    We eat here on a regular and this is hands down one of the best ran Gold Stars around! The food is great, service is great!!

    Best Gold Star I've been too. The employees work as a team and are very friendly. They've never messed up my order.

The food was delivered to our table by a polite employee within 6-7 minutes. The walleye was scrumptious though a little on the greasy side. We had to use several napkins to soak up the excess oil. The tartar sauce served with the fish was very good. I was disappointed with the onion rings as they were dry & tasteless. Hubby told one of the employees that I wanted to try their made in-house signature root beer & she gave it to me free of charge. It was really refreshing & I appreciated the gesture. We will definitely eat here again.

    I have had many issues with this location, but I think i am at my peak of patience. The children…read morethey hire do not care about being employed, the customers, the food, or the company. The sandwich prices are roughly the same across all subways but the quality and quantity vary greatly. The Mt. Orab and Blanchester Subway locations are the worst. They aren't proofing the bread long enough, it's scrawny. If you order online, you're guaranteed to be missing ingredients, and if you manage to luckily get lettuce, we're talking 20 slivers of shredded lettuce on a foot long, with explicitly stating extra lettuce. If you want tomatoes, they're sold out, if you want banana peppers, jalapeños, spinach, bell peppers, or anything other than olives really, you're not getting any. If you want light sauce, you're getting a full cup dumped on it. You're basically getting everything else, and nothing that you paid for. If that's not the best part, Sir Hair in a beanie hat, but straggling all down the sides and everywhere, guy, had shed hair in three of the five sandwiches we ordered tonight. That was the last straw. Yes, the sandwiches were made super fast, but, no the sandwiches were not correct, and the hair each person found forced us to go order pizza after because they had to pitch their food. we're not giving this location another dollar. We're done.

So not that I worked in restaurants for twenty years before I started truck driving.But I did There are two rules in the restaurant business first.Rule the customers always right.Even when they're wrong The second rule is never present something in a to go box or on a plate to a customer that you would not give to your mother.The meaning behind that is that everything that you fix should be presentable.As if it was going to the person that you respect most in life Why did I order a double quarter pounder with no cheese?No, ketchup, no pickles, wait for fifteen minutes only to get a double quarter.Pounder with extra cheese ketchup and pickles, so I then had to give the sandwich back.So they could remake it when I got the sandwich back fifteen minutes later.It looked as if one of the burgers they just threw down on the counter after they made it.And then scooped it up and put it on top of the other burger and put it in a box, extremely unprofessional and unpresentable I had to bring that to the manager's attention, and she did not see anything wrong with that sandwich at all as a matter of fact. She drew to my attention that that's how the burger came. So that's how I was put on the between the buns. It's not her fault that it's a crappy burger that came in the box. She just cooks and sells what she gets. So then she offered to refund my money. I had to explain to her that it takes me two weeks of work to get one paycheck and when I spend my money, like many other people, we would like to get whatever it is that we ask for slash paid. It was pretty busy but they were quick to get your orders out. The manager did a good job leading her crew to stay on top of the orders and at the same time telling them they're doing good in a positive sort of way. Not kiss a$$ like. My order was fresh and it hit the spot on a cold Tuesday morning. It was like low 40s high 30s. I ordered: 1. Biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage - That hit the spot with a hashbrown. I'm not going to lie I took a nap shortly after. Kudos to those that go to work after that. 2.
