We had lunch boxed prepared by this Chick fil A today at work. Here's the low down: I had the grilled chicken sub packaged meal. The chicken was in chopped up chunks which made it a bit difficult to eat without it falling apart but it was very good. Fresh bread, juicy chicken, lettuce, pickles - nice! At first I was planning my on the Chick-fil-A drive through down the road. But then I remembered that the mall has now opened it's kids play area in the food court. So we came to this location instead! Here, we were able to sit, enjoy our food and then even play afterwards! My son always switches up what he wants here. Last time it was Mac and cheese. This time? Just fries, a fruit cup and plain milk. Whatever works. My daughter and I enjoyed our usual - nuggets and fries with sauce! Always hits the spot! On a Monday around 4p, this place was decently busy! Good location! Honestly, both this one and the one nearby are pretty good. Although, I find myself going to this location more because it's closer. And, I would imagine the other location gets busier during peak hours since it's more convenient for people to get to. Once you put in your order, they are usually pretty quick at having it ready for you. Also, this location supports mobile ordering through their app so you can skip the line and order ahead of time. I usually park near Dick's Sporting goods and it's a short walk to this Chick-Fil-A. read more

I've been coming here for years, never had a complaint. Service is excellent and the food is always tasty!

This location used to be great. I loved to eat here. Not so much any more. I still like the food but the drive thru is crazy! It takes so long and if you get in the "wrong" lane it is much worse. Tonight I drove into the outside lane. Both lanes had 3 cars and one "order taker". By the time I got my food there were 5-6 cars that had entered the other lane , AFTER me, already paid, received their order and gone. Recently the drive thru traffic flow has been changed so no one can leave until the end. Tonight, I would have pulled out of line and left if it were possible. The entire parking lot is filled with different types of traffic cones. The owner has left only a fraction of the parking spaces for cars to park for in-store dining or take-out. These spots are not close to the door--and you have to dodge the drive thru lanes. Not safe - not convenient - not customer friendly. read more

I have spent thousands of dollars at this particular restaurant over a period of five years and I keep going back. The customer service is the best in class. The difference could not be more stark when I had just come from another location where they got my order wrong and made me wait 20+ minutes before correcting it. Very disappointing experience tonight. Had to circle the building before getting into the drive-thru line, which was moving slower than I have ever seen. When finally I got into the line, my order was taken promptly and the line started moving. When I approached the window, I was waived to drive past it and then one of the employees tried to get me to exit the line (as if I were leaving altogether) and so I stopped the car and rolled down the window to ask when I would be getting my food. There were four or five teenaged employees just sort of standing along the brick wall of the building (just past the window), joking around with each other and not really seeming to do their jobs. One of them eventually brought me my food but while I was sitting there with the window rolled down, I heard the four or five employees joking around about trading jobs, who wanted the iPad etc. And I thought to myself: no wonder the drive-thru line is such a chaotic mess, the employees standing around outside are not doing their jobs! They weren't doing a very good job of managing the traffic either. Not excited about returning again anytime soon if the employees cannot manage that congested drive-thru operation. read more

BARF! Whoever is managing this store needs to be fired. Nobody's cleaning the fryers. My CHICKEN sandwich smelled and tasted like rotten fish. This is beyond disgusting. On a cold snowy Saturday in February 2021 I was hanging out with my daughter, grandson and granddaughter at the Fairfield Commons Mall. They have a very nice play area for children near the food court. It was late afternoon and the mall was full of families. My daughter walked over to #chick-fil-a to order our dinner. She also secured us a table right in front of it. We joined her there and then waited just a little bit than 5 minutes to get our order. We had 2 kid's meals, an order of fresh fruit for my grandson, a spicy chicken sandwich for me and their delicious grilled chicken. The large order of fruit included oranges, a few blueberries with melon and apple slices. It's my grandson's favorite. The fruit was fresh and naturally sweet tasting. My granddaughter loves the chicken nuggets! And we all love the crispy waffle fries! We had plenty of the #chick-fil-a sauce a favorite of mine & my daughter and 4 year old grandson for dipping. While we were eating my 2 year old granddaughter often pointed to the cow hanging from the #chick-fil-a sign with excitement. My spicy chicken sandwich was perfect. It had a crispy texture. The spicy taste was a treat for my taste buds. The kind that doesn't linger too long after you are done chewing. The only hitch was a small mix-up with our order. It was quickly fixed! While we were eating there was a constant line of people waiting to order their food. We had leftovers because of the order mix-up which was also great. With the appropriate #covid19 mask wearing and social distancing we felt safe to just enjoy this fun #familytime. This location has a military discount. This is a super well running operation. Can get extremely busy at lunch time but the service is always unbelievably fast here. Even when it looks packed you can get in and out in under 10 minutes easily. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and of course the staff is extra friendly and polite. Chick Fil A makes a dandy chicken sandwich; I love the grilled chicken an a wheat bun with honey mustard bbq sauce. The waffle fries are made from fresh potatoes and often entice me when i swear I am boycotting fries. The milkshakes are delicious, too. There is a free-standing Chick Fil A on N. Fairfield Road just south of target now which is much easier to patronize than the mall location. Fast service makes this an easy choice when you want a chicken sandwich. read more
