Miserable late night drive thru employees are miserable. Normally this BK has friendly staff. Didn't even bother ordering.

Mobile app never works usually maneger override it but today I went there The manager just kept asking to refresh then refused to give me the coupon, even though I offered to show her on top of that Whoever was at the cashier could not get an order right to save her life. Excellent Burger King experience at this location today, while passing through Webster. Came in with my husband and friend on our way out to fair haven. We were in need of breakfast to fuel our day and two out three votes in the car were for French toast sticks! Between the three of us we ordered a bunch of different items, a bacon egg and cheese croissanwich, hashbrowns, sausage biscuits, cini minis, a burrito, and ALL THE FRENCH TOAST STICKS!! The woman that took our order was really great, she combined our items where she could to create combo meals to save us a little money. The food came out quickly and hot and fresh, everything tasted good and the French toast sticks tasted like my childhood. Was very pleased, and even got a crown to boot! read more

My grandson wanted BK today. He wanted to try chicken fries but also wanted his usual chicken nuggets and fries. He loves their nuggets but the chicken fries were spicy for his taste. I tried one and it was good. His food was all very hot and fresh. Unfortunately I was going to get their salad but they no longer have that which was a disappointment. Their Dallas was better than Wendy's in size and always fresh. Hope they bring it back. Service today was also fast and the young ladies at both windows were very friendly. read more

Sadly, I wouldn't come here right now. If you look on Burger King's website, they list all the things they're supposedly doing differently due to Coronavirus. They're not doing them here. There's no pans and trays used to collect your money or give you your food. Your payment is taken at the first window, but I saw the same person at the food window, in what I assume are the same gloves, giving orders to people. And the last girl to touch my order had her mask around her neck. If I'd have been able to see any of this before I ordered, I would have left. read more

My wife and i went to the hard rd. Burger king yesterday around 5pm. I ordered the whooper meal , my wife ordered the chicken sandwich meal. About 1/2 way through we both had to stop eating because it just didnt seem right. Both of us thought the food tasted odd. Last night we were both up all night long with stomach aches. I thought i was going to throw up but fortunitally i did not. Now , at 8am we are both out of bed and still feel aweful in our stomaches because of this food. Typically we would enjoy burger kimg every once in a while but please rest assurrd this one incident means neither my wife or i will never return to this location for food again. read more

This is what I got for a $8.00 hamburger ( Whopper with cheese) ...I watched the burger cook scratch his head with his gloved hand and then use that dirty hand to put the lettuce on my Whopper...then he took a tired old steamed hamburger patty out of a warming tray...the Whopper was disgusting and I threw it out. I talked with the manager and he did not care. Never again the Burger King on Hard Road in Webster, NY. I have had nice fresh delicious fresh cooked Whoppers at the Rochester location and I love a properly prepared $8.00 Whopper with cheese; but not at the Webster location. read more

Rashad and Reinee tonight were absolutely amazing. They didn't have fresh fries ready and asked me to pull up and apologized about the inconvenience. I pulled up and waited and both of them came out in the freezing weather and apologized yet again for the wait with smiles on their face. I just got done with my shift (working in food industry) and their upbeat attitudes, consideration and selflessness was a reminder of what customer service should be. Thank you both and deserve recognition (and possible compensation) for the people they are. Good employees are hard to find. read more

I was honestly give you zero stars if I could, This is an absolute nightmare the management team won't get back to you if you have an issue. I was in the hospital for 12 weeks fighting cancer and I saw these crispy chicken commercials and was excited to use it and try it I was meeting a bunch of people at my house who also fight cancer we use some coupons to get a bunch of whoppers burgers to enjoy the night. Whoever the food was less than good it was basically missing all the vegetables they barely put anything on it and the spicy chicken sandwiches tasted like pure salt it was a horrible experience so I went to the website and let them know I just basically thought I would get a gift card for the $40 that I basically spent and tried again sometime maybe they just had an off night, but they escalated it to the franchisee after a few days still didn't get back to me so I contacted corporate again and guess what once again corporate forwarded to the franchisee few days goes by I hear nothing I asked Corporate to jump in I told him how they should handle it. I was a franchise business consultant for years and I own three restaurants in New Jersey I would never let my customers go over one day unsatisfied there's a problem we will fix it and yet Burger King Corporate did nothing now they're ignoring me I'm asking everyone to boycott Burger King on hard rd for life let's close this place down if we have to this is a complete joke to treat someone like this treat anyone like this let alone someone going through terminal cancer They just don't give a crap about people or their experiences. It's funny I drove down hard road today I had s doctors appointment and for Made yet turn Wendy's was packed in their drive-through, McDonald's packed in the drive-through, Taco Bell packed and Burger King had one car they are really kicking butt over there LOL it's not even funny it's actually a freaking joke. read more

Ordered takeout...the burgers were a mess like they just threw them together with their feet. The wrappers were covered in grease and mayonnaise. We had 3 orders of fries. Two of which were not even half full. What a mess! read more

After morning mass our little group went to bk this morning at 9:15 am as we have been for years. They were having a meeting and told us they would be with us shortly. Slight woman with pony tail told us they no longer had our groups prepaid card. We had just purchased it 2 weeks before for $40. Stated her manager did not feel it was their policy any longer to have a card prepaid for a group. Told us a previous card had been given to a gentleman in our group. Sam who she described had not been there for 3 months. Marian asked her if they wanted our business? She said feel free to go elsewhere. Marian pulled out her credit card and asked if she could use it to buy our coffee. I said it's only 2 bucks and put the money on the counter and said two coffees. Young lady said to me "Two coffees, please?" I just said "Two coffees". Young woman left. Next a very tall large young man came out to ask us to leave that we were being rude, and we would not be served. Marian and I said ok and left. I felt intimidated and as if we were the ones on the wrong! We will never go to Burger King on Hard Road again. Felt very sorry for Dayna at the register (not the pony tailed young woman) who said she was sorry and that McDonald's around the corner had great coffee. read more

just went to burger king in webster go there 2 or 3 times a week for breakfast went through drive up the guy says can i take your order i gave him my order he said nothing else so i sat there maybe he didnt get then comes on can i help you i give my order again he gets attitude he says nothing about money or do you want something else so i drive around there was this black guy saying i gave him attitude there are two guys there that hate there jobs then they made me wait 10 min and it was cold never again will i go there they suck bad get a new job guys read more

I will admit I'm not a huge fan of BK, but I love their fries. The fries were nice and hot, tasted great. The dining area was clean, not cluttered with hats all over the place. Ha. Nice location on Hard Rd and around shopping areas. read more
