Finally got to talk to Tony(and his dad!) and as I'd expected, they are super friendly and we could talk about bbq for hours. Service was immediate and pickup took maybe two minutes even with me and all my questions. Tony and his dad were incredibly informative in the process and you can see how much they love to make people happy with their bbq. The trailer was parked right off Main St at a local beer house called the Common Beer Company. They mentioned they will be here on the 4th Sunday of every month so I know when and where I can find them. The brisket was absolutely delicious. That day we are brisket for dinner. Last night we used leftovers to make brisket/cheese quesadillas and again. Delicious. The meat is perfectly cooked; faultless bark, juicy and very flavorful.
