The service here is so great! Just ran in for a mobile order and was able to add on a water cup for my dogs, she even asked if they would like ice, which is amazing because one of my pups won't drink water when on a car ride, but still likes ice. read more

It's a hit or miss. We had Joselyn as our cashier and we advised her half cash half card. She came back and said oops I ran ur card first as we watched her count the cash first. Then she asked us twice what kind of sauces and she only one of those sauces in our bag. She cant multitask nor follow directions. read more

Directly located off the I8 at Fortuna Road in Yuma Foothills. Attached to a gas station. This location is also attached to the super charge sites for Tesla. Limited parking, but not impossible. Busy intersection, so use caution. We had no issues with traffic. Clean inside. The dining room is very cold.(perhaps that's why there were no inside diners). Bring a jacket. Friendly staff. Food was as ordered and flavors were spot on for anyone wanting their "Whopper, with fries and a large coke". This location does take a little extra time to complete orders due to small staff force. Would return. read more

Came in for a breakfast really quickly after being on the road for 4+ hours. It came out very fast and just how I would like a breakfast at home. Only reason no 5 stars is because there was a lack of employees. This location is good enough but you gotta hire more staff. Let's also not forget the funny drink selection read more

Burger King - a menu on the wall - Fast Food Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

I rarely indulge my BK craving, but driving through town I needed lunch, so we stopped in. Great stop near freeway. We hit a lull so no line. Staff was helpful and friendly. I was taken in by the photos of their crispy chicken sandwiches. Now, I'm used to the actual product not living up to the pics, but let me tell you there is nothing crispy about this sandwich. Indeed, it was rather sad. Far smaller than the bun even. Thank goodness there was lettuce and tomato. We also got a Whopper, which was as we expected. The fries could have used a bit more fryer time. And the frozen drink dispenser was down. I gave them an extra star for neatness, efficiency and friendliness. But the food? 2 stars. read more

As far as Burger Kings go, this one is pretty much exactly what you would expect. I have eaten here five or six times since moving to the area and have only been really disappointed one time. (I always go through the drive thru, fyi- so I can't speak to the service or cleanliness of the restaurant itself!) Ok, so the disappointment... It was during breakfast hours (albeit toward the end of when the breakfast food is served... maybe 10 am or so) and the French toast sticks were absolutely horrible. So greasy, the oil taste on the French toast sticks was old/rancid, and they were hard. I took a bite out of a few different ones hoping to come across one that was edible but ended up tossing them all. That was only one visit out of a handful though, and the other times I've ordered food that I was happy with! Mostly the ham egg and cheese croissanwiches. Sometimes a whopper junior. My toddler likes the chicken fries. When it comes to fast food, I feel like it's kind of par for the course to come across a dish occasionally that isn't that good, but it's not going to keep me from frequenting this BK when my son wants his chicken fries. I've never been grossed out by any food here (no hairs, bugs, or questionable objects found) and it's fast and cheap. So while definitely not 5 star worthy, it's not bad either. read more

Very disappointing! This establishment had improved until now. With the Covid19 pandemic and our area more than tripling in 2 weeks, most servers and cook(s) are not wearing masks. But, they wear gloves for their protection. The "teenage" manager cared not and had a smart mouth. No longer a stop for me. Further, this fool is not aware of McDonald's and Jack n the Box nearby that have lines in the drive up. Here, none. Also, breakfast food was way below par. Reminds me of the adage,"the food here is terrible. Yeah, and such small qualities too." read more

I usually go to Burger King to get the two for one. Or two Whoppers for $5. Today I asked what the special on the Whoppers was, and she said buy one get one free. So I told her I'd take 4. I get to the window it's buy one, get one for a dollar. I said you told me it was buy one get one free; and the guy in the background yells no it's buy one get one for a dollar. And then he brings the burgers out and says "here's your four burgers". That is bad customer service for one, and a rip off, I will not go back. If your staff does not know the specials, you need to enlighten then. You ripped me off, only 2$ but the right thing to do would of honored what "the order gal said". NOT "Have a great day". read more

Ordered a whopper meal, the beef patty was pink in spots. Means raw, how can a thin beef patty be under cooked. Wont be going back.

Tried to order a coffee and then was told the machine needed to be cleaned. The guy working the register couldn't do a refund and the manager couldn't seem to handle that task either. Obviously managers don't receive any customer training at this location. And it trickles down to their incompetent staff. read more

Similar experience to bad reviews below. We ordered two iced coffees and 4 chicken nuggets. We were the only customers in the restaurant and after 15 minutes we left without receiving what we paid for. As we left we let the girl at the counter leave and she said "Ok, sorry!" Looking back in the kitchen as I was waiting, i was slightly revulsed. There were several unclaimed orders waiting on the counter (who knows how long they have been there??) I saw a crew member walk out of a backroom and I imagine he was back there smoking weed, because nobody in this restaurant cares about customer service. There was an older woman behind us who was ordering as we waited for our food. The girl at the counter took so long to take her order as she kept shouting back to the kitchen "it's doing it again!!" I admire the woman's patience for not walking out like we did. Don't go here. read more

Been going their several times in the last couple of weeks Ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday always came with a small package of nuts. Today I went and the girl taking my order asked me chocolate or caramel after I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae I replied chocolate she said Hershey I said Hot Fudge she got rude and argumentative then proceeded to give me my Sunday it WAS NOT hot fudge so I mentioned this to her and she rudely told me they do not have Hot Fudge I didn't want to start an argument so I politely asked for the package of nuts she again rudely told me they don't have nuts I replied I got them yesterday when I came here she basically called me a liar and stated they have NEVER had nut packages. This girl was so rude I will NOT go back if she is working - her name is Salma R. It clearly shows Hot Fudge Sunday on their MENU and I have ordered them their before, I could understand if they were just out but this was not the case. This girl needs to be trained as to what is on the menu and given some lessons in respect. read more

Well it is almost a typical Burger King, this one is connected to a Shell station. The food is typical. There is plenty of room to eat. At first I was very happy that the cashier spoke English just like in the US he screwed up our order. Every possible item was upgraded and he charged us for it. I didn't realize he put cheese on my Whopper without asking me. My wife's ice cream cone was very sloppy dripping everywhere. The girl handing out food seems miserable. I think management needs a staff building exercise or 10. We were too afraid to try local Cuisine but we didn't have time to research the restaurants. The reason I'm giving it to stars is the main cashier does speak English and it's relatively clean read more

I normally come here with no problems but tonight I sat at the drive up window and was told to wait. Sat for 10 min playing on my phone realized that it's been so long when a truck pulled up behind bd me. So I started yelling hello and was ignored. The truck went around me to the window and ordered his food with no wait. So I left and came to KFC. Your service tonight January 28th 2015 was horrible. If it was my first time I'd never come again but in the foothills im too far away from another Burger King. read more

I'm not sure what is happening at Burger King these days but the last several visits have been disappointing. I always order a hamburger without cheese and guess what...... It had cheese.
