North Dakota! Why are you hiding this little gem from us!? I travel to film on location often and always hunt for places like this one. I've lived in big cities like Seattle, Los Angeles, Orlando.. and I'm a big fan of Asian food and specifically Vietnamese. This place is very unassuming but it packs a punch. My friend and I ordered the Spring Rolls, Beef Fried Rice and a side of Pho broth. This blew my expectations out of the water. Everything we had was fresh and had great highlights to every bite. The spring roll peanut sauce is amazing, the soft steak bites in the fried rice was excellent. I could go on but you just gotta stop in and try it. Visiting from Seattle and was skeptical. Decided to give it a go anyways and the food really humbled me. THE BEST FRIED RICE I HAVE EVER HAD! It was so good it nearly brought me to tears. Small restaurant, small menu, amazing food and service! What a treat to find incredibly fresh Vietnamese food in Dickinson, ND. I found the restaurant on Yelp and all the reviews are on point. After camping for a week we were ready for veggies and different tastes. The vermacelli with egg rolls was perfect! The spring rolls were beautiful and tasty. The chicken fried rice was light and yet filling. The daily special was by the cash register, which looked great. Looks like peach pie for dinner again tonight! read more

Oh my gosh i had a gorgeous meal. Got the garlic butter noodles and boy were they garlicy and buttery and oh my the beef! The beef was so soft and tasty it was amazing. Right away they got us seated and got us water and menus. Service was incredible throughout. Solid setting ! Seats and tables for one to eat food ! Absolutely agree this place is a gem. Was disappointed they were out of garlic butter noodles ( at 5 pm!) but they are made fresh daily so when they run out, they're gone. Got the beef pad Thai instead and it was incredible. Also ordered the chicken fried rice. It was good but not incredible (could have been warmer . . .). Shrimp and pork spring rolls were a great appetizer. Small place with seating for 16. Service was prompt and food came out quickly. They were doing a brisk take out business as well. Been open for 2 months. Greeted by the owner and his young son; uncle does the cooking. Very friendly and eager to please! Daily menu is written on a chalkboard; staples remain and specials change daily. Small menu - ordered fried as well as fresh spring rolls for appetizers. Combo fried rice (shrimp, beef, and chicken; 2 nos., medium spicy and spicy), and beef brisket Pho for entrees. Vietnamese coffee and soda for drinks. Cuisine is South Vietnamese in origin. Food was cooked afresh, and arrived rather promptly. Temperature was steamy and tastes were exquisite! Starters to entrees! Very flavorful and spice levels were on-point. Best fried rice I have ever tasted! The spicy version brought Serotonin-laden tears, and sweat on the nose tip and brow! Prices were in the $16-20 range for the entrees; for three persons, the total cost was $110, including taxes and a generous tip. Please patronize/support this local family-owner business. We stopped in for a late lunch on our way through Dickinson. This is a hidden gem. We first thought we'd split the Vermicelli with Egg entre and an order of Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls. The spring rolls were fresh and vibrant. The peanut sauce was a great compliment to them. Our server also described the other sauces on the table and gave us suggestions based on our tastes. We ended up ordering a second plate of spring rolls. The Vermicelli was outstanding. It had a lot of the same ingredients and flavors as the spring rolls but added the crunchiness of the egg rolls. It was fresh and flavorful on its own but have fun mixing in some of the table sauces! read more

This is a new Vietnamese restaurant in Dickinson ND. The menu is limited however the food is very good. I have been there twice and had the spring rolls and two different types of food. I really enjoyed everything I had the portions are also good. When I asked for more veggies for my pho the server was really nice and he brought out more veggies. The service is also good, the young man and lady who served us are very nice and helpful. They kept our table clean as we finished with our plates, always asking if we're doing good or if we need anything. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the fried rice with chicken. It was a very filling meal. The place was small. The menu was small too, I guess everything on it is really good, or it doesn't make the cut. I liked their selection of sauces to put on the food. I've lived in some expensive 'refined' cities with many dining options. At least more dining options than Dickinson, ND. the old Asian guy was really awful, the place was empty and I ask for a table but the old Asian guy was pretending I have to sit a small place, I love Asian food but sometimes old Asia guy are awfu, it was humiliating. I went to osaka 1 mile away so was really good. Services poor read more
