worst experience ever regarding customer service. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich , but I was given a crispy chicken sandwich instead. I immediately noticed the mistake (I was still at the counter). The manager refused to change my untouched sandwich because the receipt indicated a crispy chicken sandwich. I explained that the worker must have rang up my order incorrectly ( the same thing happened the prior week). the manager ignored me and would not change my sandwich. for 10 minutes, I remained at the counter, at this point I'm yelling at the manager to provide service-- the correct sandwich or a refund. the manager continued to ignore me. she refused to give me the correct sandwich or refund my money. I finally had to leave because I had to get to work. I left without food, the manager kept my money ( in essence, she stole the money from me). the only reason I did not call the police ( for petty theft) was because I had to get to work. read more

The Food is generally good. My sainted mother used to sing the praises of the fish sandwich. The burgers have always been garnished with fresh tomatoes, onions and lettuce. The Erie Blvd site is courteous, though busy, and efficient. I have to warn you, though, that the inexpensive "Original Chicken Sandwich" is so salty, you feel like you're grazing at a salt lick. This is a pathetic excuse for a fast food chain. In person, ordered two whoppers, two fish (told ,", we're out of fish). Okay make it two chicken sandwiches then (long sigh, which one?,). I suggest you give me a minute since my order is changing and there is no one else in line. Two side salads with ranch and a large vanilla shake (exasperated tone, "they only come in one size". Okay fine. Order up. No dressing for the salad. Ask for a straw for the shake. Whoppers are cold and tasteless and the side salads were brown iceberg, two thin half slices tomato and a bit of cheese. You know sometimes we don't give these fast food establishments in up credit and I must say Burger King is one of them. I really do enjoy coming here once in awhile for a quick meal with the family and I believe they're so much better than their competitor fast food burger places. For some reason though in New York state Burger Kings are not staying in business and they are slowly leaving us at least in Upstate New York and it's a very sad situation. But luckily we still have some around that you are able to go to if you're ever in the area. And that includes this one, they were very courteous friendly and they got the order correct and I must say that I truly hope that these franchise businesses are able to stay running. So if you ever want to try a quick bite of fairly decent quality food I would recommend that you try this out. It's not going to be the best place for fine dining but it's not the worst place either it's in the middle. Went in to get fries & onion rings to go earlier. Asked & paid for a side of BBQ & ranch, neither were in the bag when I got home (my bad for not checking when I was there, but the staffs bad for not putting them in my bag also) The place looked a wreck, in the restaurant & behind the line, garbage & whatnot all over the floors. Staff was pleasant & attentive, so my suspicions grow over the management. I bet this is a "part time job" to some slum franchise owner who can't be bothered. Get it together. I go to this Burger King because the one around the corner from my house serves old food no matter how its ordered. I ALWAYS order all my food off the fryer and off the broiler so I can be assured it's fresh. Erie Blvd was doing great with that so I didn't mind going out of my for it. The last 4 times at least, they have been screwing up royally. My food hasn't been fresh at all. Today, I ordered $30.00 worth the food for my family and none of it was made correctly. My whoppers were cold, my chicken was old, and my fish was cold too. My onion rings were cold and hard. They weren't even full. It was half empty. I don't understand why they can't just drop my food when I order it and make it the way I'm requesting. I obviously don't mind having to wait for my order. I don't like cold burgers, chicken, fries, onion rings, and fish. Stop being lazy and do it properly!!! This is not the way to get customers to return. read more

I wanted to give some special recognition to an employee who works there. Every morning i go into the burger king for breakfast. Armando is always at the drive thru with a smile on his face, he displays so much professionalism, and grace. With everything going on in the world today, He still smiles and that's so welcoming especially early the morning. So kudos to Armando for being so great. I love BK, especially this one. We could go to a more upscale restaurant but why? We enjoy this place, the food is always good, fries are always fresh and the manager Andrea (I think this is her name) 'takes care of business.' All of their employees are super friendly, especially Katy who is just "the greatest". She is the epitome of efficiency in a restaurant environment where one would not expect such. This burger king has really improved as far as service and cleanliness since it was remodeled a few months ago, food seems to be fresher and hotter and is delivered though the drive thru faster. Employees seem to be friendlier too. read more

I went through the drive-thru at this Burger King on Dec.28,2014 and ordered 2 Double Whopper w/cheese meals with milkshakes as our drinks. I got home and there wasn't any cheese on the whoppers but I was charged for cheese and they were cold along with the french fries. The milkshake cups were sticky on the outside and they also tasted bad. Usually I would of went back and complained or even called but this isn't the first time this has happened!! They are too interested in talking and playing around with each other than paying attention to the customer!! Needless to say this was my last trip to this restaurant!!!! read more
