudes will get you no where. We won't be back. read more

Great service. Food was hot & ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly & took pride in their food.

Passed by here a hundred times and decided to try it. Pretty extensive menu, cheesesteak, hot dogs, hamburgers, wings and other stuff. I ordered the lunch special, 6" cheesesteak with fries and a drink for $9.50. You get a choice of cheeses and toppings. It was good. Not rushing back. read more

Nice staff but Philly cheese steak lacked much flavor compared to other places. Still pretty good.

Tonight (Monday), they have a special of BOGO Cheesesteaks with the order of a side. Well we ordered 6 steaks and 3 sides, costs $50. We got cheese fries which were good (would have liked more cheese), and mozzarella sticks which were surprisingly delicious. I called ahead for pick-up, they said it would be 5 minutes, that seemed a bit too fast so I told them it would take me 20 minutes to get there, waited another 15 once arriving but food was fresh and hot. I did have to ask for a decent sized ramekin for the cherry peppers, but it wasn't an issue. Everybody enjoyed the sandwiches. I got marinara with provolone and it was scrumptious. Definitely will be doing this more often. Tuesday's special is 2 for $23, it's 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, and 2 drinks for $23. Can't beat it. read more

Mangled burger, small undercooked cold wings with sauce EVERYWHERE, prob won't order again.

Surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting Philly steak sandwich. Good onion rings. Prompt delivery. Very satisfied.

They lose a star for a lack of unsweetened drink choices. The prior cheesesteak business that was in that location was better.

Just ordered chicken Philly . Have been there a dozen times always great sandwich . Just had a delivery of a chicken Philly , couldn't have been more than 2-3 oz of chicken . Mostly all bread . Order of tater tots , was about 15 of them and very skimpy . Must not care anymore except when you come into the store . Last time ordering or taking out read more

This place is great. This location is great. They've kept to reasonable prices and the food still tastes good too! This is the only place I will order from for now because they are not price gauging their items and they have not reduced their food quality. They could have done what all the other garbage business are doing, they didn't and they're not. They will always have my business. read more

Usually I do. Not leave revieww we s but I feel I must. I walked in around 5pm and there were 3 people behind the counter no one was wearing a mask except for me . I said no masks?? The girl was smiling at me and said can I take your order and looked at me like she wasn't sure what to say. I said why isn't anyone wearing masks. Again no answer from either of the 3 people. For some crazy reason I should have ust walked out but I ordered food to go instead. the food was fair. I'm Surprised the owner isn't making it mandatory for his employees to wear masks... read more

We ordered from Philly Grill through Delivery Dudes. We ordered two cheese sticks and I would have to say they definitely Have that Philly presentation. The bread was perfect, lots of of cheese and the amount of great tasting beef was a perfect portion. I wish they had fresh cut fries which would make this a perfect meal. But I still would give their sandwiches a five star rating read more

I'm from Philly area. The cheesesteaks here were fair. Nothing to write home about.. one thing that bugged me...they did not hot and sweet peppers. If you want peppers you have to order them to be in the grilled mix of the steak. read more

New owners. Great service. Ordered a steak salad.....big with plenty of meat. Will definitely order from again!!

Small portions, dirty inside, unfriendly staff who barely understand English. One and done.

Not thrilled whatsoever. Fries were not great, cheesesteak was the same. Picasso's on federal much better.

I must have passed by this restaurant 100 times and never stopped by. My loss! I ordered a burger and onion rings from Grubhub and the burger was great and so were the onion rings! Want a great burger stop in! I can only imagine that the cheese steaks are fabulous and will try one next time! read more

New name in a familiar joint (the former Zios). Still sells cheesesteaks and wings. There are lots of options on the menu for versions of cheesesteak, chicken or burgers plus cold sandwiches, hot dogs and chicken tenders. The cheesesteak was prepared exactly as ordered. It was served hot and not too greasy. They import special bread from Amoroso's Bakery in Philadelphia. They have a couple of other locations plus a food truck. Everything here is cooked to order. It is not quick serve assembly line food, so be prepared to wait 10 or so minutes for the meat to cook on the grill after you have ordered. read more
