This hotel restaurant had an AMAZING chicken sandwich, and the fries were perfection! The menu offered a great variety of options, which made it a tough decision, but I'm so glad I went with the chicken sandwich. The sauce was delicious, the chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the bun was perfectly toasted. But the real showstopper was the fries. If you're a fan of fries, this place serves some of the best I've had in a long time. They were crispy and crunchy on the outside, perfectly tender on the inside, and absolutely packed with flavor. The restaurant also has a bar area that's a great spot for travelers staying at the hotel to meet, relax, and mingle. The staff was friendly and generally attentive. I will say that there were a few longer stretches between check-ins. We visited twice--once with a small group of three and again the following night with a group of about twenty--and both times our drink refills were a little slow. That said, the food arrived quickly, was served hot, and was well worth the wait. My wife's spicy chicken sandwich was not at all spice and was over cooked. The best part was dessert of chocolate cake Sunday which they had the foresight to separate the ice cream from the cake. We were looking for lunch after visiting the doctor, and I saw the sign and was intrigued. Driving in, it was hard to find the place until we realized it was in the hotel on the north side. You enter through the hotel, and go to your left to reach the hostess station. The hostess was away - apparently, the computer system had crashed. She showed up a few minutes after we got there, and we were seated. After looking at the menu, we selected their $7 Jalepeno Poppers, which were served at the perfect temperature to not scorch the roof of your mouth. I ordered their signature BT Boss, which is a 1/2 lb burger stuffed with cheese, and my wife had their Farmfresh, which is a roasted portabella mushroom samdwich. Both came with fries which were quite good, and the burger was honestly very good. So why only 3 stars? It was SO SLOW. For lunch time, the place wasn't busy, and it took a long time (greater than 20 minutes) for the food to arrive. That just seemed odd. It also took a while for our order to be taken, so the whole lunch took a bit more than an hour. So consider that in your plans. read more

It's a very nice restaurant, with a wide range of food to choose from. I had the Lonestar burger and onion rings. The burger was juicy with a nice beefy flavor, and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever eaten. A friend had the Tuscan Flatbread and said that it was delicious. The delicious corned beef made up for the 2nd patty and I enjoyed both it and the side salad, for a more than acceptable dinner experience. As far as hotel restaurants go, this one's ambiance is great: big bar, quiet dining room, and large patio with a fire pit. The beer selection is decent, plenty of local brews on tap. My 2nd review of Burger Theory. 1st one not good! Sat afternoon 2/6/21 a group of 12 of us went here to eat. Kalena, our server, promptly sat us. We ordered appetizers which were delivered to us in a timely manner and were delicious. We ordered our meals and again Kalena delivered the food promptly and again it was delicious. Next we met the main manager, Juwan, who came over and visited with us. He checked how the food and drinks were and how the service was. Burger Theory prioritizes Door Dash. The restaurant had one table full but placed people on a 25 min wait as the kitchen was was overwhelmed with Doordash orders per the hostess. Making those that are receiving carry out a priority over those in physical attendance leads to lost customers. Putting Door Dash on hold makes more sense. read more

The outside seating is awesome. So relaxing. The inside of the restaurant is nice and new. The staff was very accommodating as we had a group of 13 and 9 were kids. All of the kids were happy. I've been here a few times, but won't be going back. Service is never consistent. The only decent server is Mike, who also is a bartender. I've had worse female servers. One night I was dining there, they actually had him doing both jobs. That slowed up bar service and table service. However, he tried really hard to keep up, but poor management is to blame for that. The managers are not the approachable or customer service friendly. I've also heard the one female manager be very snippy and degrading to staff. Someone needs some management classes. There was a great manager there at one point whose name was Sunshine. She was always cheery and friendly...lives up to her name. As for the food, the burgers are decent but they really skimp on the fries/onion rings. For some reason they ration them out and only give you a small portion. It's a bit pricey too.
