On the other hand Lees cooking technique of their livers and gizzards are UNMATCHED because they pressure cook them which makes them buttery, tender, and melt in your mouth. Decades ago Springfield and Dayton area KFC's used to do them that way but removed them from all their locations and menus. Outside of this everything else there was PERFECT. Chicken and biscuits were piping hot and fresh. Potato Wedges are breaded, seasoned, and fried to perfection. Courteous staff and speedy service.
