Good enough McDonalds a mile or so off the easy on-easy off of 35W. The only thing you have to do is pay attention to the signs because getting to this McDs is a bit confusing. Went through the drive thru for dinner around 6:30 to eat on our way home. We were not impressed with this McDonald's. I ordered a filet-o-fish meal and my husband the 2 cheeseburger meal. We weren't asked if we wanted a large meal but that's what we got (and I guess paid for). My bottom bun was hard and stale and the fish must have been sitting awhile. The cheeseburger buns seemed stale too. Our fries were undercooked, soggy and way too salty. The Dr Pepper was all carbonation. We couldn't even finish eating the food. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a while and I really like their fish sandwich and was looking forward to eating one. So disappointing!! read more

This is the busiest McD's I've ever seen. I did a mobile order. It was difficult to get one of the parking spaces that are supposed to be reserved for the mobile orders. Once I did, the order came out and it was correct. We don't usually eat fast food, but every now and then, we give in. This was typical McD's food. No complaints, except that customers shouldn't park in the reserved spots unless they are supposed to. read more

Stop here occasionally for a quick meal or taste for their fries. Drive thru- Ordered three meals, received drinks, told to pull off into spot as they were making fresh burgers. Waited 10 mins, nothing, finally someone came out and said they gave our meals to someone else, retook our order, waited another 10 mins, finally came out with order. Did not offer anything except a couple of coupons for free medium fries/6 piece nugget. Fast food is no longer fast and with the prices as they are, there are better places to eat. read more

The young ginger with the nose ring that took my order got my order wrong numerous times & took forever to place my order. I got up to the register to pay & noticed that she couldn't even help me with my transaction without getting on her phone. I am very disappointed in my service & I work in the food industry, so I know how it can be. However, for being the only one in line, 15 minutes is far too long for a 3 person order. This is the WORST McDonald's IN THE WORLD. The drive thru line is always backed up out on the street.... The get your order wrong more times than right, and is always followed by an "sorry 'bout that" or "sorry about your wait" ... Do your self a favor and drive a couple of miles down the road to the Linden Ave location. They are MUCH better! As we speak, we are turning around on Haines to go back for our daughters happy meal that they didn't give us! Grrrr! EVERYTIME!!! Oh, after waiting in the drive thru 14 minutes.... No receipt either... So we got the happy meal and they dumped her fries in upside down and handed us the one on the counter instead of making a fresh one. Imbeciles! read more

I do not normally review McDonald's or other fast food restaurants but I had a great experience at this particular location that I wanted to say something. I came to lunch here with my daughter and the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. After I placed my order, a manager noticed me standing at the counter holding my daughter and asked if I needed help bringing my food tray to my table. I did! She collected napkins and straws for our meal and brought our food to the table while I got my daughter situated in her high chair. I had been wondering how I would carry my daughter + the meal to the table but the manager took care of that for us. This was my daughter's first Happy Meal and she loved it. We had a great lunch, food was standard McDonald's, always what you expect. She was thrilled at her Happy Meal toy too. I would like to add that when I go through the drive-thru, the staff are always friendly and the orders are correct. I also really appreciate when a restaurant gives me Coke Zero when I ask does not just default to Diet Coke. I always get my Coke Zero at this Micky-D's. read more

Really tired of their terrible drive through design, if you park in the parking lot you have to deal with two lanes backed all the way through the lot because people refuse to actually follow the lines and split at the drive through, and if you are actually trying to follow them like you are supposed to, you just get cut by people pulling all the way around. This makes me kind of sad, to give such a poor review, but honestly I don't have the best opinion of this location. As far as a McDonald's goes, the prices are better than most locations I've been to across America. The problem I've run into is that they are SLOOOOOW....!!! And they've messed up my orders more than once, as well as charged me for someone else's orders. One time they put so much salt on my burger that it was inedible, and when I took it back to them I was forced to wait over 10 minutes just to get a replacement- and for a McDouble none the less! I could see the chefs in the back goofing off while the front staff appeared to be trying to maintain order, and the drive-through staff appeared to be taking their time. It really upset me. The nice things I have to say about this location- because they're always way too busy for their own good, the food is almost always guaranteed to be hot. Not necessarily neatly made, but at least hot, and most of the time fresh. read more

This is the best McDonald's in Dayton. Actually the nicest one I've ever been too. Nicest dining room, free wifi, no kids play area or annoying video games. Feels like sitting in a nice Starbucks. Went here Thursday night 6/27 with my granddaughter for a quick bite. Went inside and the place was disgusting. Trash cans overflowing, most tables dirty (we cleaned ours ourselves), trash on tables, food, napkins, spilled drinks on the floor. The drink area had wet napkins and straw wrappers everywhere and none of the Coke machines worked, they were just spitting out clear liquid. My main thought was that if the manager on duty didn't care that the dining room looked like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen area looks like. Should take more pride in such a nice new facility. read more
