Nice, cozy spot. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Facility is clean and nicely decorated for the holiday (2024) which gives you a comforting vibe. Ordering counter with monitors displaying the menu items. There is an open seating area with tables, booths and if memory serves me higher bar seating as well. In addition, there is outside seating for the nicer months. We ordered for a party of 6: Birria Steak Tacos, Marriage Queso Tacos, Cheesecake Quesadilla with white rice and beans, Steak Burrito with rice and beans and corn in a cup, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with ranch dressing and fries and Steak Taco with Corn in a Cup. As well as chips with guacamole and salsa. Then as walking through and checking out the facility I saw another guest had some pretzel rods with cheese ... so I had to order that as well. I dont think there was a thing we ordered that we did not enjoy. Not sure the sandwich stood a chance. The chip were freshly cooked and came out hot and the guacamole and salsa were made to perfection. The Birria Queso that I ordered had such flavor and the cheese was stringy and was absolutely delicious. I tried a bite of the burrito with that wasnvery flavorful as well. The rice was unlike any rice I'd had before. I'd say, for the pretzels, make them bites and cook until a bit more crunchy and with that cheese ... those would be better (I think). But they were still delicious. Most certainly worth trying if you are in the area.

Holy cow! We began our meal with the cauliflower bites, which were sweet with a little kick - absolutely delicious! Next, we had the nachos, and oh my gosh, they were phenomenal! Super warm, light, and crispy. The green avocado sauce that came with the fish tacos was more salty than spicy but worked really well with the nachos and fish tacos- perfect in every way. I can't wait to try the chicken nachos next time. I ordered the fish tacos, and my boyfriend had the steak fajita. There was way too much food, but we were happily stuffed! Normally, I'm cautious about places with "urban" in the name, but we gave this spot a try after finding out the Oasis next door was closed. I'm so glad we did! The atmosphere is comfortable and the food is incredible. I do wish we could order while seated and with proper menus, but that's not a deal breaker. This place is a gem! I will be back! If you need a suggestion get the nachos!!! But everything was great!

Casual dining experience for area. Walk in and order food at counter and get your own drink. Place is nice and clean, chill spot to grab food. I ordered the birria tacos and cauliflower appetizer w horchata. Food was ready quickly and brought to my table . Everything was good, had flavor. Only wish the cauliflower had a little more sauce on it and that the birria tacos were a bit crispier. That's just personal preference though, will definitely be back to try more things.

This is such a solid spot, I can't wait to come back again. We were looking for something quick and on the lighter side for dinner. The salads were made with fresh ingredients and the right proportions. The dressing was juuust the right amount, bringing the perfect balance to the salad. The cauliflower was even better than I expected, perfectly crispy and cooked. The prices were fair and the portion size matched. The restaurant is clean and modern with plenty of seating. The staff was welcoming and patient. We found out that this establishment is owned by two brothers who are passionate about what they do. I would definitely recommend this small business to anyone. Can't wait to return, really seems like everything they do, they do well!

Almost 2 years later and the food was still excellent! The menu was expanded and all our food was cooked fresh. Nice seating inside restaurant.

Nice place simple urban loft setting. Good food and sides could use a margarita menu.

Clean, cute spot. Service was quick and food was delicious. I will say I only rated 4 stars due to no salsa with the nachos. Never been to a place that didn't give salsa... I had the steak Nachos - The chips were homemade and the steak was perfect. Hubby had quesabirria tacos - his only complaint was that they were soggy but... we did take them to go and it was a 20min ride. Other than that the dish was still good.

Absolutely amazing meal! The nachos are as good as the reviews say and they are huge. My breakfast was ridiculously good. My wife loved the salad and I'm told the quesadillas were choice from the boys. Go here

Fue tan malo que las comidas que pedí a través de Uber Eats se dejaron caer y solo terminé con un pedido final de guacamole y una soda por $27; los chips estaban rancios. Así que, ¿estás cobrando $27 por chips rancios y una soda? Adios huevona There is a reason why this place has only two stars. We're new in town and I would absolutely never order from them again.. it was bad enough that the meals I ordered via Uber eats dropped off and I only ended up with a final order of guacamole and a soda for $27, the chips were stale. So you're charging somebody $27 for stale chips and one soda.

I didn't even take pictures because the presentation was quite basic. The carne Asada was not seasoned well and the chicken had us a bit perplexed as to how it was prepared. It was helpful, adding the salsa, but I can't say I would return here if I was in town. the service was was just OK at one point our waitress left and never came back. The ambience was very casual with plenty of seating in the restaurant for big and small groups. I'm always glad to try new places and it was good to try Mexican food in another state to give some perspective.

From workers to celebrating families. They just got a new menu and prices of course have gone up but that's understandable. What I'm taking issue with is that the owners need to embrace that this place is a "mom" restaurant that's got a homey feel. They added another screen advertising drinks, etc that are too big and obtrusive for behind the counter. Bring the tone down. Instead of spending money on electric signs, spend your decorating dollars on making the place cozy so pictures in Yelp look more inviting. We had birria burrito and carne asada with a large guacamole and horchata. Everything was great as always. Normally we get their margaritas which are also very good.

Long story short, our order was repeated back correctly, yet we still ended up with a missing salsa and an incorrectly made burrito. Mistakes happen. Every restaurant gets an order wrong from time to time. The problem wasn't the mistake. It was how such a small issue was handled. Their reaction honestly took me aback. We weren't asking for a free meal or trying to take advantage of the situation. We simply called to ask for a credit for the missing salsa, which was about $2. That should have been the end of the conversation. While I was on the phone, we opened the rest of the order and realized the burrito had also been made incorrectly. Instead of listening, the employee repeatedly insisted it had been made correctly without even seeing it. Then another employee got on the phone and, in a very aggressive tone, told us that if we wanted a refund, we had one hour to bring the food back or we wouldn't receive anything. We didn't want a full refund. We simply wanted the missing salsa and for the burrito to be made correctly. A sincere apology, a $2 credit, and an offer to remake the burrito would have completely changed the experience. Instead, a minor issue was escalated into an unnecessary confrontation. I even spoke to the staff in Spanish, so this wasn't a language barrier or a misunderstanding. The issue was the attitude and the complete lack of professionalism in handling a simple customer service situation. Wanting to understand whether this was just one employee or reflected the culture of the business, I called another location and asked if I could speak with a manager or owner. I was told they don't give out names because they receive death threats. Whether that's true or not, that's an incredibly strange thing to tell a customer. It naturally makes you wonder how previous customer complaints have been handled if that's the response employees are instructed to give. As a fellow Latin American, I genuinely want to support Latino-owned businesses. That's why this experience was so disappointing. Success isn't just about serving great food or opening multiple locations. It's also about treating customers with respect, accepting feedback, and knowing how to resolve small problems without becoming defensive. More than anything, I was embarrassed for them. This entire situation could have been resolved in two minutes. Instead, they chose confrontation over customer service. The food is good, but it isn't good enough to make me overlook how we were treated. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, that's where this restaurant fell short.
