They say on every website and there is a sign outside that they are open 24 hours but when we pulled up they say they are closed?? If you aren't open 24 hours, then why advertise it? My order was wrong. I ordered a McMuffin with egg and cheese only. They put sausage on it then obviously removed it then gave me the sandwich. I opened the sandwich to put pepper on it and found pieces of the sausage patty on the egg. I went back around and told them the problem and requested a new sandwich. The manager, John came to the drive thru window and told me I was wrong and there was no sausage on my sandwich and "I won't remake that for you." I have never been treated so rudely. I go to my local McDonald's all the time and they are always so nice. Had John came to the window and apologized and brought me the correct sandwich I would have tipped him. it is probably pointless to review a mcdonald's - people are going to go there regardless because it's recognizable. but i have never gotten a correct order from this place even once, and any time i go in to correct my order i am told it was my fault. i don't really mind if my food isn't exactly right, but when i am buying for someone else, it's more important. today i got one sandwich in my four-sandwich order, and when i went in and explained that the manager said it was my fault for not re-reciting my order to the cashier before i paid (my receipt was correct and i paid the correct amount). it's just annoying. i understand they're busy but of the ten or so times i've been here they have literally NEVER given me a correct order. read more

On the way back up from Atlanta to Detroit. We were at the point of famishdom. So, we decided to stop at the first fast food chain we fancied. So here we are,, we came in. Used their facilities and proceeded to order some food. I told my cotravelers that I will be having the chicken nuggets because I wanted to take our doggie out for a quick relief at their lawn area. We got our food,, we packed up the car and we were on the way back out to Detroit. No drama, no issues, no violent reactions. We ate our food on the road and we were good to go. I go to this location often because I work down the road, and the workers are typically nice, but they are out of items extremely often and don't mark them that way in the app, so if you mobile order (which they encourage you to do), when you get there to pick up your items they'll tell you 99% of the time they don't have something you ordered and there's really no good replacements. Most recently, they couldn't do frappes and offered me an iced coffee as a replacement, which I accepted but really is not the same item. If they would just stock them out on the app or do their job and fix the machine it would make everyone's lives so much easier. Their ice cream machines are also NEVER working, if you want a soft-serve, McFlurry, or anything else ice-cream based don't come here. I've come in the morning, afternoon, and night, and it's always down, so it's not about timing, either. My husband and I were traveling up north towards Michigan and wanted to get a quick breakfast. Wanted to make it to our destination in a timely matter. So we stopped at this location. I have to say that this location is one of the better ones. Fast friendly service, clean restaurant, and kept the condiments stocked/cleaned. $6.19 for two egg white delights on a biscuit (minus the canadian bacon), a hash brown and two large iced teas? That is pretty cheap! The egg white delights was delicious (the biscuit was not old/crumbly/stale, cheese melted and eggs were not too dry or soggy), hash brown was hot, and tea was freshly brewed. This restaurant needs some corporate assistance. 9/7/20 Husband went into to order food, drive thru was long. In the time he was in the building two people were kicked out for not wearing masks, customers should have known better, a lady got into a heated argument with the manager because they didn't have her frappe after 40 minutes. Also, my husband ordered us 2 meals, he received our drinks from the person behind the counter, the people who ordered after my husband ordered only 4 drinks. When they received only 2 of their drinks and asked about the other 2 the manager said my husband had taken their drinks. Umm, no he didn't. Our receipt and ticket on on our sandwiches was correct, unfortunately inside the box, both sandwiches were wrong. I went back in to get the sandwiches fixed. The manager was visibly shaking. I explained the sandwiches were incorrect, showed her the receipt and box. She immediately fixed the problem. I appreciated her help. While I was standing there a man walked in and asked for his mobile order. Manager said she didn't have a mobile order...maybe she didn't. You can see the amount of stress on these employees. This McDonald's is awful and consistently awful. This was my last time eating here. My sandwich had frozen lettuce, the burger was cold and the bun was stale. The quarter pounder that comes with bacon had one strip. No napkins no thank you. This is very close to my home and the hospital which I'm sure has tons of foot traffic but it is very very very slow. My visit tonight had a lady extremely upset at something that happened inside the facility and 3 separate families went to the door and right back out. I will now drive further to Wendy's which has outstanding service and the food is always fresh. read more

I hate to be the one to write a bad review, but this has got to the most distgusting McDonalds I have ever stepped into. First, there is trash everywhere. I mean everywhere. On the floor, on the tables... Second, there was not one clean table in the place. I had to wet a napkin to clean a place to sit. What was even worse was the staff watching while I did it. Third, the bathroom had a broken and overflowing urinal and toliet. There was urine all over the floor. Fourth, when my food was delivered, the lady threw it in the table and stormed off. Several Times i have came thru at night after 10pm and waited for a long time for someone to take my order through the drive thru , this crew and the night crew are not doing their job, i came through this past Tuesday night around 10:14 pm the menu boards were turned off and a female employee was out front smoking a cigarette so i just pulled around the building and left i thought they were open 24 hours a day only time the place seems to operate right is Morning to 3pm and then things seem to go south from there , from looks of the photos of trash every where the health department should be called in sorry for such a bad review but this has gone on long enough , There is something going on in this location , you cannot operate like this forever their is 3 other McDonalds in town read more

One of the WORST managed McDonalds I have ever been to in my ENTIRE LIFE. It all started when a school group I'm a part of wanted to go eat there at 9 pm. The sign says they are open 24 hours a day, but the lady running the store locked the door and told us that they were closing at 9. We asked about it, but she said that the signs were wrong. The next day, we entered at 8:20 pm ordering for all of us. Upon entering, my friends and I noticed a lot of empty boxes and bags left on the counter where we order and where they worked, trash that has not been taken out all day (it was piled up completely to the point where cups were placed on it), and overall negative atmosphere. Minutes into our visit, a customer's coffee spills on the floor and it was left there. Several employees walked right past it with obvious acknowledgement; one employee walked past holding tissues in his hand. The lady taking our order seemed rude, too (the same one who told us they were closing the previous night). The group I was with stayed in the restaurant well past 9 o'clock (it was almost 10 pm), so what she was telling us the night before was an obvious lie. DO NOT GO HERE. I know you are thinking 5 stars for a fast food, yes 5 stars! We had about 40 orders to feed or indoor percussion group supper. It was Wednesday night about 10:30 and our teens were hungry! McDonalds was short handed and we were going to go to another location, but they said no we can take care of you and feed your group. They came through like champions! What could have been confusing and a total mess was handled with such professionalism and fantastic customer service that I wish I could give them 10 stars!
