The employees were working their butts off trying to keep up with the orders. I did notice some inefficiencies but I'm sure they will get it figured out and get better at filling orders. The staff was very apologetic and everyone waiting understood and no one was complaining. The food was fantastic and the burgers were so tasty. Despite the long wait, the food was hot and delicious! I'm looking for forward to many more visits! On a scale of of 1 to 10, the food is a 10 and service a generous 8 since they were very apologetic and doing their best to keep up. I highly recommend supporting small local business and patronizing this establishment! 5 stars based of the quality of the food and confidence that the service will catch up with experience. The Prime Rib Steak Sandwich looked good and presentation was great. However, it was only so-so for me. The steak pieces were like chunks of steak. I found it to be a little too fatty for my taste. A lot of it was not chewable. The chili was okay and came with a spoon and crackers. It was average. I don't think I would go again. The sandwich size and bread seemed good but the steak wasn't to my liking. The chili size was good and taste was okay. I would rate the quality 2.5 - 3 stars.

The Mushroom and Swiss burger came in its own box. Both burgers were very good. They were seasoned really well, fried good and quite appetizing. The hamburger bun is a little thicker than most burger joints. The onion rings were very good, fried perfectly and not overtly greasy. The onion rings come with your choice of sauce. I chose Culver's signature sauce which is a white sauce, mildly spicy, and has a pickle taste in my opinion. I highly recommend. Food is a little more than most fast food places, but everything was packaged carefully and it appears they take pride in the food that they serve.

They have Coke products & you fill your own drinks. They have a deal where you order burger, fries & drink or you can substitute the drink for a milkshake or concrete mixer. You can also have that served with your meal or later. I went with the later option, they give you a printout to take to the counter to have made right away. I had chocolate concrete mixer with Dove Dark chocolate pieces & M&M's it was delicious! We enjoyed talking with fellow diners. One loves their salads, which hers looked so good with grilled chicken & another couple raved about their fish, which also looked really good too.
