Deans Mediterranean is what I would describe as a Lebanese owned fusion restaurant with flavors coming from Syria, Oman,Turkey, Palestine, and Morocco. I ordered halloumi cheese, shakshuka, the loaded fries (plate in the middle) and a platter- EVERYTHING was delicious. Prices are very fair for the quality of food you're getting. This location is a sit down location while they have a market in Findlay that's more for quick bites(but is just as delicious). Everyone working was very nice and the food came out fast. The halloumi cheese and shakshuka were my favorite things I ate. I will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone to try! They quite literally have a little bit of everything the menu selection is so large I doubt anyone would have a hard time finding something they like!

We heard great things, and Dean's did NOT disappoint! Food was amazing, server was attentive and fast. The space is cozy and has a little shop in the front of foodstuffs. We are excited to go back and try more menu items! Great vegetarian options!

Back again! This time it's "Date Night", on Valentine's Day To begin: the beet hibiscus presentation was absolutely beautiful. It's described as a Persian dip of yogurt blended with roasted vegetables and was accompanied by housemade focaccia. The red beets were a perfect match for Valentine's Day. What was very interesting to me was the flight of dates.... Six different ones! This tasting was paired with the most delicious lemon mint sorbet. Lamb shank was my main dish. It was slow braised with seasonal squash and dates. It was served with Lebanese semolina pearls, which created a perfectly savory dish. The dessert, Medjool dates stuffed with orange scented ricotta, topped with pistachios and rose petals. Mint tea was served to end the meal. This was a wonderfully laid back evening with the most delicious food, service and ambiance.

I've stopped in now for dinner and for coffee in the morning, and need to get back in again! My dinner was early. We had made reservations, which weren't needed as we arrived just before 5, and the restaurant didn't fill up until closer to 530/6(definitely recommend them for normal dinner hours). Parking is available at the street metered spots, or in the public lot just between them and the transit center. The menu prices were reasonable and everything was so fresh and delicious. Service was good and I only wish I had been hungrier to try more of the menu. When I came for coffee later that week, I ordered for a friend with allergies, and the barista was very accommodating with all my customizations. I grabbed a baklava to try with our espresso drinks that was by far one of the best I've had in town. The smaller baked goods were okay, but didn't seem like they were as fresh as they could've been.

Stopped in for a coffee and light meal. The Turkish coffee and flatbreads were delicious. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly.

We loved every bite and the service! Can't wait to return. Dinner was great and I had to have a second pistachio cookie to take home.

arrived at 1pm on a sunday, was told they were booked and couldnt sit our party of 4 as they already had a reservation. but shortly after a round table by the window opened up we were sat and ordered coffee, it came shortly after along with water and we had already picked out some baked goodies to have while we decided what to order. everything came out shortly after and was light and filling. super yummy and made with care. my favorite was the grape leaves but and the flatbread was good but definitely needed some protein. i added some chicken and it made it so so good. overall it was a pleasant lunch and warm environment with good music and vibes

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful food, delicious coffee- I had I think it was called the Sahan coffee. We got there earlier than our reservation time and they gave us a tahini brownie while we waited (also delicious). The little shop at the front is so cute. I love this place and love the Findlay shop, so I just wanted to offer some constructive criticism as they're newer. The lemon & labne flatbread was underwhelming. There's hardly any labne, no visible preserved lemon and not very lemony-tasting, and it isn't grilled at all. More just like warm pita with cucumber and tomato on top. The loaded fries are amazing and a huge serving, but they needed salt. Also, their description made it sound like shawarma/falafel was included on the fries, but we were charged $4 for the falafel. Not a bad value, just misleading. The grilled dates were delicious and so was the shakshuki. I'm excited to see this place grow and will definitely be back!

Food: 5/5 Dishes are explained as slightly larger plates than tapas style. My favorites: Wood Grilled Octopus, Crispy Falafel, Bouillabaisse. Love the Moroccan Mint Tea as well! Service: 4.7/5 Very friendly! They course out your plates for you which I always love. They were able to accommodate my pescatarian diet (I.e., meats on the side to give to others at the table). On a less busy night, they offered a free toast for my birthday. I've been for other celebratory dinners here on busier nights where that hasn't happened, so it was a lovely surprise! Ambiance: 4/5 A little busy and can get loud on the weekends with table chatter, cutlery clinks, and the brick walls echoing noise around. Tables are also close together, so you can definitely hear the conversation next to you. The decor is pleasant and the lighting is soft and romantic enough that it is still a perfect date night spot! There are also a couple larger crescent booths for larger parties.

We were able to score bar seats without a reservation and had a nice time here. Parking - we ubered here, it looks like they had street parking but that might have been more tricky. We tried: Octopus - great, a tad salty Gambas - my husband enjoyed this Salmon - I especially liked the crunchy chickpeas Chenin Blanc Normandia White Blend Neon Lights (cocktail) - not my favorite Rosé - amazing, a great porch pounder. After a Great Clips haircut, on the recommendation of the stylist, I tried it out, was very impressed. Been there many times since, never been disappointed. I've since moved to Liberty Twp. but the Phoenician still beckons. Had dinner last night there with my wife. It was a wonderful experience. I felt it was high time I wrote them up. We started with an excellent double-hop IPA and a great Lebanese red wine, I think it was called Kefraya. Gonna seek it out locally, maybe at Jungle Jim's. As always, the pita bread is fresh, oven-hot and delectable. The shankleen appetizer is outstanding, a lovely fusion of greens, lentils, feta cheese, olive oil and spices. Wife ordered schwirma - slow-grilled combo of sliced chicken alongside sliced beef and lamb. The waiter obligingly substituted a side of couscous for rice, no extra charge. I had a braised shank of lamb in a rich tomato sauce. Both entrees were delicious. As always, the portions were very generous, so we took food home along with complimentary fresh pita bread. Besides the great food, the service is superb. The owner makes a point of stopping at each table to ensure that the diners are happy. We look forward to our next visit.

Finally she made reservations for Saturday evening (it is recommended because they get super busy). We got there and was greeted by the owner. BTW, was very down to earth. So their menu looked good (Lebanese food). There is so much to choose from and hard to decide. I especially loved their drink menu, especially wines. We ended up ordering: Appetizers: Baba ghannouge M'hammara Taverna falafel Dinner: Shawarma chicken Kebab mixed grill Drinks: Chateau kefraya, Les Bretches Almaza Pilsner My favorite from the appetizers is the eggplant and falafel! Super fresh and the bread that came with it was so good. Even the dipping sauce was amazing. My Shawarma chicken was super delish. You have to put the garlic butter on the rice! It gives it great flavor. My Mr enjoyed his meal as well. We definitely had to get a to go box because there was so much food. But we will look forward the next day to eat it. Overall, the service was great and I loved the experience. We can see ourselves coming back for more! I can see why my best friend loves it here! Highly recommend you try it.
