BP and I made a pitstop here and were excited to see the automated ordering kiosks. Although there was no line when we came in, we decided to use one of the eight (I think) available kiosks to place our order. The coolest part was that we could still use our coupons by punching in the coupon code directly into the machine! We did not even have to clip the coupon or anything! The food was took a little longer than normal and was just as good as any Burger King. I wanted to try their all-beef hot dogs, but they weren't as tasty as I thought... Wouldn't even really refer to them as grilled as advertised... The food was pipping hot, so that explained that longer wait time. It was a bit more salty than I would have liked, but it is fast food, so a higher sodium count is a bit of a prerequisite. One of the employees even wished us a good day when we left! When has that ever happened?? So sweet :) They don't deserve to be replaced by the albeit helpful kiosks! read more

Very good customer service with the two guys familiar with my order.. I've had 3 issues as a regular customer this last one I'm done. I order the same thing everytime 3 bacon dbl cheese no pickle.. last two times, no bacon w pickles. $20 each time I reach out it's an AI prompt asking for practically my blood type to fix their mistake. Wouldn't recommend going there spend your hard earned money anywhere else they won't rectify mistakes they pretend to care and are too expensive to not fix it immediately. I sent the receipt w the original complaint asking if I held on to it a week later when your bored enough to reply is nonsense at best intentional at worst. Ordered through the app right when I arrived and the food was available fairly quickly. Got the breakfast sandwich and medium vanilla iced coffee for $6. Also added a double cheeseburger on the side. For the cheeseburger, unfortunately lettuce or tomatoes would be additional cost. Although the burger was very small and felt like it was made for a little kid, it was nice and hot and the bun and meat were soft, so perfect for kids. The breakfast sandwich was also nice and hot and had nice melted cheddar cheese. The vanilla iced coffee was pretty good too with perfect amount of sugar. Wish there was an option to ask for less ice though. read more

This was a drive through with a very helpful employee! I ordered a #10 which is a Big Fish. Sandwich, fries and a drink. I asked that she put Mayo on it instead of tartar sauce and it was done! The fries are always nice and hot at any Burger King ! I then was looking for a non caffeinated drink that wasn't carbonated and not real sweet. I asked about the lemonade and she said it was good but to come around so I could taste it! That's rare! When I came around, she gave me a sample and it was just fine! I told her I appreciated her help! As for the ambiance, I only ordered from the drive through, but it was easy in and out, especially since there was construction of a new place right next to it. I went to the Ubana Burger King. I ordered small fries, small onion rings, and a vanilla shake. It was $10.00. This is ridiculous that this burger king can charge this much for fries and onion rings especially since the quality is not great. I went to burger king in Frederick last month and the price was only a little over $5.00 for the same food. Self serve kiosk is problematic. You put the Order in and you're not sure if it went through as there are no attendant. I ordered the club salad. Not pretty, but not bad. My friend ordered the impossible burger was okay. Maybe not as good as previous ones, but not bad. read more

By far the worst experience ever at a Burger King. Our first impression was great when we walked in. There were around 4 computer screens where you could place your orders so we knew everything we put in was correct. Once the order got to the people working there everything went down hill. We waited for a long time and then they called our order number. We approached the counter only to find out the order wasn't ready and they wanted to let us know they were out of the mushroom Swiss burger we ordered. My son had to order something else and we had to ask the manager to give us some of the money back since what he ordered was less expensive than the original order. He wasn't going to give it to us unless we asked. After finally getting our order they forgot to put bacon on the bacon chicken burger and totally forgot my son's backup order. Remember, this was all done on a computer and was 100% correct on the screen when we ordered it. The man behind the counter threw out the chicken sandwich they messed up and it seemed to take another 5-10 minutes before we got the 2 things we messed up. The manager told me he did put the chicken sandwich on the tray and we did get it. I had to explain again that we didn't get bacon on it and the other guy threw out the other perfectly good one they only had to put bacon on the make it perfect. We ordered just before 12:30PM and I didn't sit down to eat until around 12:50PM. My family that got their correct meals were finished before my other 2 kids got theirs and I was able to sit down and eat my Whopper which was now cold. Other customers in the lobby were very angry and waited forever, too. As I was waiting for them to get my messed up orders correct they called up another customer that had been waiting forever to let her know they were out of the mushroom Swiss burger. Why keep letting people order it and wait a long time to find out you are out??? Why not let the person know the very second they order instead of telling them 5-10 minutes after they ordered that they can't complete their order. I stood there watching the manager complete other orders as receipt with my order placed almost 30 minutes before sat on his counter in front of him. They finally got the order right without so much as a "sorry" from the manager. $38.81 for one messed up dining experience. So much for "fast food" on our way home from a Washington D.C. vacation. Other customers in the lobby were warning others that were coming in about the bad service and they were leaving. I wish people warned us when we came in. Maybe someday they'll have smart robots completing the orders that were placed on the computer so things will get done faster and without error. The new workers (managers) screw up every order and are angry if asked to deliver the correct order. Never leave the place unless you check your order first. Odds are it will be missing food or the burger or chicken will be wrong. Ordering through the touch screen should be fool proof, not here. Big orders for families really are a challenge to get correct. The food is horrible now. The burgers are over cooked or undercooked. Terrible fries. For how long you wait, it should be perfect. This has to be one of the slowest burger kings ever! Food is cold, slow to get out and staff that can not communicate properly with the customers. They grunt at you and lack the ability to be polite. Place is filthy and smell like trash. Bathroom looks like it gets cleaned once a week and that is being generous at best. Manager could not care less about any complaint. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This BK is absolute trash. It's so close that we've gone a few times, but there has not been one time where we haven't received the wrong order. Every single order is always wrong. That is not an exaggeration. They're also incredibly rude, don't listen, and shut the window immediately after giving you the food so that you can't ask for anything else (sauce, etc.). The most recent experience they gave us the wrong order, we went back and showed them the receipt and the food and they said it was right when it was BLATANTLY wrong. He tried to hand it back to us. When we refused to take it he finally just gave us burgers. We got home and realized that order was wrong too. Just close it down and be done with it. See a commercial on TV for something like 2 for 5 bucks or any other deal? Don't come here they won't honor it. The food's not too bad but way too expensive for what you get. I was in the store that is located at 3363 ubana pike in frederick md. The service was awful. I am not really computer savy so what I ask to have put on my burger never got added to the order. Not sure what I did wrong . Anyways had there been a cashier "human being " maybe that would had been avoid. To make matters worse the "who I assume "was a manager handed my food to a guy who just walk in and never placed a order. Not my job to tell the manager that he just handed out food free. So I informed the manager that he never gave me the food I had order. He said what did you have. I told him a combo 2 , he said I just gave that to the other guy. Decent for a Burger King. The food usually comes out hot and it tastes good. The onion rings never seem to be quite cooked enough, they're usually a little too soft. The service here is definitely sub-par. The drive thru is usually slow. Ordering inside is not much better. Went to buy a co-worker the 2 for $10 Whopper Jr meal. I was told in the driver thru that they did not have that deal, they then proceeded to charge me for 2 full whopper jr meals. Found out that they do still have that deal, and when my co-worker returned with the receipt they said that I accepted the price (which I was LIED to about) and that they would not offer a refund of the difference.
