    Floor covered in soap

Terrible experience. Floor was slippery and covered in soap. Workers seemed to want a smoke break more than to wait in the customers. Pop machine doesn't work no sign. Sauce dispensers plugged with napkins. Whole place was a joke. Food took forever to get. Workers family was hanging out in there lobby. Won't go back.

Stopped into this location while on our way out to Kansas and coming through Ohio, we happened upon this Springfield restaurant area looking for food. The Arby's was somewhat clean, bathroom was undeniably never cleaned and the staff was somewhat lackluster in terms of handling a rush or even weighing getting out food to the front of the house instead of the drive thru. Ordered my usual #16 with salad instead of fries and a 4pc mozz sticks. Added some horsey sauce to the paper and sat down with a sweet tea. Overall the food was good but the main concern was how LITTLE TURKEY WAS ON THE SANDWICH. Honest to God, there was one slice and this is an establishment that prides itself on having the meats??? Meats must have been on a smoke break then. What a nightmare, and that meal isn't cheap. Something else I can hold against the state of Ohio. No wonder Lebron left, again.

Arby's is one go to restaurant in Springfield Ohio. I usually get the Beef and Cheddar combo for myself and a roast beef slider for mom. You can't go wrong with beef and cheddar. The service is fast and friendly. The quality of food is always good. Diane always fills my orders quickly and correctly and is always friendly and calls me by name. One favorite side is the jalepeno poppers. I love the bronco berry sauce. I believe Arby's has the best Jalepeno Poppers in town. I really appreciate the veterans discount. To the best of my knowledge it's the best veterans discount in town. I always make a point to visit this location because it's close to my mom. And I've heard Arby's is one of the more healthy fast food restaurants. The place is always clean. I reccomend it.

Yesterday i ordered a 16 piece family The side dishes were what I ordered. But when i opened the box to fix dinner for my little niece and nephews . I found all 16 pieces of chicken were wings and not just wings but wings that looked as if they had been in the deep fryer for a couple hours. I wasn't driving back in to town . It was getting dark and started to rain and it's about 12 miles each way. I did call and was told the manager was busy and didn't have time to talk. Of all the parts of a chicken the livers and gizzards are the most disposable and CHEAPEST yet they charge a premium for them and they give you LESS food. A large is like a 1/3 of what it used to be. I don't know what the excuse is for this change? Inflation? Covid? Corporate Greed? Who knows? Times certainly have changed. On the other hand Lees cooking technique of their livers and gizzards are UNMATCHED because they pressure cook them which makes them buttery, tender, and melt in your mouth. Decades ago Springfield and Dayton area KFC's used to do them that way but removed them from all their locations and menus. Outside of this everything else there was PERFECT. Chicken and biscuits were piping hot and fresh. Potato Wedges are breaded, seasoned, and fried to perfection. Courteous staff and speedy service. If ya know ya know that LEES IS THE PLACE for that home style taste and flavors that don't seem mass produced out a factory or from Gordon Food Services like OTHER major chains.

To say we were not disappointed is an understatement; we were stunned at how enjoyable the experience was. Everything.. EVERYTHING about this place is wonderful. Service was very attentive, friendly and helpful (and our waitress had only been working there 1 month.) The overall ambiance was stimulating and captivating. Stimulating because the music Powerhouse 60s hits from Ray Charles, Tom Jones, the Beatles and more was a *perfect* choice to enjoy yet not disrupt quiet conversation. Stimulating because the decor was so unique and interesting. And because just the vibe of everyone in there really enjoying themselves was palpable. What about the food you say? Every ingredient of all 4 different taco choices we made was wonderful; fresh, tasty and well prepared and presented. It's not very close to us but we are already excitedly figuring out when we can get back there - and I'm confident we are going to become regulars. It's a small place so going at peak meal hours might risk waiting. They have about 10 tables as well as another 8 or 10 stools at the bar. We did not drink so cannot review that aspect. We were told the place had come under new management in the last few months. As well as that place seemed to be functioning, we would never have guessed that. PS I didn't know until we ordered that they were giving free tacos to veterans, so that's a really cool mark on their patriotism and sense of community. PS 2 Small warning: The bench seats at the east (entrance) wall cut off circulation in my legs.

Nachos are one of mh favorite foods, so I know good nachos- especially loved the pickled onions and that there were tons of toppings. My friend got two tacos with beef- can't remember the exact kinds but he enjoyed them. Such a great spot and will be back.

This is an often "overlooked" El Toro location (at least for us...) and it's a bit more "worn around the edges," but its convenient location, close to Interstate 70 and nearby motels, makes it a great choice if you're in the area. All the El Toro locations have the same menu, so it's really just a question of how well you're treated when you walk in the door (fine!) and the service you get before, during and after your meal (consistently good!!). No complaints, no surprises, just consistently good, well-made Mex/American food. I sometimes wish El Toro would branch off a bit, make some changes, or offer up some more "typical" Mexican cuisine, but it is what it is, good, standard, consistent food, iwith service and prices to match. I confess, I also fell victim to the recent "hullaballoooo" over Popeye's chicken sandwich, and decided to see what all the fuss was about. Actually, it's pretty good, but the wait here is terrible. I don't really think it's the fault of this particular location, they were doing the best they could, but I think they have a pretty slow order "prep" process. Like most fast food places, they also seem to attend first to their drive-thru customers, no matter how long the folks in the dining room have been waiting. I don't know if they prepare very small batches of chicken at a time, if they were missing some people, or the success of the chicken sandwich is just more than they can handle, but you CAN'T come here if you're in a rush. I waited nearly 20 minutes at 7pm on a weeknight... The sandwich was pretty good, order was correct, the cashier was apologetic, but unless I really have time to KILL, I probably won't be back any time soon. BUT, generally speaking, this is NOT a terrible choice for a LEISURELY bite to eat on the S. Limestone strip...
