I allways use my mcdonald's app to order my food, I have a lowkey weird order and i very much customize my chicken sandwich. They have literally never gotten my order wrong and it shocks me every time. Took my kids there for lunch it was 2pm on Sunday not busy at all went through the drive thru. Service was not slow fries were awful spent over 30.00 and 3 of us had fries we threw away! They were reheated and old they looked awful and tasted worse. I also ordered the BLT QPC the new sandwich looked great in the picture got home and the tomatoes were mushy and no bacon at all on the BLT QPC! I will not go to this location again young kids that obviously don't care about what the are serving and we are paying for! visited this McDonald's today for the first time ever as I live in Columbus but took a family outting to traders world and stopped here for a late lunch. the staff cussed at me and about me in front of my children over mistakes they had made and were upset and unprofessional from the time we walked in the door. I am now banned from this location for standing my ground and not letting them speak about me in an ill-mannered way even though they are the ones whom caused the public disturbance to begin with. so please beware of what you are walking into btw it's the management whom we're the problem from the second we walked in. So this is a COVID review. So take that into account. During the shit down we have been to the drive thru and or did door dash plies the order on their app and pick up. Well every time we have had a problem. This morning they forgot an egg McMuffin, this afternoon they didn't give us sauces for nuggets. During door dash, they left off complete meal combos. So in short, I feel like the employees there just need to slow down for one minute, and double check the order before it leaves. The picture doesnt do it justice. Believe it or not this is brittle overcooked cold bacon I was given to replace my son's prior bacon from his bacon and pancake breakfast. Just had a buttermilk Chicken sandwich from the local McDonald's in Lebanon Ohio. This finally takes the cake it was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten from there. It was cold dry and thin the bun was burnt and it was not worth eating I had to throw it away. McDonald's knows you're not coming back to complain because they've already got a reputation for having the worst McDonald's in Ohio. Not a very well run McDonald's. Understaffed counter, and slow service. Today, I bought the pancake breakfast. They didn't give any syrup. I asked for syrup and they said they were out like it didn't matter. Then told me they are getting some from another store, but it would be a while. I guess I'm supposed to wait half hour to have syrup on cold pancakes. THEN they tell the order takers not to take pancake orders without telling customers they are out of syrup. The didn't even offer a refund or alternative, but acted like I should take it without and offered jelly for pancakes. I had to demand a refund. She didn't even refund my always too hot to drink coffee, but I was so frustrated I just left. I found out Burger King actually has pretty good pancakes and sausage across the street with syrup. Not the first bad experience I've had at this locating, but the most frustrating. read more

Such a shame that such a newly remodeled McDonalds Was so dirty and had flys every where so we ended up getting a bag and leaving. But that is not the worst of it. A employee was mopping the main area while it was full of customers and people were slipping all over. While she was doing this 3 other employees were standing by the bathroom making fun of people going in the restroom because how nasty it was. I ask for are food 15 min later and they said it wasn't ready do to no one able to bring it to the table. Which was shocking because 7 employees were on the floor texting, making fun of people and one next to me was setting up an interview for a new job. Consistently one of the worst McDonald's in the entire Cincinnati and Dayton area for 2 reasons: 1.) it is nearly a guarantee your order will be wrong completely or will be missing at least one item. 2.) their drive thru line is run as efficiently as the DMV. 3pm on Tuesday? Line around the building. Thursday at 9:45am? Line around a building. Sunday morning at 9am? Just forget about it all together unless you have 6 hours to spare. After 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru, when you finally do get your partially correct order, the sandwiches look like they were made by either a blind guy or the blind guy's seeing-eye dog. Does the cheese go evenly over the surface of the meat? No! You put the cheese half on the burger patty and make sure the other half is off the burger and melted onto the paper! If you looked up "I don't give a f*ck" in the dictionary you would find a picture of this McDonald's. Also they must still be on a 56K dial up modem here because the last 3 times I have ordered on the McDonald's app, there has been an issue where they can't see the order or something went wrong with their "system." The icing on this poop cake is one of the last times I was here, I was at the drive thru window, which was open, and I overheard 2 employees getting my food together and I overheard one say to the other, "I don't know if it's right, you can check it if you want." Anyway, I've used the last 30 minutes of my time while sitting in this McDonald's drive thru line to write this review. So the final question: why do I keep coming back for this punishment?? I have small children that love McDonald's and I'm doing it for them. read more

I brought my kids here for lunch last week and also let them play in the indoor jungle gym. The playset was disgusting. Though my boys were in socks the whole time, my shoes stuck to the rubber floor, and part of the play set that I had to step into to help them. Visible crumbs, hair, and dirt were caked all over, and the piano slide had some type of black/brown sticky grime at the top of it. I know that playsets can be gross, but I could tell this hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. read more

I spent 10 minutes in line before ordering. The cone was up on the lane closest to the building at 6:20pm on a Saturday. Like bro...no. I get up to the speaker, and I start ordering a kids meal. The lady, Lisa, says to me, "whoa whoa whoa, give me one second I just got in here." Okay... I guess? I order 2 kids meals and 2 regular meals, and she was nice, but so slow. :( I asked for 2 fruit sides instead of fries, and she didn't know how to do the substitution on the screen, so she had to find someone and tell them, with her speaker still on lol, what I wanted. So okay that's fine whatever. I pay at the 1st window, where Lisa is, taking more orders, multitasking the cash and doing orders which is a no no especially if she's not well versed in the ordering screen. That's how money mishaps happen just saying. I get up to the second window expecting to see like 1 or 2 people up front since their lane was shut down, but to my amusement, there were (I literally counted) 6 people. The girl at the present window opened it up, didn't say hi, just gave me my sister's drink, the 2 kids juices, and then I saw her go "what is this drink?" (I ordered a root beer) and she I SHIT YOU NOT sniffed my cup lol. And she handed it to me. And it was a coke. So I waited for her to open back up the window, and I was like hey this is a coke I ordered a root beer. And she is a younger teen, like 16 maybe? And she goes "ugggggh, I hate my job." And then she hands me another drink, and asks ME if it's root beer lol. So I take a drink and yeah it's root beer. And she doesn't take back the coke. She hands me my bag and my kids meals and says have a nice night. So for the lane to not be open, but 6 people being up front... That's very lame. The service from the teen was pretty crappy, don't care if you hate your job, you gotta fake it, because it's not about you, it's about my experience, and that's why I'm posting this review because I'm so fed up with this McDonald's the service here has been shit ever since they changed owners, and I don't give a shit about the remodel and the kiosks, it comes down to poor management and ownership duties such as training, hiring /quality/ people, etc. I can even tell you the manager who was working, her name was Alexis because that's the name Lisa was getting ahold of when she couldn't do the apples+gogurts instead of fries. Just went through the drive through 8/3 @ 8:35 and the lady taking my order and the money was so incredibly nice and friendly. She was quick and very excellent at making the customer feel like a customer. What an asset to this location here in Lebanon. I wish everyone great you like a customer as she did. One of the worst I've ever been to. Everything about it is gross and grimy. Even the employees's uniforms are dirty. The employees are constantly changing and don't seem to know what they're doing. The only thing they seem to know is how to do is to stand outside the entrances and smoke. Manager seems to be herding cats. The food is sub par even for a McDonald's.
