We live in OTR and Aladdin's on Main Street is our favorite place to drop in for a meal, drinks, or dessert. The dishes are healthy with nice-sized portions. They can accommodate food allergies, vegan, gluten-free, no nuts, etc... The service is outstanding. You are greeted the minute you walk in the door. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it's easy to carry on a conversation. They are one of the few restaurants in OTR with courtyard dining. We like their pita pizzas: skinny crust loaded with toppings. My favorite is the chicken and the Greek. Another favorite is the lightly fried cauliflower with lemon tahini dressing appetizer. Their dessert case is outstanding. It's nice to see the desserts on display!

Tasty food with a lot of great appetizers. The service was great and our waiter offered plenty of good input. Loved the vibes and would love to go again! Note: The bathroom is down a flight of stairs and struck me as odd.

Last night before seeing the band Wussy, we stopped in for some appetizers. We were simply blown away by the atmosphere, ambiance, and service. On a busy Saturday night we were immediately seated. Had our order taken within minutes. The server was friendly and super fast without rushing. We ordered some hummus and an Alladin's Chicken Pitza. The hummus was silky smooth and was served with oh-so-thin and delightfully chewy pita bread. It was delicious. The Chicken Pitza was large enough to share and glorious. It was made with a slightly spicy honey dijon dressing and a killer homemade garlic sauce topped with perfect chopped grilled chicken tenders, green peppers, and diced scallions. It was so good I almost forgot to take a picture. The price was friendly to the wallet and we were quickly full. A perfect stop before seeing an amazing concert just down the street. Highly recommend. We will be back without a doubt!

Came in for an early dinner. Had not been here for a while. We ordered Mediterranean Lamb Plate and Aladdin's Combo. Service was prompt. And the restaurant filled up while eating. We had a booth with dividers and made our seating a bit cozier than regular table. Food was satisfying.

Yum! My husband and I are in Cincinnati to see a concert and my husband found this place online. We had a great meal here. Really delicious Mediterranean cuisine! I had Chicken Sambusek Plate and my husband had Aladdin's Favorite Combo, both were great. Our server, Ah-Zee (spelling it the way she pronounced it, I wouldn't know how to spell that correctly) did a great job taking care of us, very attentive and just did a great job! Atmosphere is important to me and this restaurant is warm and inviting. I'm including a couple of photos of the interior, I hope they capture the vibe. Wait-I just checked their website-this is a chain! I would have never guessed! Bravo! I'm impressed with everything!

Aladdin's Eatery is a great spot for your mediterranean fix. This place has everything that you could ask for. We started off with a hummus plate and vegetables. It comes with olives, carrots, celery, cucumbers, radish and pickles!! my favorite.. I got a chicken Shawarma, and there was nothing to complain about. It hit the spot. There was a good amount of garlic sauce inside and fair amount of chicken also but I will say that the bread was a little hard (maybe just over toasted not stale). The service was pretty good. Also it seemed like there was a very energetic man there attending to every single table. overall this place is good if you're in the area looking a bite! 4/5

This place knows Mediterranean! With an extremely extensive menu there is something for everyone. They have shawarma plates, kofta plates, pita wraps, salads, pitta pizzas (that's new) and lots more to enjoy. The service was really nice, our server was on it and what seemed to be the manager was very friendly and attentive. Lots of space and we were seated right away with no reservations. Great spot!

Traveled to Cincinnati to catch a Jack Harlow concert in northern Kentucky and, other than the concert itself, this was the highlight of the trip. The food was so good! We even ordered more to eat later on. I went with my Greek friend, who has cooked and eaten lots of Mediterranean food, and she was impressed. The server we had was so sweet and was chatting with us about our plans for the weekend. The ambiance was also very cute and nicely decorated.

The fact that they were open on Monday was a key point in favor of me stopping here; Cincinnati is pretty dead on Mondays. Don't sleep on the "+ Lounge", as I found the interior to be more substantial than it looked from the outside. The menu promises an interpretation of Lebanese cuisine focusing on health, with clear marking for special dietary needs. I had some pizza cravings, but I didn't see any pizza places that I really believed in, so I ended up here getting a "falafel pitza". This was an intriguing experience, with the crushed falafel providing most of the flavor, but the tomatoes, pickled peppers, and tahini providing an experience that did kind of scratch that pizza itch. My lentil soup was heavy on chard, and I'm sure it was healthy, but for me tasted too much like chard and not enough like lentils. The other mezze-type items on offer looked well worth trying, and perhaps because of the relative lack of competitors, they were fairly busy even on a Monday.

I've been looking for a place like this! I was in town for the Reds game and I had an early dinner here. Their menu has Mediterranean and middle eastern items and They are all reasonably priced! And my beef kafta wrap was huge. The spices used on the kafta was awesome. It filled me up but the Mediterranean Fries were also a bomb. It's fries topped with lots of feta cheese and olives. $6 is a good price for it! The service was friendly and attentive too. On my way out I saw a glass case with cakes in it. Next time I'll definitely grab desserts there too.

You can always count on Aladdin's for tons of vegetarian options! We generally order some apps and a rolled pita. Don't sleep on the garlic and hot sauce. If you're like us, you're sauce dipping for every bite The dessert case is full of scrumptious looking cakes and pastries. We tried the baklava cheesecake! It was creamy, flaky, syrupy and nutty! When we dine at Aladdin's with a larger group we love to order their shareable pita pizzas! their pita is so soft and fluffy we often leave with a packet to make pita pizzas at home! The OTR location has a cute patio and lots of elegant seating indoors.

The hummus was lovely with great flavors and the fresh pita was soft and warm. Gravlax was fine, very refreshing cold dish, not our favorite but good. Hamachi Collar was delightful - surprisingly a lot of meat on the big collar, with crunchy potato crumbles and an amazing sauce - highly recommend! Black Maitake was such an interesting unexpected dish - the charred mushroom had a very smoky flavor with delicious pickles and a creamy sour-cream like sauce to break up the slight kick. Mafaldine pasta was such a lovely creamy celebration of duck, truffles, and al dente pasta - highly recommend. Lamb Shoulder was very tender with nice flavors but feels a bit pricey given what it is - think Cava mediterranean bowl. The group also ordered some drinks. The non-alcoholic Peter Rabbit cocktail was the resounding favorite! I enjoyed a nice glass of Cab with my meal. We ended with the Maritozzo for dessert, which is a traditional Roman dessert involving a brioche bun filled with whipped cream. The cream and dressing tasted great, but the bread seemed like just an ordinary wheat dinner roll - felt a little mismatched. Overall great dinner with good service and relaxing ambience! Our total for the four of us was around $400 after tips. Pricey meal for sure, so suggest giving it a try for special occasions. There's also free parking in the back of the building!

Made it out here last night before seeing Pericles at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. We ordered a couple waters, which we didn't realize would be bottled, and some dawali to start. The wait was very short, maybe ten minutes. These were definitely the best stuffed grape leaves I've had, with a sweet and tangy sauce. Nice light appetizer. For our entrees, she chose the falafel platter, and I went for the Arayes, which is a dish we've made a couple times at home recently and has become a favorite. These plates arrived only a minute or two after we finished the grape leaves, so perfect timing. I must say, everything looked incredible. We both took a bite of falafel, then the arayes, then the salad. Everything was very undersalted. Usually, I think of this as a huge strike against a restaurant, but once we added salt to everything, the flavors popped. It wasn't that the food was bland or unseasoned, it was just undersalted, which didn't help the flavors stand out. This is the main reason I did 4 stars instead of 5. The entrees were $18, and came with a big bed of rice and salad, but I felt the protein for each platter was a bit sparse: 5 falafel for the plate, and 5 arayes, which had a very thin patty of meat in each. Both were topped with a delicious cilantro-tahini (I think) sauce, that i would have liked a bit more of, for the sides and the arayes which were on the bottom. The water bottles were $1.50 each, so I'd probably bring our own next time, but that's not a big deal. Overall, most of my issues are small and nitpick except for the salt, so if that was nailed next time, I think this place would be a home run.
