Came to Burger King because of nostalgia of loving it as a kid. Ordered on the app, which was easy to use. Then, picked up via drive-thru was easy and fast. Decided to get 3 different types of sandwiches. I don't know why I liked these as a kid. I guess I didn't know better. But then again, you do get what you paid for. As expected, none of the burgers look like the advertised pictures. Original chicken sandwich was bland. The bun was alright but the chicken was lacking in quality. It tasted like one of those cheap off-brand frozen chickens you buy in the grocery stores. It looks like they also cheaped out on lettuce and mayo when you compare my picture to the advertised picture. The whopper was alright. As an adult, I have gotten used to more meaty patties and cooked rare. The patty on this whopper was alright for what you would pay for here. The patty is thin so the meat-to-everything else ratio is bad. The only thing big about the so-called "big fish" sandwich is my disappointment. lol. The fish itself was quite small and that is already considering the breading that wraps the fish. Taste was alright. Just like the chicken, this fish just tasted like off-brand frozen fish you can find in a grocery store. But again, you can only taste the difference when you had freshly made fish as an adult. Overall, food is great for what you pay for. And it is obvious that this fast food joint's target customers are teenagers and younger. We usually order on Sundays. On this Sunday Nov 26,2023 at 9pm the workers were terrible . They kept making fun of me and my moms English ( we are Brazilian). I have worked with fast food and everything I order is things I know and I'm used to saying. The kids meal came with no toys. And the 2 chicken wraps came wrong too. I came with my family to try the new crispy wraps that they kept hyping. when we ended up getting our wraps we couldn't believe how small the wraps came out like despised the way they advertise. it was the size of a chicken nugget if not smaller very disappointed I'm sorry but McDonald's small snack wraps where bigger. read more

I went to Burger King against all of my internal warnings against FAST FOOD, but the Impossible Whopper was just so good the last time that I had it several months ago, I couldn't resist. A momentary lapse in judgment made me pull into the Burger King at 484 Boston Post Rd in Marlboro, MA. When I approached the drive-thru, the usual mind-meddling myriad menu choices sent my ADHD into a tizzy and suddenly my eyes were seduced by a photo of the Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich. It looked hearty and delicious. Would I dare risk trying something new over the Impossible Whopper that brought me there in the first place? The gambler in me said, "DO IT!" Anyone who gambles knows that once that message hits the brain, there's no backing out. After all, I could always have the Impossible Whopper the next time I made a poor food choice. Now the part that counts...was it a satisfactory decision? The answer to that is, ABSOLUTELY NOT! That BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich was a BK ROYAL LETDOWN! It was so much smaller than a Whopper and not even close to the taste. The workers were shitty and they treated my mother horribly . they were basically racist towards her, they made fun of her when she was having some trouble to order because my mom is brazilian and doesn't speak english that well, and so obviously she got mad and started to yell at the workers. This place needs a miracle and not just this location but every Burger King. The food tastes like literal chicken-shaped garbage that has been dipped into a fryer. The employees are incredibly talented, in the sense that they never fail to get your order completely wrong, no matter how simple it may be. You could order a water and they'd manage to give you an empty cup. They will never give you enough sauce, even if you specifically ask for more, so I hope you brought your own drink because you'll be choking on the dry tasteless food without it. At least twice in the last 10-12 days they've been closed for "maintenance." Makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes to have to be closed all day long 2 times in such a short timeframe. The insanely slow service coupled with low quality food (I know it's fast food but it's really pretty bad) makes it hard to give it even a full star. Each and every time I go here, any time of the day or night, my order is incorrect. For example, I used a coupon to get two Whoppers. I did a double check of the coupon when I got home. The coupon does NOT say whopper jr on it. When I opened the paper wrapper, 1) they were small mini hamburgers with the toppings of a Whopper, 2) there was so much mustard on each of them that the buns were drowned. Almost inedible. I work hard for my money. I should be able to expect decent fast food. Another thing, I always see women working here who look like and act like are 12 years old. Get a proper manager! My brother ordered 3 meals at this BK a few months ago. One for my son, one for me, and one for himself. After we finished our meal, all 3 of us got sick... all at the same time. I felt horrible for my son because he's only 4 and all he had was the chicken fries and french fries. My brother and I on the other hand had burgers. Staff was asked to help us get on wifi. With a smile we were told the router might not be fixed. Staffer then checked with someone else who just shrugged their shoulders and said it hasn't worked in a while. I asked them to check on the router and they just looked at each other. Guy number two said it doesn't work and hasn't worked in weeks. Guy number one said he would check on router. Think he just went through the motions. I had a coupon book from the local circular ad so I decided to stop in. I get a craving for a burger once in a while and I stopped in when I needed to run some errands on my lunch break. Now I recommend this to anyone eating at BK: order your food "off the broiler". This basically means that they'll take the frozen burger patty and a bun and run it through the broiler/grill instead of taking them from a steamer. The 5-30 minutes the burger can wait in a steam table make a huge difference in the quality of the burger when you get it. Make no mistake, a BK burger done "off the broiler" is tasty. A BK burger done fast food style is soggy crap. I also have a weakness for onion rings, especially when they've been sitting out for a while since they get their onion taste and texture back. Yeah, its gross and unhealthy but makes for a delicious meal. Two whoppers and a side of large onion rings for $6. Thank god for AEDs. read more

This is a review for mostly drive through service. Every time i go to BK without fail more cars leave the drive through due to the snails pace than order food. I average about a 10min wait here for drive through and sometimes as much as 15-20 mins at lunch. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for fast food this isn't the place to get it. The burgers are ok but after waiting forever you could be nearly done with a meal at nearby places for the same price as a combo. read more

Went through the drive thru and as I was placing my order I was constantly interrupted by the employee who continuously said "anything else? Anything else?" even while I was speaking. I asked him multiple times to hold on a moment, so I could decide what I wanted but he continued to ask if I wanted "anything else". I was the only one there, nobody was in front of me in the drive thru, nobody was behind me and nobody was inside, yet when I pulled up to get my food I was asked to park and then had to wait for them to "cook" the food. He brought the food out to the car and I asked for extra sauce because (of course) they hadn't given any. When he came back with the sauce not only did he bring the wrong sauce, but he only brought enough sauce for a single french fry. I ordered 2 burgers, 3 orders of nuggets and multiple orders of fries. Common sense should have told him to bring more sauce. On top of that, the food is awful.
