DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Everything from the customer service to the food was terrible. I placed my order online and pulled up to get my food. The gentleman running the establishment was incredibly rude and cold. He made us sit at the window for about five minutes before pushing us up to the front. No one else was there. After another 5-10 minutes I get my food. I ordered the jr. bacon biggie bag and cinnamon roll bites. I open my bag, my fries are ice cold. Not only that, the reeked of URINE. Same with the nuggets. I used to love Wendy's. Price hikes over the last few years have seriously deterred how often I go. I disagree with paying what I would at a sit down restaurant for a similar meal to be passed to me through a window. That aside I stopped at this Wendy's to try the breakfast. I got the sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin with their breakfast fries. The fries were room temperature and chewy. The sandwich was inedible. The texture of the muffin was "off", possibly barely this side of sale, the egg was cold and greasy (below room temperature) so cheese obviously wasn't melted, just a cold slab of cheese. The sandwich itself self looked like it had been sat on. If this is their food they quality standards, I am going to steer clear of this particular Wendy's, and not just for breakfast. read more

Came by the restaurant about 8:40 PM today. The worker was not friendly. Seems like I was bothering him. I ordered a single and some chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were great. However, the sandwich was thrown onto the bun and was hanging off half way. I couldn't even eat it. The toppings were falling into my lap I mean, if you don't give a shit about working and your work ethic is poor then quit and find another job. I didn't get a receipt and didn't get a freaking napkin to even eat the food in the car. Fo better or close your doors. I should've gone to Burger King or to Culver's instead. I hate coming through the drive through only to leave out with cold nuggets. If FRESH nuggets are not available please let your customers know. It's very disappointing when this happens because I can't turn around to speak to a manager because I am always heading to work right afterwards. My experience tonight at your location in Monroe on State Route 63 was worse than anything I've ever had. I stood at your counter and waited for approximately five minutes people looking at me walking around talking to each other and no one waited on me after I believe the woman at the grill, saw the disgust on my face. She then said we're working on trying to figure some things out, which makes no sense to me. This was not my first time in your store. I have been in there multiple times before on Wednesday evenings, after my granddaughter's dance class many times I found the bars down and your store was not open. I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones-but I've never had a fast food restaurant make me cry before because they gave me (and my sister) a ghost pepper chicken sandwich when we ordered a completely different sandwich. This is a very busy Wendy's location. It's connected to a Tim Horton's, and they share a dining room, but the Friday afternoon that I went the Wendy's crowd had taken over the entire place..not a single customer at the Tim Horton's counter. The good news is this location has a great staff that seem to handle the crowds pretty impressively. There was a decent line at the registers when we arrived, and the drive thru was packed with cars, but the service was fast and friendly. Nobody working here seemed to be too phased by all the business, they just powered through it and got all the food out super fast. I decided to go for the Baconator value meal that day..I hadn't had a Baconator in a while, and I knew I would not be eating again for a long time with my agenda that day, so I figured it would be perfect to fill me up. Now, this is what prevents me from giving it a four star review despite the wholly impressive service..the Baconator hardly had any bacon on it. When I first opened the sandwich I thought I was given the wrong one. It appeared to just be a double cheeseburger..no bacon to be seen (see picture). Upon further inspection I found that there was bacon on there..just hardly any. From what I can remember from having the sandwich in the past, there should've been tons of bacon on this thing. Not sure if it was just this location cutting corners or if it was a company wide decision to scale back the bacon..but either way it was disappointing. The fries were good and honestly the burger itself was fine outside of it's lack of bacon. So yeah, great service here..and that should be enough to recommend this place (which I do overall)..but like I said, either they're cutting corners with their product or the company is..either way..kind of a bummer. read more

A complete joke! The girl working the register needs fired. she's is completely incompetent of anything! every single thing in our order was I correct after waiting 20 minutes for them to hand it out. They paid no attention to how we ordered our food and had to make it twice. it took a combination of BOTH orders to make it correct...cheese from one sandwich added to the next, buns switched around,...absolutely embarrassing service. This store owner should be ashamed of their employees. We will never waste our time or money at this establishment again. I normally don't have a bad experience at Wendy's but this location was something else. I pull in thru the drive thru and at first I thought they were closed because all the lights are off but they were there. So I made my order an pull to the window to pay and the gentleman was cursing to someone in the store multiple times. So I pay and it turns out they charged me twice for my order. I didn't notice at all and he didn't say anything at all. When I get my food it was cold and so were the fries. The chicken looked like it was cooked earlier and cold and not even hot or heated. Same with the fries they were cold and soggy. I honestly don't care because sometimes things happen but they just didn't care. read more

I visited this location (Drive thru) and ordered $27 dollars in food. Got home to discover that some of my sandwiches were made wrong and they left out a sandwich (I wasn't charged , they didn't ring it in even though I ordered it) I called and spoke with Danielle. She was extremely professional and listened to my complaint attentively. She was overly apologetic and made no excuses. She offered to refund my entire order of 27. (I declined as this would've been wrong to accept on my part), some of the food was fine. Mistakes happen- and that is a given; but it's what you do to make it right that counts and she knocked it out of the park. They replaced one of the meals which was all I asked for. Great Job to this great leader. She was working when I returned a few days later and made my order personally and it was excellent.
