This location is amazing! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We've been coming to this one for years since it opened and have been continually reminded how kind all of the employees are! An employee that really stood out to us was Desiree. We were dining in and were about to get up to ask for a couple of waters as we forgot to order them initially. She heard us talking and came up, insisting we stay seated and she grab them for us. Such a caring and sweet person. Thanks, Desiree! Definitely try this location if you haven't already. Super disappointed during my visit to this chick fil a location. I ordered the southwest salad and it has wilted lettuce in the salad. Not sure when this was prepared the same day but it was not what I expected to receive. Hope the salads are prepared on the daily. read more

It's a Chick-fil-A. What else needs to be said? The food was good, the service was prompt and friendly, and the restaurant was modern and clean. Of course there was a bit of a wait but it's that popular that there almost always are a larger number of people who want to eat there. It's a very efficiently run restaurant but the demand is high. I still wonder how they manage to hire people who are so pleasant, even when under pressure. You get what you expect when you go here, and they always work to make up for any surprises. Ordered in the drive through. The order takers credit card machine was dead and she told me to pull forward. Just around the corner was another person who ran my credit card. Pulled up to the drive through window and there was a gentlemen who was distributing the orders. I pulled away on my way to Cincinnati only to discover instead of the meal I had ordered, and paid for, was replaced with a water and fry. No sandwich and wrong drink. I called and asked for a manager as I was not in a position to return to the store. He asked if I had the app and I replied no. He acted as if he took my email. I never received the email. The order I had received was for a blue Ford and a woman named Erin. My name is Michael in a silver Chevrolet SUV. Does this chicken have crack it in or something? It's always crowded and the drive thru always lined up. And the food isn't so special...chicken sandwiches with a few pickles sprinkled on, mayo in little packets, and waffle fries. The inside is typical fast food with rug rats running all over, screaming and wiping their little hands on every reachable surface. And yet we still go here...usually in the drive thru where we sit and wait on the line to move. Why...cause it's so good.And reasonable and quick once the line moves or you suck it up and go inside. I know many people won't eat here because of their politics. I keep politics out of my dining and shopping experiences. That's how I roll...your welcome to follow your beliefs. My kids love chic fil a and so do I . But this visit was different. The food was still good as always but my experience was ruined by the manager named Dan . I asked for change for a twenty and he promptly told me that was against company policy because they are not a bank . A simple no would have been fine without the smart comment. With all the commotion about that other new chicken sandwich, Chick-fil-A will still always get me as a customer. The chicken is still always really good whether in sandwich or tender/nugget form and you can't beat the waffle fries. They also have seasonal items like a tortilla soup which is REALLY good, and their new Mac and cheese is solid. Their sweet tea and lemonade also pair perfectly for an Arnold Palmer. As far as this location goes, the service is great. From the person taking orders at the drive through to the cashiers everyone has a big smile on their face and you truely feel appreciated. Just stopped by to get a quick bite while up in Dayton in the middle of the evening rush. Even though the drive through was backed way up, it went fairly quickly! (They didn't have someone outside taking payment like our stores in Cinci though) Staff was helpful! They are currently under a water advisory due to the tornado, but they had bottled options. We have been to this Chick-fil-A location before and never had a problem, but now they have the inside shut and when you pull into the parking lot you cannot get out because you are forced to go through the drive through. Ok, so we did. Not a good experience. The team member that took our order was not even listening, she was completely distracted with other things. We ordered 1 number 1 regular, no pickles, unsweet tea and 1 number 1 deluxe no pickles or tomato, coke zero. What we got was 2 number 1 deluxe, sweet tea and a coke zero. Not really that big of a deal, but you can't even check the order, it was not read back to us to make sure it was correct and after you get your order that is wrong, what are you supposed to do? Go back through the long line to get it corrected so the correct meal is cold by the time you get through? Can't go inside to correct the error, so you just have to deal with it. Plus, eating in the vehicle is a pain and you are stuck with garbage in your car. I know things are weird now, it's all a part of our new normal. Just wish people would be more attentive to customer service. Chick-fil-A has always been known for their amazing customer service but this new normal just isn't cutting it anymore. We'll be willing to try it again if they ever open up the lobby. Will not be doing the drive through again. read more

This Chick-fil-A is really good. The service here was quick even though it had like five cars. This is some good quality food and if you want fast food I'd go here! Sure you get extra sauce because it's so good. I think this is a better location than the one on Centerville Miamisburg Road because it's not as busy. I have been to this location probably a dozen times. Both through the drive thru and dine in. Never had any problems at the drive thru. Dine in has always been pleasant. Everyone who works there go above and beyond to make you happy. I was blown away by this one young man who works there. One evening I stopped in for a quick dinner. It was a rainy evening. Off and on pop up showers. Anyway when I got ready to leave, it was raining pretty hard all of a sudden. This young man came from out of nowhere and had a umbrella and insisted to walk me to my car. I've gone to this location a lot of times since it opened and every time, I've been happy with it. But today was just simply amazing. I went to this location today and ordered my food at the drive thru, when I got up to the window I gave the manager (who was working the window) my card and it was declined, for a reason I still don't understand why, after multiple tries I gave up and told him I couldn't pay for it, he then said the best 9 words I've ever heard, "it's fine, I got you, have a great day". The manager gave me my meal for free and it absolutely made my day. read more

The staff is super friendly and the food is good. However, I've dined in 5 times, and 4 of these 5 times the staff swept in and around tables that customers were sitting at. It was mid day each time, so not close to closing time, and there were no large messes, just routine sweeping. They've gone under my table, while eating, and have even swept my feet. I've worked in restaurants for years and have always been told that this is not okay, not to mention it made me quite uncomfortable, clearly. My husband & I eat here often, both inside and to go. To me, Chick-fil-A is like a hybrid between fast food and a regular sit down restaurant. They are no regular fast food joint. When you walk in you see many employees behind the counter, you can tell they are fully staffed. All of them seem to be well put together and look neat and clean, which are qualities you hope to find in someone who is handling your food! They bring the food to your table and then other employees walk around to check if you need refills or extra sauces, etc. Everyone is overly friendly, always smiling, polite and at times even greeting you at the door holding the door for you. The quality of the food goes beyond other fast food places. They have mouthwash dispensers in the bathrooms, how cool is that!? I just went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window the manager was there and handed me a gift card for a free item apologizing for the wait, however I didn't even feel there was that long of a wait, especially compared to other places!
