Maximizing seating versus floor space. The noise level seems average-to-above-average. Probably because the seating is more cramped than spacious. The salad bar has basic options, not too elaborate and the bar itself is definitely on the smaller side. The pizza window is super small for being a "buffet" ... either wait or rub elbows with others. And to get plates, you have to wait for the server to bring them as they do not place plates at the pizza window. The beer cheese soup is good. Add some croutons and it's fairly decent. No like super wow factor, just good. Speaking of waiting... it took about 10 minutes from being seated before we received menus to look at or to even be asked what drinks we wanted. All while several staff were standing around doing nothing but talking. And then wait for the drinks to come and wait and wait. Then feel rushed to make an order. And they are in no hurry to bring plates to be able to go get food. And you are not allowed to reuse plates. So don't be in any hurry to eat. The biggest benefit is IF you can get a place to park, if you are in the super tight and small parking lot (fee-paid parking ONLY) they will give a validation for a very specific time frame for the lot. So you either have to plan to eat fast and get out or plan to still pay for parking. And waiting for the server will definitely cut into the time you have for the limited parking validation they offer. The biggest drawback? Well remember the advice for not going to eat there when there are flying bugs? Well on our visit there were at least a few dozen flies in the pizza prep/cook/serving area. All over the ceiling, the walls, the pizza oven, the pizza racks where they had pizzas waiting, and the pizza serving area. It was nauseating. It was so chilling and disgusting that I got ill from seeing it and literally couldn't even eat anything and had to leave. Now when it comes to service and customer support/satisfaction, they did make it right. They wiped the bill except for certain items we had consumed from the back kitchen where they said they didn't have the same fly issue. They made it right in that regard. And they offered us to return for a free dinner in the future (suggested to come after the freezing weather to avoid flies in the food). They apologized heartily and were understanding about my concerns. The frustrating part at the end was that they had no idea how to mitigate the fly issues in the food prep and serving area... guess they were not aware of the available options for pest control in restaurants and kitchens. I did appreciate their response to the situation. It was a fair and proper way to handle the situation. That is why they got two stars over only one. Would I go back? Not likely. I might consider it in the dead of winter to avoid having bugs in or on my food. But I am not sold on the idea of going back after this experience.

These burger was fresh and juicy. The brisket sandwich came with more meat than the diner was expecting, so she took about half home. Mac and cheese with brisket was also an ample portion, with creamy cheese and plenty brisket. My wife and I split a Reuben. When I bit into it, I immediately knew the corned beef was made in-house. We took advantage and ordered the Hurricane chicken wings from Republik of Chicken, which were tasty in an Asian-inspired sauce and great to share for the table. On a previous visit I had the Hurricane spicy chicken sandwich (from the same food stall) which I didn't find spicy, but it was overall quite yummy. This time I ordered a tuna poke bowl from Sushi Sora upstairs, a classic build-your-own poke bowl setup. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bowl and the tuna, especially since we're in Colorado. It paired quite well with the wings we ordered for the table. The spectacle here is a rotating showcase of beer, wine, and cocktails on a self-pour tap wall. As you can see from the photos, you identify the drink you want and pour it yourself. How it works: you obtain a swipe card from the register. Like a bar, they open a tab for you after confirming your identity (ID check) and storing your credit card information. You are then issued a Golden Mill charge card that you will swipe at the wall to pour your drinks. Pours are charged by the ounce. The cocktails are reasonably priced, however, unless you're an expert draft pourer you can rack up quite the bill trying to pour draft beer with minimal head. A worker helped me to pour my draft using his own card after my failed attempt. Workers are posted near the wall and maintain a close eye to assist customers which I believe is great customer service to mitigate user errors simply from a Murphy's Law perspective. Like many other food halls I've experienced, this one also has a good selection of food vendors ranging from BBQ, sushi, tacos, ice cream, and chicken. High tables, lounge tables, and standing areas are ample here. The scene is also a good venue for hosting small events. When I visited there was a live band performing downstairs. The customer service was very friendly. Parking nearby was not ideal and there is strict parking enforcement at the lot adjacent to the facility. Overall, a great experience and I will visit again when in the area.
