They recently relocated from the Florence Mall and are now located in a gas station, but the actual restaurant is super clean and tidy, and the service is pretty quick. The family who owns it is so nice and attentive, especially considering there aren't any servers, you just order at the window and pick up your food. Florence is finally blessed with another superb Mediterranean spot! Imagine my surprise, not knowing these guys had sprung up, going to get a Rally burger and finding Symphony here instead! I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon this gas-station-adjacent gem, as we haven't had good Mediterranean fast food in Florence since Mr. Kabobski's moved to Hyde Park. I first tried their food at a Yelp event and wanted to try it again. They have delicious chicken wraps and their service is fantastic. It's located inside a small gas station, but you can also use the drive-through if that's more convenient. The vibes are fantastic and I'm happy to visit again in the future. read more

I went to their new location in the gas station. Service was friendly and the food was surprisingly good. I just didnt expect much judging from the gas station and the fact that there is no public bathroom. I guess you can say the ambiance isn't there but the food was solid. I got the chicken zinger which is really just a fried chicken wrap and it was decent. I know that's not real Mediterranean but the menu was representative of such. It's right off the highway so I could see myself stopping here again! read more

Excellent food. I am on keto diet and this is one of few nearby the fast food joints with really healthy options. I very much enjoyed the Symphany Salad (with chicken Shawarma). It had loads of meat. The bed of lettuce had a light oil based dressing. The whole thing was topped with a ton of delicious garlic toum sauce. I'll be smelling like garlic for days! The guy behind the counter was nice and seemed genuinely interested when he asked me how much I like my food. The missing star is due to the old junky furnishings and being inside of a gas station. I'm fat and don't like being crammed between a fixed bench seat and the table. I would love to see these guys start up an additional location with a more upscale setting and maybe real dishes. read more

This business used to be located in the Florence Mall and is now in the spot on Mt Zion Road in the former Rally's. They gave the location a welcome make over. It looks clean and inviting now. I got the #16 Gyro over rice bowl with salad. I do not know what kind of salad dressing was used but it was great with the salad. The rice hit the spot. The gyro meat was a little dry is my only complaint. Looking forward to visiting again and trying other selections. read more

My husband and I love this spot! We come in when in Florence, grab a quick bite walk the mall and continue on! Everyone working there is extremely nice. I haven't written a review in like a million years but I was so unexpectedly impressed with this place I had to. This place is knocking it out of the park from a food court at the Florence Mall. I had the loaded fries which were a great value for the portion size. I expected to eat a few bites but ate the entire huge portion because they were so good. And I had a pineapple Fanta which was a revelation. I know that's more of a brag on Fanta but these guys were smart enough to offer them. Service was extremely friendly and helpful, even going so far as to hand me a printed version of their menu since they could tell I am blind as a bat and was struggling to read the menu board. The atmosphere is what it is. These guys deserve better than a food court but it won't stop me from going back, and Florence Mall does a surprisingly good job of keeping the area and tables clean. My friend's food looked awesome as well. Can't believe I'm trying to talk other friends into hitting the food court as a dinner destination but here I am. Excited to go back and try something else ASAP. read more
