Bowl w/ shawarma

Service: Phenomenal! Very friendly & excited to talk about what's on their menu. Gave great suggestions. Food: Delicious, fresh, flavorful! Build your own style bowls, wraps, or pitas. They have a wide variety of toppings available. Everything goes well together! We did a blend of rice & couscous, zesty feta, spicy hummus, and eggplant, then a variety of vegetables, chicken, and tzatziki. I love having more fresh options in Cincinnati, so glad this opened and I hope they are successful! Would love to see them expand into northern Kentucky.

Super yummy, homemade hummus, pitas, salads and wraps... the friendly staff. Let me try all the things I wanted without any frustration, which I enjoy greatly. They are very motivated in allowing you to try everything because you can tell they want you to have the best eating experience possible. I got the lemon chicken pita with the harissa hummus and a variety of toppings. The harissa hummus was zesty, spicy & very good. Clean and organized atmosphere will definitely be back.

Fresh ingredients and arrived well packed through delivery. The falafel was EXCELLENT. Hummus and dressing were all flavorful and tasted house made. I can't wait to try other options from this place.

Hummus Republic on Calhoun St is a fantastic addition to UC. The Chipotle style Mediterranean joint has a nice, clean space and is serving up great food. The sauces and veggies are very fresh and the meats are well seasoned and nicely cooked. The chicken shawarma and gyro are both halal and I hope to see them expand the halal options. I look forward to returning and trying the other options.

Drove from union ky to give it a try and would do it again! So delicious and fresh. Atmosphere was also very nice i can't wait to go back

Solid mediterranean fast food place in the UC area. Ordered a make your own bowl. It was filled to the top and a great price as well. Flavors were great. Would compare this to Cava. Service was super quick, ordered takeout and it was ready in 10ish minutes. Great place for a quick eat in the Clifton area.

Delicious, fresh, friendly staff. Nice open and clean place to sit. Our food came out warm and fresh quickly. We loved all additions and ability to make everything exactly as you like. The feta dip and all olive hummus were really great . A ton of food and reasonably priced. Definitely my new go to for lunch!

A family operated gem! My husband I came in 2 minutes past closing time and they were happy to serve us. At closing time everything was clean & the friendly family operating made us feel welcomed! We're definitely coming back. (Hint...the food is great! keep it simple, the quality is there so you don't need much)

Extremely clean and well kept!

This place has a terrific vibe! While it is modeled after other successful and familiar existing chains in procedure and process, the food quality, freshness, cleanliness, kindness of staff, pleasant and spacious design, and exceptional ease of service exceed all others. From the fresh beverage selections (personal favorite was turmeric and ginger lemonade, but spouse preferred strawberry lychee and daughter preferred pomegranate) to the fresh ingredient bowls and pitas (main options prepared in smaller portions to retain quality and freshness) to grandma's hot sauce (flavorful and deeply enriching), there was nothing I could've possibly found fault in other than my stomach not holding more food! Bravo to these folks! Prime location and great potential! Hopefully, we see more locations around town in the future!

Cincinnati needed a spot like this! My fiancée and I are big fans of Cava, but obviously there isn't one in the area. However, Hummus Republic is just as good! I had the pita and my fiancée had a bowl and everything was so delicious. All the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The service was great too. The cashier there even gave us a free drink, which was a tasty turmeric and ginger drink. The portions were generous and we were also pleased that we didn't feel guilty after eating because the food was healthy. We will definitely be back!

Really good and much healthier than alternative quick lunch spots. A bit overwhelming at first, but the staff are helpful and friendly.

Plus, free VEGAN wine sampling. Let me say that we are not vegan but love to try different foods & we enjoyed everything we ordered, including the drinks. Everything was also very filling. We split 3 apps between us 2 & couldn't finish them This was a nice black owned spot to support during our weekend visit!

I also noticed that they are Black-owned,which is awesome to see. At the time, they had only been open for, I wanna say, two-ish weeks so my colleague and I decided to give it a go. The staff was eager to greet us and we got a seat right away. The space itself is magnificent. The bright bursts of color caught my attention first. It's definitely a vibrant space, modern, trendy, photogenic, fun, and creative. You got to check out the bathrooms - so cool! From what I gathered, the owner helped design it himself. The service is what stood out next. Everyone was so friendly, the chef and owner came to our table to check in, which is always a nice touch. As for food, I was only in for a quick bite so I went with the kale caesar salad and a side of truffle fries. I love me a good kale caesar and that definitely hit the spot. The only con with the food was that the serving sizes were rather small for the price. I believe this spot turns into a nightlife experience in the evenings. They have a full bar and even a DJ booth. I would no doubt visit again in the evening. It's great for a date night or evening with friends. Overall, I hope they succeed and recommend you give them a try, even if you don't like vegan food.

The space is open, bright and well decorated making it very inviting for brunch. You order at the counter from the menus placed along the wall then food is delivered to your table. The various brunch items all sounded very inviting so I was having trouble deciding what to order. So I got a recommendation to try the Shakshuka. Not sure how to pronounce it but when it arrived it was just the right portion and quite tasty for brunch. It's a bowl with a red pepper sauce and feta cheese and kale along with eggs sunny side up. The dish is served with pita so you can do a little bit of dipping in the tasty sauce. To accompany our food we selected the mimosa service and bloody mary pitcher. A pitcher is just perfect for sharing. And the mimosa service was delightful. The server arrived with a bottle of Prosecco and small carafes of orange, grapefruit and blood orange juices to mix yourself. The food was fresh and tasty with prompt delivery of our food to our table. Not quite a full service restaurant since you have to order at the counter but still a nice experience located downtown.

After being seated, a table that arrived after me was greeted and offered drinks first. I ordered a simple breakfast... eggs, bacon, and asked to substitute the potatoes for a small slice of avocado. I appreciated that the manager approved the substitution at no extra charge, even though it was a very tiny portion. I requested my eggs over medium plus, mentioning specifically that I don't like them super runny. When the food arrived, the egg whites were still runny and the yolks were completely liquid, definitely not medium. The toast was cold, stale and hard, though the bacon was good. The server offered to remake my eggs, and the second attempt was much better, but by the time I got them, the rest of my food was cold. I also never received a coffee refill or too off and had to ask for a coffee to go at the end which was about the only item that was warm in the place. The environment was as nice though, looked clean and quaint. Overall, I felt like just another number. The service was indifferent, and the breakfast was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

Only thing is I wish they could make it gluten free. I got the Mira bowl in a kid size portion and had boiled eggs as an add on. Perfect portion! Nothing was too sweet and I enjoyed everything. The inside had a nice airy feel to it. They have a cute little kids corner filled with books and fun stuff for the little ones to stay busy while waiting on meals. They close at 3 so I recommend enjoying it for brunch/lunch!

Being visitor from VA Beach, I asked what's the recommended dish, the server suggested omelette. But I wasn't in the mood for omelette so I saw shakshuka. I tried their Green Goddess version that has spinach (instead of tomato sauce) and feta. The food is a solid 3. I also ordered the Dubai Chocolate latte. It was a 3 as you taste more the milk than the chocolate syrup. I also got their chocolate chip banana bread.
