Everyone is friendly, works hard, and creates a welcoming atmosphere every time I walk through the door. A huge shoutout to Brian! Consistently great sandwiches with excellent customer service! Growing up in New Jersey, I've been spoiled with top-notch sandwich options, so it's great to have Jersey Mike's as a reliable go-to for consistently delicious sandwiches and fresh bread. I usually opt for one of their cheesesteaks, and they never disappoint. Recently, I placed an Uber Eats order, which included three cookies. When the restaurant realized they only had one cookie left, they didn't just leave me with one and move on. Instead, they replaced the missing cookies with two brownies--an upgrade, as brownies are more expensive--and went the extra mile by leaving a thoughtful note explaining the substitution. Having used Uber Eats frequently, I can say from firsthand experience that many other places wouldn't have bothered with such a gesture. They would have simply sent the one cookie and left me to resolve the issue with Uber Eats support. This level of attentiveness really sets this Jersey Mike's location apart. Cee Cee and the crew at this store are absolutely AWESOME! They pay attention to the way I want my sandwich made, and it is delicious every single time. I wish I could tell you how many times I have ordered from other Jersey Mike's locations online where the way I wanted my sandwich made was completely disregarded. I live closer to the Youngsfield location, but go out of my way to visit this location. Great people. I really appreciate them! Thanks, ladies! The girl working the start of the sandwich line had to be on drugs; that's the only thing I can think of. She forgot to make the sandwich of the woman in front of me. I couldn't tell if she heard my order or not. The rest of my party had similar troubles. The end of the line wasn't a huge improvement; you sort of expect a "thank you" or something - anything - when you pay, but the girl just looked to the next person in line. The young people at this store are fantastic. they're personable and hard working. They take the time to greet everyone and the sandos are consistently great. Because the food is reliably good, it is always busy. And while it can make your takeout order ready in 17 minutes instead of 15 - it's never affected the demeanor of the staff. they're always great. read more

Let me start off with WOW! The sub was incredible. I'm not normally a philly cheesesteak kinda gal but thought I'd give them a shot. I should have taken the photo before diving in but it looked so yummy! And it was!! The place is clean, and Noah and Grant were getting ready to close in 15 minutes but were so welcoming and did not make us feel rushed or like we inconvenienced them. One star, hilariously because they have people defending them on Yelp for their reviews. Weird. Hair in sandwiches most recent time (less then a month in Sep. 2022) , ALWAYS a cold meatball sub which i used to get, staff closing early (which was my main complaint on my last review to one of these only places near me unfortunately), staff being rude and refusing service long ago due to no masks. And ultimately I'm done with this store. They're too far other than this location for me and for the price you may as well make ya own food for 15-30$ with no sides other than chips. Subway even has cookies. As a mid-aged and generally nice person this place has to have some reoccurring problems that they have not solved unfortunately. Unprofessionalism? Closing early is illegal!? MORALS of kindness perhaps?. I stand by my last review Mike's but you guys will never have me as a customer there again so keep working on business; the harder it becomes the worse of a job you'll do. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We went to get carry out tonight at 8:45. Chelsea would not serve us. They close at nine and when I came in she said they we're closed. I said "you close at 9". She said "we are closing a little early tonight". She said her slicer wasn't working . That is short for, "it was slow so we cleaned early and want to go home". She whipped the business cards holder around and chose the Manager's card. To hand me. I turned the card holder back around and took the owners card that she did not want me to choose. Then she said 'go ahead and call, I'll let the owner know the slicer was broken". Too bad for the owner...we went next door to Noodles and company. So did the 6 hungry guys who walked in behind us...I bet that owner could have used another $100-200 for the day. We spent over $40...who knows what 6 hungry guys spent. ( for 15 min of open time). Finally a deli with a friendly warm welcoming feel. I felt like I was on the block in Jersey ordering a sub from my local deli. This location was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and informative and made the whole process smooth. everything I got was delicious. Not to mention they got my order 100% correct and put my oil and vinegar on the side(double wrapped so there was no leakage in the bag. 2 Italian, one big Kahuna, chipotle cheese steak, and a roast beef provolone, everything was awesome, including the bread.
