One through the drive-through here, and didn't really seem like anyone was in much of a rush. My buffalo chicken slider was mostly gristle and fried pieces so I ended up taking one bite and throwing the rest away. The meat on my roast beef slider was barely on the bun. Stopped into this location while on our way out to Kansas and coming through Ohio, we happened upon this Springfield restaurant area looking for food. The Arby's was somewhat clean, bathroom was undeniably never cleaned and the staff was somewhat lackluster in terms of handling a rush or even weighing getting out food to the front of the house instead of the drive thru. Ordered my usual #16 with salad instead of fries and a 4pc mozz sticks. Added some horsey sauce to the paper and sat down with a sweet tea. Overall the food was good but the main concern was how LITTLE TURKEY WAS ON THE SANDWICH. Honest to God, there was one slice and this is an establishment that prides itself on having the meats??? Meats must have been on a smoke break then. What a nightmare, and that meal isn't cheap. Something else I can hold against the state of Ohio. No wonder Lebron left, again. read more

Arby's is one go to restaurant in Springfield Ohio. I usually get the Beef and Cheddar combo for myself and a roast beef slider for mom. You can't go wrong with beef and cheddar. The service is fast and friendly. The quality of food is always good. Diane always fills my orders quickly and correctly and is always friendly and calls me by name. One favorite side is the jalepeno poppers. I love the bronco berry sauce. I believe Arby's has the best Jalepeno Poppers in town. I really appreciate the veterans discount. To the best of my knowledge it's the best veterans discount in town. I always make a point to visit this location because it's close to my mom. And I've heard Arby's is one of the more healthy fast food restaurants. The place is always clean. I reccomend it. read more

My fries were cold and broken. I ordered curly fries and went to another restaurant for my grandson. I noticed my fries were very greasy and cold, and the majority of the curly fries were small broken pieces, so I went back to the drive through to let her know. I nicely said the curly fries I got were very broken only 2 small ones were curly. She loudly says, "OMG they come like that they get broken when we take them out the fryer and blew her breath grabbed the fries slammed the window and walked off while I was telling her I frequent Arby's often where I live and they're never like that. When she came to the window with my replaced curly fries, as was saying thank you. She cut me off and said, "YEAH!" and walked off. If y'all can't train these young sassy mouthed ghetto workers with no home training on what good customer service is and how to act not only to their elders, but customer service period, then they should be fired. We arrived and immediately were met with the cashier hiding in the corner behind the counter who didn't realize we were there for about 5 minutes. We placed our orders and then one of my party members decided to use the bathroom after one of the employees only to have the entire restroom smell like someone just smoked a cigarette. Now let's go to the drink and condiment station where the employees decided to remove the tea containers and also take the nozzles off of every condiment pump. So now another member of my party no longer gets the tea he wanted while also fumbling around with the dispenser just to get some stupid sauce (which he got on the counter). Now as someone who currently works in food service, I was absolutely baffled as to why these employee would remove customer access to these items over 1.5 hours before the dining room closed. We finally get our food and the party member I mentioned earlier feels like there's something in her sandwich. Upon further inspection, we discovered there the entire sandwich was filled with little fibers like the one I took a picture of and included. What the heck is this all about? Why on earth would they be finding synthetic fibers in their food? This is unacceptable and I'm glad we were only passing by on a trip back to a different state. I'm not one to normally write reviews but this entire experience baffled and infuriated me so much that I re-downloaded Yelp just to write this review. If I could give this place zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. read more

Only getting 2 stars because with the renovations they are doing it'll probably look nice, and the cashier-though slow, was courteous and got our order correct. However, the pace of orders being filled was very slow. The manager behind the counter took forever to refill the cashier with change, and then when our order (for a family of 5) was entered, she looked at the board and said loud enough for us to hear "oh I'm not filling that big order for a while, I don't wanna do that."
