My first time at this little Burger place. Was brought here by friends when we stopped for lunch. The restaurant is a storefront hidden in a strip mall. My first impression was that the guest area was very clean. Prices and choice of food very good. Service was fast and the food very well presented. Found a new place for breakfast and can't wait to try it for lunch/dinner as well! First off our cashier and waitress was super friendly and so welcoming! We told her it was our first time and you could tell she was happy to have us there! We had a coupon and got great deals! Both of our breakfasts were only $3.99 and they were huge! I couldn't believe the prices, plus it includes free coffee! Wow! The food was excellent only complaint was the hashbrowns were still a little raw, but I like them well done! So I should have remembered to ask for it! Hubby got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was so soft and fresh! We will be back soon! The service here is awesome! I go here for breakfast with a friend on the regular. Haven't been disappointed once. My kids love their fries and ranch. It's a go-to for us when they are craving this type of burger joint. I would pick this over Tommy's off Florida for sure. I had some trouble finding it because it's in a strip mall, but I was not disappointed. I had the burger lunch special (burger, fries, and a Diet Coke can). The ranch was very good. The burger was good, though I wish they had toasted the bun a little more. The fries had a nice seasoning on it. Customer service was friendly, and they threw in some yellow peppers too. I would go again. I paid under $8 including ranch, and that's about what I would spend at a fast food place with smaller portions. I didn't finish my meal because it was a lot of food. read more

Food is bomb, portion sizes are awesome. Fries taste like the old school Farmer Boys fries, really crispy and delicious if you get them there. A little pricier than other burger shops, but it's definitely worth it for the quality you get. The southern burger comes with onion rings on the burger, and it's amazing. read more

So guess who made the stupid mistake of giving this place a second shot. #dumb I placed an order over the phone for pick up. My total was 46.00. I paid, was given my cups and told it would be just a minute. I filled up cups, and sat down. The lady helping me left to go deliver ONE hamburger to the nail salon next door. As she was leaving she told me the young girl who says she is the manager is getting my order. She told the girl to give me peppers. The manager proceeded to take an order at the counter and them gave the woman several bags of food. The woman walked out. I was still waiting going on almost 10 minutes now. The woman who went to deliver the single burger walks in and tells me your still waiting. She goes to the back and asks the manager where my food is. She tells the lady she gave it out. She said to whio, she said the lady who just left. She said no that lady only ordered one hamburger too. Are you kidding me they gave a person who paid probably 3.00, 46.00 worth of food. The manager who did it, is not the least bit concerned by it. The older lady goes outside looking for the lady and the manager still doesn't say a word to me. The lady comes back in and tells me they will remake my order. Are you kidding me. I called the order in, came down 20 minutes later, have waited inside 15 now and I have to wait again. I ordered a wings dinner, 4 hamburgers, fries and a special sandwich. Do you know that is at least another 15 minutes. By this time I could have driven to Texas Roadhouse had dinner and been back. I asked for my money back and the manager with the stained shirt and Sharpie eyebrows had to process it. Not once did she apologize or offer compensation. I was very upset and she decided to laugh and say hope you have a nice day. This place is a joke and the manager needs to wash her shirts daily. read more

First visit on a Saturday afternoon. Walking inside it looked like your standard burger/sandwich diner like Steve's or Tom's Burgers (places that are pretty mediocre IMO), only it looked aged and more of a hole in the wall than those other places (that isn't to say it wasn't clean because it was). There was only one customer inside. So I was skeptical to be honest and thought about going somewhere else. It's a good thing I went through with it because the food turned out to be *really* good. I was pleasantly surprised, I have to say. I forgot to ask for ranch for the fries, and usually I don't like eating those real thick fries without ranch but they were good. The burger was really tasty and well made. Given the choice I'm coming here next time instead of Steve's, Toms, or even Farmer Boys which I like too. The first time the boy and I tried this place I had the Philly Steak Sandwich. It was ok but not what I was expecting. Some of the pieces of beef were tough and a Cheese Steak it was NOT. The fries were ok...the ranch dressing (which was 50 cents extra) was not good. What I enjoyed most about the meal was the Peanut Butter Shake, which was good. The second time around, I was excited to try the delivery service. I placed my order, but was not told there was a $5 charge for delivery and they called me back to say I had not met the minimum for delivery, which was $20. We had a cheeseburger combo with onion rings and a bacon cheeseburger combo with fries. I added an extra order of onion rings to meet the $20 minimum. The food came fast enough but the fries tasted old, the onion rings were bland and nasty, and even the burger had no flavor.....and it had BACON on it!! How is that even possible? Well, I felt that $30 ($21 and change plus $5 delivery charge plus tip) was pricey for two mediocre burger lunches. After two tries, I probably will not return to this establishment. Went there after visiting a relative at a rehab center and wanted to eat with the family before starting the long drive back to LA. There was a bad strong odor as you came in, pribably some plumbing issues, any other time we would've walked out but decided to stay and give them a chance. Umm Unfortunately we initially loved this place. Well on 2/4/2018 me and my boyfriend got burgers and fries. I ate half my burger and he ate everything else lol. So on 2/5/2018 I ask to get my burger replaced. After I eat. I notice my boyfriend feverish and having the diarrhea. I thinking it's nothing. I get him in bed. So around 10pm I'm not feeling good at all and all of a sudden it's coming out of both ends. My boyfriend was way less severe how d diarrhea symptoms envied this morning. But not me I was up all night I ended up in the ER. So we won't be back to burger Rush. read more

Pretty decent. Did 2 burgers and a 'trio' (zucchini, onion rings, fries) for dinner, and the pricing was average. About the same quality as Steve's Burgers West (I actually liked it a little better, the wife a little less). Pricing again is on par, but a little cheaper than Steve's. Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment, I came into Burger Rush there is one gentleman eating and me and the restaurant. I ordered a Denver omelette with cheddar cheese, three times I said cheddar cheese, and she repeated back okay cheddar cheese. About 10 minutes later two more people walked in ordered and got their orders within 5 minutes I'm still waiting for mine. 5 minutes before my order came she brings my toast rubbery and cold with a better not even melted. When I finally get my order what's on there, American cheese. And I don't know how it's possible but as soggy the home fries were I don't know how half to be cold and half to be too hot to put in your mouth, not to mention if there are any soggier they be mashed potatoes.
