We got deluxe burgers and kids meals. The burgers are really good! Smash burger style and seasoned crinkle cut fries. We honestly inhaled our burgers and my husband wished he got 2. My only complaint is that the inside is HOT. I'm not sure if it was just hot today because maybe there were some AC troubles but it was pretty miserable in there. I felt bad for the employees who, again, were very nice having to work in that heat. Kudos to them because I personally don't know how they do/did it. Anyway, highly recommend!

I substituted a side salad for the french fries. It arrived with a small mountain of cheese ... and my first reaction was worry that maybe it was hiding olde, brown lettuce. Nope. It was an excellent salad! The service was excellent. Good teamwork by the two waitresses inspired that hot food, was served hot and they kept my water glass full. Will I return? Absolutely, yes! Order went well, drove to first window, paid and drove to second window... and waited for over 10 minutes before seeing another soul. I even honked my horn after 6 or 7 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I figured I was hitting them right at changeover from breakfast to lunch... they may not have everything ready. Well, saw the first person and yelled to get her attention. Did she come over to apologize? No. She just started telling someone else that some guy had waited 10 minutes and was mad. That's when things started happening. What I assume to be the manager (and took payment for my food) came over and apologized but didn't offer an explanation. She couldn't refund my credit card payment for some reason (tried but was having issues with the cash register) and just gave me cash back. I had overheard them talking about giving me the food for free but frankly, I wasn't in the mood for it. Went to Wendy's and was out with my food within a minute. Burger King Mt Orab... total failure in service.
