I tried pointing out their error bit was told there was no manager working and a refund could not be issued they also did not remake the food to give me what I was paying for and what I received was two sausage biscuits no cheese or egg with honey butter. Had i went to the Wendy on Breiel Blvd instead I would have been charged $3.60 for the two sandwiches because of the 2 for $3 breakfast sandwich deal and adding a slice of cheese for each sandwich and $2.49 for the drink. Instead my sandwiches cost me $8.18 which is more than double what I should have been charged. Attempted to contact the store a couple times before 1pm and got no answer. When I called again around 5pm I was told that the only manager that could issue a refund had been in earlier that day but would not be in again until Monday. Even though the person I spoke with did identify themselves as a manager.
