I got the sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin with their breakfast fries. The fries were room temperature and chewy. The sandwich was inedible. The texture of the muffin was "off", possibly barely this side of sale, the egg was cold and greasy (below room temperature) so cheese obviously wasn't melted, just a cold slab of cheese. The sandwich itself self looked like it had been sat on. If this is their food they quality standards, I am going to steer clear of this particular Wendy's, and not just for breakfast.

But they did not offer so much as a paper towel, so we went through an entire container of napkins trying our best to clean it up while laughing at ourselves.
