I'm going to start off with it's better than it looks. The interior doesn't look that appealing but the food makes up for it big time. I was a little iffy paying 12 dollars for a combo until I got the burger and it was massive, didn't even touch the fries. It was delicious and very filling. It's only my first time there but I think if I'm ever in the mood for a big burger then I know where I'll be going haha. If you've never been here and have an appetite it's def worth the try. We just bought a house in hemet and this place is right next to us. We've been here twice now and the food was great. The first time my bf got a burger and i got pastrami. It was excellent. And it came out fast. The next time we both got chicken strips and fries. It was the bomb and they hook it up. Definitely worth the price. It looks like this will be a regular for us. 7-7-2014 was the first time I went service was good food was good everything was perfect I kept going and everything just start going down the owner which is the skinny Mexican girl with long hair is so rude when the other lady was there and the other worker I forgot their names we're always nice and it sucked because they would see how the owner would treat their customers and they would apologize instead of it being the owner apologizing it was their workers but anyways I won't ever go back to this place because I'm over here giving them my money and getting treated bad the owner needs to learn to have people skills and another thing if they're going to be giving out those little cards that they give that u buy 5 hamburger combo get one free they need to stick with your word because the other day that I went I had a full car full of kids so I had my son get off and go get one because they're all hole punched and I forgot to you that the last time I was there my son gave it to me and when I got home I seen that the owner left a little tag on the bag saying that they never hole punched that card but that they still going to give me the free food I felt so disrespected because I used to go there all the time and the lady that works there she would always hold punch mine card every time I go in so basically she made me feel like I was a thief or something so what I did was go in there and leave for $10 this lady is rude I will never be back and good luck to the people that go in there read more

I have not personally had a problem with any of the food here. I have had burgers, fries, fried mushroom, onion rings, and a few sandwiches from here. The onion rings actually weren't all that great, but everything else I've had here was fantastic. The reason I am giving this 4/5 is because a friend of mine tried the chili and said that it wasn't good at all. He said there was too much tomato base and cumin in it. I haven't personally tried the chili, but I don't intend to. They deliver, but from what I understand there is a minimum $20 you must meet and a $5 charge on top of that...not bad, all things considered. I must clarify that I have not actually been inside. Everything I have had here was brought home from someone else. However, aside from the onion rings, everything I have had from here was delicious. It is probably also worth mentioning that their pastrami sandwich isn't well priced. From what I understand, you get a better deal at Steve's Burger on pastrami sandwiches...or Tommy's. This was the first time I had been here and I had been wanting to try it out ever since we got an ad in the mail about it opening. I ordered the pastrami cheese burger combo and the boyfriend ordered the bacon avocado cheeseburger combo. Pros: First of all, they had a lot of options to choose from. I was on the fence of what it was I actually wanted to eat and their wide variety of menu items helped me to narrow it down. "Ok, I want pastrami!" I like having a lot of different options in a place I might want to keep coming back to so that I don't get bored with eating at that place. When they brought out our food it was nicely presented. The food is on the larger-portion side which is a plus in our American society and the food looked great. The burger and pastrami looked juicy and had nice proportions of meat and veggies. The fries looked fresh and had some seasoning salt sprinkled on at some point during the frying session. The restaurant itself was clean. It looked like they constantly payed attention to the trash so the inside was comforting. It was simply decorated with not a lot of clutter which I am fond of because then I'm not stressed out or distracted from being surrounded by so many items to look at. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. There were definitely people there that looked like returning customers. Service was friendly. The girl who waited on us promptly gave us our food and then offered to bring out some chilies and a ketchup bottle for our burgers. Cons: Though the food looked great it lacked some flavor. When I first bite into a hamburger I expect that "wow, that's a good burger" factor. The burger wasn't bad tasting but that's all it tasted like; the burger patty which doesn't really set itself apart from any other burger. I couldn't taste the pastrami really unless I took bites of just the pastrami and nothing else. If I could make any recommendation about how to make the burgers better is to cook them in a way that makes them different from other burgers you might try. Maybe mustard grilling or just adding on some kind of spice so when people eat it they'll say to themselves, "Now, that's a burger". Eating this huge burger became more of a chore than a pleasure since I was trying to get past the strong meat taste so that I could get the other flavors along with the meat taste. The fries were a little bland as well despite them having seasoning salt on them. But they're just fries so I wont complain about them too much. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside which is how a fry 'ought to be. My boyfriend unfortunately found a short black hair on his fries. Normally that wouldn't bother either of us since it's just one hair, but then we found a second hair and then a third hair. And who knows how much hair either of us had already eaten when we weren't looking for hair. I took a look at the cook in the back. He was wearing a hat and his facial hair was groomed short, so maybe it was just a freak coincidence that he was shedding in the food. Summary: I gave it 3 stars because there wasn't anything too upsetting about the food. I will probably come back just to try some of their other items off of the menu to compare to my first visit. All in all the food wasn't bad but it wasn't necessarily the kind of food where I am planning my next trip to eat again. Note: They charge .75 if you use a card instead of cash. read more

My girlfriend and my daughter and I have eaten here about 4 times. The burgers are great and the fries and onion rings were good too. I had the club sandwich last time and I was surprised at the higher quality meat then the other burger joints in town. The combo was 6.99 I'm used to paying up to 9.99 at the other places in town. Check it out. They have a two burger and drink combo deal for under 4 bucks. If you live in hemet or sj its probably the best burger spot in town. read more

The food and service is really good.. But it was hot in the restaurant and the big screen was on Fox News. Perhaps sports would be a much better choice for diners and take out customers waiting on their food. Would go along with the sport stadium theme in the dining area. For me I don't want to go back for the good food if I'm sweating and having to listen to a negative news channel. The jalapeño bacon burger was delicious though. My husband and I wanted to try out a good burger joint and Burger Rush popped up on Google search. I ordered the Gourmet burger combo and my husband ordered the monster burger combo. My burger was delicious...it was nicely seasoned and a good size. Fries were good as well, I could only eat half my meal. Now as for the Monster burger...it was huge. It was pastrami, ham and a burger patty. I watch my husband dig in and I had to sample, it was perfectly seasoned...not to salty and I was surprised how it held together so well. They have some really good sandwiches here. The burgers, in my opinion, are exceptional. The burger patty is a little bit bigger than most places, 1/3 lb I think, and the sauce and condiments on the burger are tasty and very well balanced. Their pastrami sandwich is also very good. It has about 10 ounces of pastrami on the sandwich which makes it very thick. I generally just take half of it home and eat it later. Lastly, I think the French fries are the best in Hemet, and here again, you get a huge portion. If you're trying to find a good local sandwich shop, check this place out. Just ate here, was not impressed. My burger was super soggy. Onion rings were good. Customer service was good. Wait time was good. But my burger was just way too soggy. I get extra spread on my burger at in n out and my burger never comes out soggy. This was gross. Sad to say, but i wont be returning or reccomending to anyone. read more
