There are a fair amount of booths and table and chairs. No outdoor seating. The menu is overhead and pretty simple. Bourbon or Blackened chicken dinners small with side or large with two sides. I choose the Bourbon because it was sweet vs the blackened which was spicy. There was one that was labeled spicy+which was Spicer than the blackened. There were a few sides to choose from - rice, lo mein, steamed vegetables, red beans, French fries and green beans. I got the noodles. My husband got their Bourbon sandwich with fries. There were other sandwiches - hamburger, philly and wraps. The service was excellent and so was the food. The amount was plentiful. It was very clean inside and out. It was a great choice for lunch!

I'd never heard of a bad KFC until I moved near Springfield and went to this Hillcrest Ave location. I ordered on the app 3 original drumsticks. That's it. Got there 3 min early and at 5 minutes after asked the status. "Oh just a few minutes." I waited. She began avoiding eye contact after 10 more min. At 20 more min I went to the counter. She had gone to the back and wouldn't come out. Asked someone else. All kinds of conversation back there, but no one explaining to me why I was now waiting a half hour for a few drumsticks. I had seen others come and go. When the order was finally ready, she gave it to me with no apology or explanation. I might drive another 15 minutes to the next nearest to avoid this place now that I've read all the other reviews of it.

I pulled into the drive thru and ordered an 8-piece box of extra crispy chicken. Not a meal just chicken. For $22.99 I was supposed to get 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs & 2 breasts. That is $2.87 per piece! expensive I know but we were hungry and it was getting late (6:50PM.) I was told that they didn't have the chicken ready to fill our order and asked if I could wait. I agreed to wait and was directed to pull around to the front of the store. Approximately 20 min later an employee brought my order out to me. She was friendly and cordial, I thanked her and headed home for dinner. After opening the "Bucket" of chicken what we found was NOT the expected mix of chicken. Instead, what was in the bucket was 1 Breast, 2 Thighs, 0 wings, and 5 Legs. None of them cooked in extra crispy breading! I waited 20 minutes and paid $23 to get leftovers! As far as I am concerned KFC owes me at least $20 because what I was served was not worth more than $3! BEWARE! CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE! You might be surprised by what you find vs what you expect to. I called the store to complain and asked for the Manager. I was put on hold and 5 minutes later they hung up on me. I think the owner of this store might want to keep a close eye on the books because it is likely they are being cooked better than the chicken.

We live on the opposite side of town, but you can reach any destination in my town in about 10 min, no matter where you're at! I do think it's a deterrent to some people, who won't travel across town to do anything! Honestly, if they moved Popeyes's to the north side of town those lazy bums would flock to the restaurant! Which tells you how we felt about going there tonight. We planned on going inside to order, but a sign posted said that only the drive thru is available. We wanted to check out the menu without holding any cars up behind us. Luckily, it wasn't busy. We had a large order because my granddaughter asked if I'd get extra for tomorrow for lunch, so I expected our order to be inaccurate! Well, it wasn't, and it was all hot and fresh. The girl taking our order was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated that since we aren't there often. Food was really good, service was great!
