Service is fast, even if it's a little sloppy. The kiosk inside are good. People are nice and they fix their mistakes. Ambience of the drive-thru is not much to speak of. read more

Good enough McDonalds a mile or so off the easy on-easy off of 35W. The only thing you have to do is pay attention to the signs because getting to this McDs is a bit confusing. That said, this was a perfectly acceptable unit. Typical McDonalds food and we mean that in a good way. Perky service and clean dining room ... what more could you ask for? read more

U guys messed up my order over and over again. I'm disgusted by how u can mess up an easy order on my Burger. I ordered a large fry and got a medium. Asked for no onions and looked to find 20 cut onions read more

My kids love eating at McDonald's, but I won't take them here again. Almost every table was dirty and the only clean looking one we could all fit at was being taken up by a single employee playing on their phone. This place has gone downhill. read more

Went through the drive thru for dinner around 6:30 to eat on our way home. We were not impressed with this McDonald's. I ordered a filet-o-fish meal and my husband the 2 cheeseburger meal. We weren't asked if we wanted a large meal but that's what we got (and I guess paid for). My bottom bun was hard and stale and the fish must have been sitting awhile. The cheeseburger buns seemed stale too. Our fries were undercooked, soggy and way too salty. The Dr Pepper was all carbonation. We couldn't even finish eating the food. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a while and I really like their fish sandwich and was looking forward to eating one. So disappointing!! read more

Pulled into the drive thru last night and was advised that they were out of Big Macs and fries. Why would anyone ever visit this McDonalds?

Do NOT order delivery. Drivers cannot read addresses. Twice orders were delivered to neighbor who takes it and kept them. Delivery service was impossible to understand with no resolution! WORTHLESS! read more

Extremely unprofessional and ignorant customer service when I called to complain about my order being completely messed up. Don't ever recommend going here!. read more

This McDonald's Is awesome. I always get fresh fries and the food is always made to my specifications. Whenever I go in store it's always clean and when I go drive thru it's always quick. Thank you Holly and Robert for always helping out and being so kind read more

I live in the area and every time I come here some machine is down coincidentally it's whatever I want to order that day. Management is a hot mess and the employees are a hotter mess. I genuinely feel bad for whoever decides to waste 30 minutes of their day here read more

Over cooked chicken was chewy and dry, under salted fries, dirty bathroom which is puzzling because it seems like they staff a dedicated dining area person. read more

McDonald's - Bathroom - Fast Food Near Me - Beavercreek, Ohio

This is the busiest McD's I've ever seen. I did a mobile order. It was difficult to get one of the parking spaces that are supposed to be reserved for the mobile orders. Once I did, the order came out and it was correct. We don't usually eat fast food, but every now and then, we give in. This was typical McD's food. No complaints, except that customers shouldn't park in the reserved spots unless they are supposed to. read more

Stop here occasionally for a quick meal or taste for their fries. Drive thru- Ordered three meals, received drinks, told to pull off into spot as they were making fresh burgers. Waited 10 mins, nothing, finally someone came out and said they gave our meals to someone else, retook our order, waited another 10 mins, finally came out with order. Did not offer anything except a couple of coupons for free medium fries/6 piece nugget. Fast food is no longer fast and with the prices as they are, there are better places to eat. read more

I went there 2 days in a row the first day I watched a worker reach her hand into an order and grabbed a few fries out of someone's order. I went back the next day and watched a worker reach his hands down his pants after taking my order. Work environment is very dirty and disappointing. read more

The young ginger with the nose ring that took my order got my order wrong numerous times & took forever to place my order. I got up to the register to pay & noticed that she couldn't even help me with my transaction without getting on her phone. I am very disappointed in my service & I work in the food industry, so I know how it can be. However, for being the only one in line, 15 minutes is far too long for a 3 person order. I am not sure if I will be returning again. I hope this problem can be resolved! read more

I actually had a good experience at this McDonalds. The staff were friendly and the food was good. My order was accurate. The only criticism would be that the line took a long time to move through. read more

This may be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Excruciatingly long wait times but today you guys took the cake. "Hi I would like a big Mac", "we are not serving big Macs now we are on a limited menu" Mind officially blown - would give it negative stars if I could. Good grief the prices have been completely jacked up since COVID-19 read more

Awesome management team, came here for breakfast and they blazed through the order. got our food in record time.

It's ok. Nice food but a person I know always has there order screwed up or a hair in there food. People are abnormally nice

5PM on a Thursday and the drive thru was empty. Ordered a quick sandwich, fry and shake. Waited for ever to pay and the girl was more interested in her coworker than interacting with me. I also noticed they tinted their window too. Got almost the same with the next window- shake was semi mixed and fries dumped all over. This is why I never come here. read more

This is the WORST McDonald's IN THE WORLD. The drive thru line is always backed up out on the street.... The get your order wrong more times than right, and is always followed by an "sorry 'bout that" or "sorry about your wait" ... Do your self a favor and drive a couple of miles down the road to the Linden Ave location. They are MUCH better! As we speak, we are turning around on Haines to go back for our daughters happy meal that they didn't give us! Grrrr! EVERYTIME!!! Oh, after waiting in the drive thru 14 minutes.... No receipt either... So we got the happy meal and they dumped her fries in upside down and handed us the one on the counter instead of making a fresh one. Imbeciles! read more

I do not normally review McDonald's or other fast food restaurants but I had a great experience at this particular location that I wanted to say something. I came to lunch here with my daughter and the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. After I placed my order, a manager noticed me standing at the counter holding my daughter and asked if I needed help bringing my food tray to my table. I did! She collected napkins and straws for our meal and brought our food to the table while I got my daughter situated in her high chair. I had been wondering how I would carry my daughter + the meal to the table but the manager took care of that for us. This was my daughter's first Happy Meal and she loved it. We had a great lunch, food was standard McDonald's, always what you expect. She was thrilled at her Happy Meal toy too. I would like to add that when I go through the drive-thru, the staff are always friendly and the orders are correct. I also really appreciate when a restaurant gives me Coke Zero when I ask does not just default to Diet Coke. I always get my Coke Zero at this Micky-D's. read more

Every time we come here they forget part of our order. There are no toys in the box. I have to repeat ordering at least twice. This McDonalds is very frustrating. Every. Time. read more

Really tired of their terrible drive through design, if you park in the parking lot you have to deal with two lanes backed all the way through the lot because people refuse to actually follow the lines and split at the drive through, and if you are actually trying to follow them like you are supposed to, you just get cut by people pulling all the way around. As always, it's mcdonald's, you know the food is meh and the service is passable. read more

Building was very clean. Food was great and staff were very nice. Probably the best McDonalds in town.

This makes me kind of sad, to give such a poor review, but honestly I don't have the best opinion of this location. As far as a McDonald's goes, the prices are better than most locations I've been to across America. The problem I've run into is that they are SLOOOOOW....!!! And they've messed up my orders more than once, as well as charged me for someone else's orders. One time they put so much salt on my burger that it was inedible, and when I took it back to them I was forced to wait over 10 minutes just to get a replacement- and for a McDouble none the less! I could see the chefs in the back goofing off while the front staff appeared to be trying to maintain order, and the drive-through staff appeared to be taking their time. It really upset me. The nice things I have to say about this location- because they're always way too busy for their own good, the food is almost always guaranteed to be hot. Not necessarily neatly made, but at least hot, and most of the time fresh. read more

This is the best McDonald's in Dayton. Actually the nicest one I've ever been too. Nicest dining room, free wifi, no kids play area or annoying video games. Feels like sitting in a nice Starbucks. They have the best burger in town too IMHO. I get a deluxe Angus burger minus cheese sub wheat roll. Lovin it. read more

Worst service ever!!! 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a Sunday and I'm waiting in line in the drive-thru for 20 minutes!!! Somebody needs to get their act together and either hire more help or train who they have to be more efficient. read more

Terrible service, past 3 times I've visited this restaurant they have always messed up my order. Terrible service and rude workers.

Went here Thursday night 6/27 with my granddaughter for a quick bite. Went inside and the place was disgusting. Trash cans overflowing, most tables dirty (we cleaned ours ourselves), trash on tables, food, napkins, spilled drinks on the floor. The drink area had wet napkins and straw wrappers everywhere and none of the Coke machines worked, they were just spitting out clear liquid. My main thought was that if the manager on duty didn't care that the dining room looked like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen area looks like. Should take more pride in such a nice new facility. read more

I just love Mcdonalds. One of my favorite restaurants in Dayton, also one of the best. I love the Mcchicken (one spicy chicken hamburger for only $1.00!) and the Cheeseburger (2 beef burgers with cheese, 1 Big soda, and medium fries for only $4.49!) read more
