The ambiance is good for the country folk, it reminds me of a few places I went to as a kid while living in WV. The ice cream is good; I got a soft serve dipped cone. I would suggest asking them to dip more than once, they didn't do a great job with mine. I won't talk much about the food since I've had chubbys before. Staff is always super friendly, typically you'll just see Mrs. Rowlett making and serving ice cream while her brother is busy with the various cheeses and butter.
