I did not expect to be able to get an impossible whopper in a town like this in a state like North Dakota. The staff was super friendly! Nice crew. I had the worst experience here, missing food, missing drinks, gave wrong size for drinks for the ones I did get, sent mds instead of lgs when I paid for lg had it door dashed, tried calling the store n had phone off so went there staff told me lobby was closed yet people were in there eatting, th staff was rude told me its door dashes problem and then refused to give me the missing stuff after spending 100 dollars, the worker straight up told me that he sent mds so they didn't spill. I asked for a meal with a whopper with no cheese and then another meal with the whopper with cheese they confirmed it with me at the window, but gave me two whoppers with cheese. Then I asked for a receipt and the manager who is a white girl with blonde hair Came up and was pretty much screaming at me mad at me that I asked for receipt because the receipt machine was not working and she was upset at me for asking for a receipt lol I just looked at her and disbelief. Chloe from this location gave horrible service today in the drive thru. She was rude the whole time about my mobile order continuing to belittle me about if I was sure I ordered it. When I showed her my phone she made my food and upon me opening my chix fries it was covered in bbq sauce as if she just took them out the trash. Nothing crazy but it gets the job done. Stay in town for work and this is close so why not. Drive through always seems prompt to me but I just use the lobby. Normal menu and the staff was pleasant any time of day. Maybe the other reviews had fluke experiences but a three star rating is accurate. It's not fine dining but if you want a burger, nuggets, or fries it's a good spot. Dairy Queen is close or Applebees but that will take forever. read more

On 5/9 I ordered through drivethrough. When I got home I found out I was given the wrong order. Called the store and they printed my receipt and took my name and number for the day manager. Never got a call back. Was in that part of town on 5/16 and thought I would swing by to see if I could get what I ordered. Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. They said they would check for the receipt and walked off. Then they came back and asked what I had ordered and said they would get it. Another 10 minutes with nothing. When she passed by I asked if it would be ready soon. She sent someone else up to take down the order again. He went and had the order made. Saw the burgers sitting on the counter, not under warmer, for about 5 minutes. I asked again and the guy put the burgers under the warmer and showed the girl which they were. She said she would wait for fresh fries and get my order. Meanwhile she served the fries she had to other customers. She finally gave me the order. I didnt ask again for the drinks, didnt want to wait for another 5 minutes. They forgot to put tomatoes and lettuce on the bacon cheeseburger that I had to pay extra for. Went there because i was craving an oreo shake after working long hours today, they said no ice cream, no shakes, not even an icee, so i ordered some pancakes and a smoothie and a whopper with cheese which was completely cold inside and out and the bun was dried out like it had been sitting out all day, so gross i had to throw away, highly disappointed and sickened:( Will be a very long time before i go there again. This place is off my list forever. Just worked an 18 hour day and me and my crew went through the 24 hour drive through while I see 4 cars there. Came here cause cause theres practicaly no other burger joint around here. I ordered the new farm house burger and the manager told me that they could make the meal but without the egg! What? Thats the whole point of the burger the EGG!! So i ordered the bacon king burger combo. It took them about 20 minutes to bring me my order until the manager realised that my meal was left unattended in the front. Manager comes drops it off at my table and apoligized and provided me with a free complimentary cheese cake. The burger was ok like anyother fast food joint. Went to the drive through and the employee spoke to me so rudely that I was absolutely stunned. I was told I was going to have to wait when I pulled up, never even hearing a welcome to burger king, or some type of friendly gesture. the employee barely spoke up enough for me to hear (turns out it was because he wasn't wearing his headset around his head but instead around his neck) and then rudely yelled at me when I asked him to repeat what he said. When I pulled up he didn't even ask how I was or simply smile. Not even an apology for the long wait. Gladly took my money then gave me my food and literally sat there waiting for me to say thank you or show him some grateful gesture. I'm a very polite person, but I will not be polite to someone who is downright rude to me. I was so mad, I ended up not even getting what I showed up wanting to get and the chicken was burnt to a crisp. Not a good impression at all.
