Service is terrible. Completely understaffed. Stood in a line of 7 people for 30 MINUTES! Never again.

Lacks precision on orders lately. Menu changes and can not provide one of four months now. Over charging due to menu confusion. I have used this outlet many of times of the years. Quality and care have seemed to drop. When you order over phone, It's come look at out signs on the window. Not the real world. Thank you. They had a small snag, this evening and couldn't raise there manager. Instead, tried to throw me off with I will call the owner, when all I asked for was a credit of items I didn't even order. I hope this is corrected soon. Employees should always tend care and be respectful vs threating a upset customer. read more

One of the few places in the area that is actually considered a Dairy joint. They have decent hours but not open too late on weekends so plan ahead. This is a two in one dairy and pizza place, selling the chubbys pizza brand. The website directs you to Loveland dairy, so maybe the same business ? This is equipped with a drive through so that makes it a little easier because it can get very crowded considering there's no inside dining. The ambiance is good for the country folk, it reminds me of a few places I went to as a kid while living in WV. The ice cream is good; I got a soft serve dipped cone. I would suggest asking them to dip more than once, they didn't do a great job with mine. I won't talk much about the food since I've had chubbys before. The pizza is great and it's not part of a chain which is even better. It's a great place to go after getting some hiking in. I will be back. read more

The best no -chain pizza in 3 counties! This is my favorite non-chain pizza. (LaRosa's is my fav chain, I hate Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Mio's, Rapid Fired, UNO's, Donatos, Angilo's, Little Caesar's, Domino's, Jets and every other "Grandmas" pizza joint and all the versions they are spelled!) This soft serve ice cream joint (during spring-summer only) has the best pizzas and calzones (per my hubby) around. If you've never been, please go. They have 3 locations and are in Blanchester, Morrow and South Lebanon. If you love pizza and like to try different pizzeria's you'll love this one. Despite only having the ice cream side open during warm month this delightful treasure is open year round. They have burgers, fries and hoagies too. They have a huge menu so I know everyone can find something they will enjoy. If you haven't been and your looking for a Sunday afternoon road trip come here, to Blanchester Ohio. Order a couple pizzas, sit at the picnic tables and enjoy with your family or friends. Don't forget to try their ice cream too if they are open. They have a nice big parking lot and overflow lot too. The bad: I don't have anything bad to say about their pizza. I love everything about it. I will add on Tuesday nights they have a cruise in with old cars. This is usually when I go. I passed this Dairy bar on the way to the outlets, we decided to give it a try on the way back since we were hungry and noticed they served food and ice cream. They have picnic tables for outside seating there is no indoor seating. They restroom is a port a pot out back but it was very clean. My husband ordered a large pepperoni pizza, Pepsi and twist dipped cones oh and a kid ice cream. The food was super quick, they said 15-20 minutes and maybe was 10-12 minutes. It was a bit messy, super cheesy that kept falling off and very saucy but over all it was good and satisfying, my husband and I ate an entire large by ourselves. The ice cream was super good, chocolate dip was thick and the portions were a generous size. Overall the price was average and good for what we received. We will defiantly be back again! read more

I went to the highest rated dairy cone place known as the best and did a comparison on the same day. Chubby's is much better. For a dairy stand Chubby's has a great burger. Get a Double Chubby with cheese and tarter sauce and you'll have a tough time finding a stand or fast food spot with a better burger. read more

We're from out of town and ordered pizza from Chubby's at this location while visiting Kings Island. After being told when I placed the order that it would take 45 mins I called Chubby's at the 1 hour mark. I was told it should be there any minute. At the hour and a half mark I called again and spoke to the manager who said that because I paid with my card he couldn't refund my $ back, but somehow was able to give me 30% off my order and it would take a few days to credit... hmmm. After 2 hours, my food finally arrived. Cold. We love supporting local business over large chains, but unfortunately we will not be supporting this business again. read more

This is a great small town drive- in. Being local, my family and I order from here often and we have never received bad service or subpar food. Order pizza and fried mushrooms at 8:05 pm for delivery was told 45min. I called at 9:35pm and was told it was on it way. The driver showed up at 9:55pm and I told her how long it had been. She said "It's been that long already?" The pizza was cold and I did not even open the mushrooms. I just sent it back.
