I'm honestly very disappointed in Chick-fil-A today. I went through the drive thru for breakfast today, 3/21/25 and it was not busy. First off, I order my food and the lady quickly ask me if that was all. I say no and continue to order my next meal and again she quickly asks me if that completed my order. Next, I'm paying in cash and when the guy comes to take my money he says that he'll go ahead and take it and I'm not even finished counting so I just hand him what I have in hand, but whatever. Finally, I come home and everything looks good. I'm eating my sausage egg sandwich and it taste a bit burnt and I look inside and there's a big piece of just a burnt piece of whatever. It's not the sausage so I don't know if it came from their grill or not, but disgusting. Ruined my appetite. Try better and stop rushing your guest. No need to ask if "that completes your order" after every meal I order, "anything else?" Suffices. I go for the service and today was not it. read more

Chick-fil-a is by far my favorite fast food place with quality. I was excited to experience the major re-design. Every store has major traffic flow problems. Unfortunately, there was no apparent improvement with the same row of coned off parking spots. Inside the dining seating was cut by 1/3 to 1/2. The food and staff are great as always. I am not sure what was accomplished with the major construction, time and money. I likely will now avoid it during busy times as it will be even more difficult to find a seat. read more

Amazing service. Good food. Fun playground for the kiddos. After visiting a nearby burger joint recently that charged extra for a tub of barbecue sauce I'll give up the burger for a chicken sandwich! Went thru Drive-thru about 7 pm. Horrendous service - extremely slow order taking, and delivery of orders. They tried to give me someone else's food. when they finally gave me mine, it wasn't complete and asked about the missing drinks. They asked to look at the ticket on my bag and it clearly called out multiple drinks were needed. Finally received my complete order and was able to leave, 25 minutes later. The drive-thru service for this particular location has been declining steadily in the last month. read more

I like this location. It's supposed to be super busy usually but I always go during the off hours. During that time, you're in and out in less than ten minutes usually. What I like about this location and all other Chick-fil-A locations is that you get your food pretty fast once you've put in your order. I always get the original chicken sandwich, with waffle fries. (SO addicting). What's also pretty good here is their iced coffee. Sometimes I get it flavored with vanilla. Tons of parking. If you're looking to go through the drive thru, the line snakes around the store, so it kind of lessens traffic a little bit. read more

I have visited this location many times because it is convenient and the service is wonderful. They are attentive and always check to see if there is anything else they can do for you. The quality of the food is also good as well! It can get rather busy during their lunch and dinner hours. Most of the time, I go during their off time and have been in and out pretty quickly. My hubby and I were able to get 2 free breakfast sandwiches this month by using their Chick-fil-A app. We ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and their new egg white grilled chicken sandwich on a muffin. We also ordered a side of hash browns and coffee. When we got our order, we were given a chicken biscuit sandwich and a sausage egg muffin. My hubby notified them that they had given in the wrong one and were very apologetic to him. They brought the correct one to our table quickly. We split our sandwiches in half so that we could try each other's order. I especially like the new grilled chicken sandwich. We always like to get the regular Chick-fil-A sauce to go in our sandwiches and it makes it that much better! On other occasions, we like to order the regular chicken sandwich and the waffles fries! They are addicting! I also love to order their diet lemonade! It's so refreshing on a hot and humid day in Dayton! On Nov 4th 2023, I put an order for carry out because I thought it would be faster than that long ass drive thru. But OH BOY was I wrong. I waited in there for an hour and I finally got inpatient and told them I had an online order and they didn't even know until said something. Because they never checked. This is the worst Chick Fil a establishment that I have ever been to and if you want the worst service go to this location. Finally when I got my food it was cold as hell. Worst customer service yet. I really like this Chick-fil-A location. ALWAYS busy with double drive-thru lines wrapped around the building, but worth it. They move relatively quickly so don't let that discourage you. And there is plenty of parking; I've found that it's sometimes quicker to park and go inside. I've always encountered a friendly staff at every Chick-fil-A location I've visited while traveling, but the staff at this location in Beavercreek is above and beyond; making small talk and truly engaging with customers with a smile. Hands down makes for the best experience of any fast-food restaurant. As the name would imply, you'll find a variety of chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and wraps here. They have a good breakfast menu, too. This location is clean and inviting. The indoor playground is a huge attraction for the kiddos I babysit and on rainy days we often turn our lunch here into an afternoon adventure. There's just something warm and inviting about this place that makes us feel good and keeps us coming back. read more

Love the food as long as they get my order right but hate their drive-through. Why remodel/revamp the drive-through if it isn't efficient? There is no reason why there should be three lanes- 2 taking up the order lanes and one outside the order lane. In addition, once customer's order, the workers bring out food to customers in the order lane even though the customer is unable to exit the order lane. As a result, the customer's food gets cold and they are stuck in line. This is a lousy process. Also, the workers have no sense of direction and do not care enough to try and help the customer navigate out of the lanes with their food. read more

Love me some Chik-Fil-A and the customer service. Out of all the times I have been here something was wrong or missing only twice. The parking lot is a horrible setup for curbside and trying to back out of a spot when there's a car directly behind you. That's why I gave it a four star rating, if I could give half a star it would be 4.5. The employees always have a great attitude even with the short time they interact with customers. Sometimes I forget they aren't open on Sundays and drive all the way there to be disappointed and think "duh, it's Sunday they aren't open now go back home" My pup definitely likes him a chicken breast with bacon on top for breakfast sometimes. If you have a major sweet tooth like I do, you must try their Peach milkshake. Little chunks of peaches mixed in a creamy, lightly-peach flavored ice cream and blended to perfection. It's summer in a cup, and it tastes delicious! Those little bits of peach traveling up the straw literally excite me, that's how good this is. The food is amazing, the service is phenomenal, and the space as a whole is very welcoming and cheerful. Every "thank you" is replied with a "my pleasure" and a smile. This location has gone severely downhill in the last year or two. The customer service is no where where it used to be and neither is the food. The employees are constantly standing around gossiping and playing around instead of focusing on taking customer orders. I go there mostly for breakfast but dinner as well and almost every time lately their biscuits are burnt and dry and the chicken is overcooked. Management is rude and doesn't care about the employees actions either or the quality of the food they are putting out. I will keep it short and sweet in this age of political correctness.... I have been to this CFA several times even with the crappy attitudes that I have receive from the staff. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however that does not seem to work, because no matter what time of day or week I go there, I feel as though I am back in the South when I was a young girl and workers in my hometown stores would follow only the people of color around. Caution-don't ask for an extra pack of ketchup or mustard, they look at you like you are taking it home to hoard it. Which brings me to Saturday, had not been to this CFA in about 6 months. Asked for ketchup and mustard since I dont eat mayo. The lady at the drive thur window looked at me like I stole something after I asked for 2 of each instead of 1. It has happened time and time again. As of Saturday, I am no longer a customer at this CFA. I know what you are thinking.....one customer big deal...but I am pretty sure I am not the only person that has experienced their crappy attitudes. Just my two cents. read more

After helping my daughter, son-in-law and grandson move on a Saturday in Dayton we all met at Chick-fil-A to get some much needed food to recharge our batteries. It was not just my family there but also all the awesome Air Force people who helped out that day. My son-in-law Thatcher treated us to our meal that day as a thank you for our help. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle potato fries. I think it was a #2 combo. After a short wait in line to order and a short comfortable wait at our table the food was brought to us. Along with a great assortment of sauces and an iced tea this was a delicious meal at the end of a hard day. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted great and was not too spicy. The waffle fries were warm & delicious as always. My grandson loved drinking my iced tea. Also I learned that day that with the Chick-fil-A app you get free chicken nuggets with your order. Thatcher got them with his meal which was my meal with a large order of fries. He shared them with the table. The restaurant was busy but it felt great to relax in after moving on a hot summer day.
