Worst service ever. Employees rude. Furthermore they cannot even get an order right. This place is just horrible

Horrible service. Rude employees and waited for five minutes and wasn't acknowledged. Couldn't order inside anyway since they didn't even have a register opened. Forgot the chicken fries but it was straight tbh. My boy hooked it up in the long run. Someone very close to me is a police officer. Coming home from work late one evening with very limited dining options, he decided to stop at a Burger King. He pulls into the drive thru to this lovely greeting, "Welcome to Burger King. I CAN NOT take your order." At first he did not understand. Did he misheard? Maybe they're having technical difficulties. He ask the question, "How long would I have to wait?" Only to hear the same broken record. "Welcome to Burger King. I CAN NOT take your order." So he drives around to see the lady laughing at the window. The message is now clear. He finally gets it. Is this correct? Is he being refused service? On what grounds? Because he's a Police Officer? Is this the misguided judgement of a lone employee? Does Burger King sanction this kind of treatment towards Law Enforcement Officers? Is this a chain establishment? Or maybe it's a franchised location. Are the owners aware of this behavior? Should we notify the manager? Maybe the woman in the window is the manager. I'm Shocked & Appalled! What is this world coming to that someone who gives 110% everyday to the town, city, community that he serves gets denied service? I am tagging the location. I hope the owner/manager sees this. I will await a response. Until then, goodbye #whopper my family shall have to take our business elsewhere. #boycottingburgerking #lessthanonestar I will continue to ask this question on as many social media sites as possible until I get a clear answer. Pulled in.. was told to pull up to place my order, so I did. Told the lady what I wanted and said sorry we are out of sour dough sandwich. Of course that was the only thing I wanted so said grilled chicken sandwich... sorry we out of that as well So asked for grilled, she said we out of chicken So pretty much forced to get a whopper that was given to me in less than a minute. Sounds like they only ares to sell premade meals bc the fries were warm and burger soggy. Yay. This stodoesn't include all the drinks they were out of as well. read more

I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star!! I like to give second chances due to shift changes, and/or employee turnaround rates etc. Ive been here twice in a year last time was horrible two employees were arguing, i noticed one employee outside smoking, and im not against smoking or getting your breaks, im a grill cook at a steakhouse, but this guy came back in from smoking, did not even bother to wash his hands or put gloves on and started handling food, not only that i had a big order be a me and all my friends where just hanging out watching football, when i got back the whole order was messed up ridiculously!! Its not hard to serve fast food! The menu is limited and i cant comprehend how stupid can you be to put together a few simple sandwiches! Like holy shit just give up on life i guess and i hate to be that way, but as a whole this place was horrible. I called corporate office and they wanted to give me free food?? I dont want free food!! I want you to fix the problem so other people dont have a bad experience! So my cousin was in town from Denver and he wanted to stop by for breakfast, i told him bad idea, but id give it another shot but i didnt order anything. He ordered a number 2 large which is a bacon egg and cheese biscuit or whatever when we pull up the black chick was so rude, we sat and watched her throw his tots in upside down and it wasnt even large and was the wrong sandwich so we confronted her about it and she said "you didnt tell me large"then shut the window in our face and walked off.... My cousin was so furious he wanted to spit on the window, so he threw that shit out and we went to a subway across the street! Much better! But advice NEVER go here! read more

I went through the drive through of this Burger King And they asked me to pull up for my order. I waited 30 mins when the lady came out and asked what did we order. She stated the cooks were talking and didn't remember my order. I had to ask for a refund! read more

Horrible service. Ordered $18.00 worth of food and got charged an additional $4.38+tax for large cups of ice water. Bathrooms were dirty and no toilet paper. Still waiting on the food we ordered 20 minutes ago. Never stopping here again. Update- finally received our food, well half of it. They forgot our kids chicken fries. read more

Went at 1am to get a late night bite. The lady who took our order only allowed us to order one thing before telling us to pull toward... then smacked her lips and rolled her eyes when we said we weren't through ordering... to top it off they were out of ice/nuggets and anything fried besides fries... told us we had to pull forward.. probably so their time per order wasn't affected.. we proceeded to wait the next 15 minutes for two meals and we were the only care there.. stay away from this place.. garbage people who hate their lives and take it out on their customers seem to be a prerequisite for working at Burger King. Ordered 3 fish sandwich meals, the fish was old and refried. It was supposed to be dressed like a whopper. Looked nothing like it was suppose to look! The lettuce was brownish green, it sparingly had one small tomato slice, a few squares of onions and had two pickle slices with one folded in half. How ever! The onion rings were fresh. I gave it one star because the order was correct with nothing missing. read more

I read the other reviews. I stopped in for lunch about 11 am. the staff is extremely slow. The were texting on cell phones and in general did not give a crap about the customers (there was only myself and another person). The fries were old and cold, but the whopper was damn good. It was hot and sloppy. If they get a manager worth a damn, I think the place would be a lot better read more

This place is disgusting! Sticky dirty floors! I didn't even want my feet in the car after standing in line. It was an extremely long wait for only a few people eating here. The staff was very rude and it was frustrating to wait and watch staff slowly work and converse amongt themselves, seemingly not caring that customers were waiting. One of the most rudest staff I have see. Spend 45 minutes waiting for a redone on my chicken sandwich. The restaurant was very dirty not only on the floors but on the tables. I decided to go here for my lunch break today for a "quick meal." I waited for over 30 minutes for my food, and I only have an hour lunch break. Keep in mind with traffic that it takes a little over 10 minutes each way to get to Burger King from my work. So if you do the math, that doesn't leave me long to eat. As I was waiting, I noticed about 5 or 6 cars go through the drive thru, yet I still had not gotten my food. 15 minutes before I needed to be back at work I decided to ask for a refund as I needed to leave to clock in at work on time and still had not even gotten my food. When I asked for a refund and explained that I had to leave right then and there to get back to work on time, the cashier rudely told me to "calm down" and ignored me. Great customer service and manners in general... not. After I left I realized they kept my receipt, so I can't even go to her manager or corporate. read more

The service was terrible, and they messed up my order twice. I ordered a double cheese burger, and the first time I opened it, it had a single patty, not two, but one. The second time I went up, they made me a whopper, so i had to take everything off, and eat the patty. It was hard to communicate with the cashier, and it was hard for the cashier to communicate with the cook. read more

The last two times I went to this Burger King (at different hours of the day), I was told they were in "shift change", and either couldn't take my order or could only take my order if I came inside. The time I came inside, the store was filthy. This time, the loudspeaker wasn't working so they took our order (just a Whopper Jr and 20 nuggets) at the window. They immediately told us to park and wait for our order. No reason given and they weren't that busy. Then, after almost 20 minutes, we went inside because they had clearly forgotten us. When we went inside, they said they had given our food to the wrong person. We were watching closely for them, so we know that is a lie. When we get our food, they forgot to put any napkins or the BBQ sauce we asked for in the bag. I love Burger King, but I actively avoid this location and tell others to do the same. I rarely do these surveys, and the last time I did, it was to give a different restaurant a 5 star rating, but my girlfriend and I are so annoyed at the poor management of this restaurant and it's employees, I wrote this first thing after getting home from Burger King before doing anything else. I pray I never have to go to this restaurant again. The Burger King in Mandeville is understaffed, but they are friendly and I never have any of these kinds of problems there. read more

Terrible customer service. The employees were extremely rude. No one told the car in front of me to drive to the second window so we sat there for a few minutes until I finally had to get out and let him know that's what they told me. When ordering I had a coupon and said that, but I could hear the employees talking while taking my order so they obviously didn't hear me, and when I got to the window with the coupon the girl was very rude and said next time I need to mention my coupon or they can't do it. read more

This is absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever stepped foot into. The staff does not recognize you... for at least 3 minutes standing by the counter. The place is completely disgusting and filthy.. Needless to say I didn't wait to be waited on. I simply walked out so I cannot give a review on how well the prep their food. Visited this BK early yesterday evening. Only two other tables with customers when we came in. The drink machine was out of ice; we had to ask at the counter (and it was not filled while we were there). The root beer and Dr. Pepper were also unavailable; the ginger ale and lemonade were not right - my husband tried some of both and poured both out. We ended up asking for drinks at the counter. The hamburger on our Whoppers was just a little colder than the tomatoes on them. After a twelve drive, this was the perfect end to our day. The indifference of the staff was just the cherry on top of the cake. Just as well, good Whoppers are a weakness of mine and since I am staying right next door, I certainly won't have to worry about being tempted to treat myself while my husband is working!
